This is a large grocery store with many sections contained inside including a deli, hot food area, cheese counter, butcher, and bakery.The store was clean and fairly well organized with a good selection.The prices are a little higher than some places, but the prices are competitive, especially if you consider the selection and layout of the store. In my option, the store is worth a few cents more.The negative is the wait time to check out. There are many self checkout options, but none of the self check are conducive to a large purchase.

This is a fine grocery store they have a nice variety of stuff a good place for your big shopping needs or if you just need to pick up a little something theyve most likely got it. Plus the gas station

Great Selection. Often long lines.Very dirty. Toilet paper, wipes, and garbage everywhere. Talked to three employees who did nothing. I asked for management and waited a long time they never came out. I left my name and phone number at the service desk. No one ever called. Would be a great store is it was attended to properly.I have seen huge sections of expired food there in beef jerky department.

In town a few months for work and found this Kroger market place. Love this place! They have everything and then some. Makes me dislike Walmart’s even more!Wish we had Kroger on the Gulf coast!

Excellent produce, great meats and fish selection, wide isles, tons of parking with excellent safe night lighting. Really pleased shopping here. Prices are very decent, plus store sales and coupons make it a money saver. 5 stars all the way. Plus near Planet Fitness and easy access to 64.

If your looking for hotwheels this is the place I mean not a whole lot of real cars still cool though and theyve expanded to also clothes, food obviously, sushi which is decent, toys, ages etc etc

They have gotten just as bad as Walmart with only self checkout lines open. And maybe 1 or 2 actual cashiers, which is horrible if you have produce ...smh I will have to find another store to go to

The cake service here is as good as a bakery at a WAY better price!! The cake decorator here is phenomenal! She is so friendly, helpful, and talented. I explained what I was hoping for in my friends going away cake terribly and quite confusingly yet she understood and executed it exactly as I imagined or even better. She put together images I showed her from 4 different pictures of cakes but I wanted an amalgamation of them all and she did it! We provided the little plane but she did everything else and even did a custom size for us. The cake looked great and was DELICIOUS! Always go with buttercream icing! It was a huge hit!

While the store is maintained fairly well even through COVID, if you’re pressed for time this is not the location for you. Never have I ever frequented this location without waiting 10+ minutes in line. This store would put Walmart wait time to shame.

Please Please PLEASE stop trying to sell the sandwiches/pizza/chicken to go meals in your store! You all clearly can’t do it. I’ve gone to this Kroger 4-5 times now over the last 6 months with a list of food orders from my coworkers only for you all to not have food ready for 20 minutes or more, have no one working the counter at all (like today), or if there is a worker on that station they act like they are in a competition to move as slow as humanly possible. So for the sake of everyone, please just shut that area of your store down. You are not a reliable place to go for lunch. I’ve given y’all way to many chances and you drop the ball every time. Just please shut the area down.

My sons doctor sent in prescriptions to this location twice. The staff could not find the prescriptions either time. The first time I drove to a different location and it was not there either. I called the next morning to the original location and miraculously it was there. She said they had received it at 4 pm the day before. I thought it was a one time issue and tried again. The second time we waited an hour for a prescription that was called in the day before. The tech was rude and said it wasnt time for it to be refilled. The prescription had changed and it needed to be filled. Needless to say, we have sent our prescriptions elsewhere.

Used to like shopping here. Ever since you made all customers and employees have to wear masks, its been a huge let down. People without faces are dehumanized. Get rid of the Scamdemic rules.

I usually go there to buy shrimp and Kite Hill yogurt. Past two weeks when I buy yogurt theres usually one out of three cups of it thats molded on this inside. Then tonight I bought some shrimp and when I get home to eat it I noticed that the plastic container was already opened. I dont trust that because I know how people are these days when it comes to contaminating food with their mouth such as licking shrimp and putting it back in. Be careful when you shop there.

This is one of the largest Kroger stores I have ever been in and I was quite impressed. It is sparkly clean everywhere in the store. You can get a number of things here including clothes, toys, school supplies, alcohol, etc. You can even sit in the middle of the store and drink a glass of wine or have a beer when you need a break from shopping. They even have other areas where you can buy some warm food and drinks if you arent into the wine bar. They also carry an energy drink that is popular among the gaming communities called Bawls. The only drawback I can see is Kroger does seem to be a bit higher in prices compared to some of the other local grocery stores. It is nice to go wandering around their store to see their large selection of items as well as it being a nice break from always shopping at the same places in town. Their customer service is nice and returning items or trading an item out for something else wasnt a hassle either.

