Prompt, professional service! When the support spring on my garage door broke, I got next day service at a very reasonable price. In the process of replacing the spring, Eric, the Technician, pointed out that the drive gear on my opener was about to fail. He had the part and was able to fix it at the same time. I highly recommend Zook and will use them again if I need additional service.

Not very impressed by the lack of professionalism while driving. If that’s how blatant and asinine the driving is, I wouldn’t hold much faith in the work either.Gotta remember how you behave in public reflects on the company too. This review is wholly because my front bumper was about taken off because he couldn’t be bothered to wait for a safe opening to merge. I had to slam on my breaks and honk.