Great place to shop they usually have a good selection and have things in stock. Avoid curbside pickup at this location though. Wait times are usually around 30 minutes.

Disappointed in the grocery pick up. They are slow, behind, and inconsiderate of others time. When speaking with the manager on duty, she was not helpful and basically did not care. I was told there were too many orders and others in front of you, as if that was my issue. She is rude and the service was poor.... 30 minutes later, Im still waiting for my groceries, smh.

Omg worst pharmacy I ever encountered was denied blood pressure medicine because some one put 6-7-1966 instead of my birthday while h is 10 7 1966. Could not believe it lazy people do not want new customers. Went to another pharmacy they fixed bcc m my birthday and filled my prescription.

Bakery : great service. Out of her way to help me with order. Adele certainly did an outstanding job. I’m not well and unable to get out often. You can not imagine what this has meant to me.

Waited in line at customer service for 15 min for them to tell me they dont take returns anymore with out a receipt. That didnt sound right and after reviewing the policy online I asked for a manager. She called the manager who told her to just take the return but not after she felt the need to give me a lecture about their return policy and told me I would have to wait in the now even longer line. Nah, Ill just take my business somewhere else thanks. Someone needs the teach Seamus what customer service is all about. Went to a different Kroger and had no problem with the return.

My family and I absolutely love this grocery store. We are new to the state and it’s great having such a lovely grocery store close to home. Very convenient. Has more than just food, there’s even clothes and shoes! Love the layout, makes it very easy for us to shop. And the place is always clean and organized. We go once a week for produce. Not because it’s going bad, but because we eat through it all so quick and their prices a really good. I’d like to think it’s better than the NEX and commissary. We save a lot of money using their app and card, which are both free. I haven’t tried their pick up service, but I’m sure that it’s great with all the friendly employees they have. If you’re new to the area, I highly recommend this place. 😊👍

This location has rude employees that argue with customers about things that they have made up for no particular reason. Went to return my bottle deposits here, the girl at the customer service counter lied, after making me wait for 20 minutes to have another employee assist her with her job, claiming to be an assistant manager when she tried to demand bottle deposits for another company needed to be completely cleaned by the customer, then attempted to refuse to get a manager... really? Power is a strange thing and goes to some peoples heads. The manager came and of course put her in her place, very professionally I might add, but by this point I was livid and not playing nice. Ive been buying milk in glass bottles for a long time and dont need a young woman trying to push her weight around instead of doing her job. Wont be using this location for my shopping needs, other stores have way better trained employees that dont try and have power trips. Also they cant seem to keep shelves stocked and act like professionals.I read a review that one of the cashiers was challenging a customer on the price of an item, if that ever happens take the item to customer service and they will handle it.

July 2019 - Rotten fruit anyone? Wowser. This Kroger has the most understocked fresh section of any Kroger I have been to and a lot of what was there was rotten. Doubt I will be getting fresh food here again!2017 - Watch out in the parking lot...people will fly through without paying attention to pedestrians. I actually prefer the store on Holland....people are more polite at the Holland store.

Ok, this is for the seafood department. Called to ask if they place future orders, they said they dont online but if we come in and pay they will do it. So we come in and they tell us we dont do that. Um...ok get your story straight. SO we go in the next day and say can we place it now and pick it up at 3:30? The guy says yes, and takes down our information. We go in to pick it up and it hasnt been prepared at all.....we got the cooked and seasoned shrimp. The lady says we normally dont do this. So its going to be a wait. SERIOUSLY! Have a pow wow and find a decision on whether or not your do or do not do this. Inconvenient and back and forth. Come on get it together!

Ive been purchasing cakes from the bakery since we moved to the area 3 years ago. I LOVED the former staff especially Mrs. Beverly. However my past few experiences have been HORRIBLE. My last purchase was not fresh and tonight I went in to place an order and the older lady now working is not friendly or knowledgeable. She comes off as rude and seems to let you know she started in March is and ready to quit. Smh.Again this is only for the bakery

Awesome grocery store has everything I need and more! Love getting my gas points for being a loyal customer. The bakery created an awesome birthday cake for my grandson with the dinosaur toys we brought in.

Will never use their pick up service again! The order was delayed, I never received a call about when it would be ready. The guy, Jean Paul, that brought my groceries to the car was careless - - items ended strewn over the trunk, a bottle of milk was dented, and they gave me two open boxes of sodas - - like, give these to him, he wont find out until he gets home. I called the store and spoke to the manager, Laurie, and all she did was offer apologies and tell me to bring back the damaged items to the store! Like I really will drive back there and go into the store - - isnt curbside pick up supposed to prevent that? Also, items that were unavailable I was not notified about until I got my groceries. Now I have to go out again to Food Lion to get them. Lesson learned, dont bother with pick up at Kroger or with the store in general. I wish I could give them a negative star.

I love the crowler station with Kaylee, Mo, and Joann. But another individual who works there always has her political views vocalized where it offends select customers. My job specifically forbids us taking about politics in the workplace because the country is divided.

My favorite Krogers in the area. I drive way from the other side of town to shop here. Always fresh salmon in the seafood dept. The store is immaculate. Very clean and well organized. Prices are great. Employees are friendly.

The manager at Starbucks s extremely rude. The past three times I went, they said their espresso machine was broken. Today when I asked if they had a beverage and the employees told me they didn’t have it, no big deal, I’d just order another one. As I was trying to order another drink, the manager kept yelling they didn’t have the drink I previously asked for. It was hard to order a drink when the manager kept yelling they didn’t have the drink repeatedly. I politely told her I know they didn’t have it but she just kept yelling. Very unprofessional. I went there to get a drink before I started my grocery shopping, I didn’t go there to get yelled at. Won’t be going there anymore.

Butter is conventionally near the cheese and milk. After searching and searching, you won Kroger. Youve hidden your butter somewhere where I cant find it. Dont worry Ill never waste another second in your poorly organized store. Your secret is safe. Awful unhelpful waste of time. No store employee I asked knew where it was either.

Products didnt look good

Today at register 14, Sue was absolutely awful. We tried to find a manager while we were there but couldn’t. This lady need SO much more training. She should have some help. she is out there running a register alone. She did not even know how to get the belt moving. It took us over 30 minutes to check out 30 items. Please help her

It is extremely large. There is good food but theres clothing and always to many people for my liking. I will say there seemed to be enough employees so thats worth the three stars.

Always great deals and Friday freebies when you download their app. Also great floor couponing when they have the but 5 save 5 specials!

They only tell you at the end of your checkout process whether or not pickup will be available. The website suggests pickup is available at the store when you start the process. This is very frustrating to go through the whole setup process, do your shopping, go to checkout and be told you have to wait until tomorrow. Be up front. Horrible first experience with this process.

We love Kroger! Closest to Publix we can find. However, Susan in the wine & beer area is extremely rude and short with her words. Kroger needs to get someone working that area who will be helpful and courteous; they are just losing money as I walked away and bought nothing.

I have been doing Kroger pickup prior to the pandemic. They used to tell you if they didnt have items or there were substitutions, not anymore. And we had to wait for over an hour for our groceries while others came and went the entire time we waited. I understand they were understaffed, however they need a better system or dont offer pickup if you dont have the people to staff it.

I love shopping here and especially using the really easy digital coupons on the app. I also enjoy using Ibotta app with this to get money back. This Kroger always have great deals here for instance free peanut butter, pop tarts, sausage, and even simply lemonade for just being a loyal customer and using the app. I also love the atmosphere and the helpful workers. Not to mention the cheese and wine selection!

I picked up meds today at pharmacy this morning .lady was actually nasty . Almost closed my hand in drive thru tray put my meds in tray and just walked away .im glad I know the Lord because had I not known him I whould have parked my car and went in that store right then and got her but hopefully this review will let her make Kroger look bad . Half the time we get groceries its from Kroger pick up. We get a text saying our order is ready to pick up. We are in the parking lot waiting after we call. We usually have to wait an hour to be recognized. Then they claim theyre still shopping for our groceries. If youre the type of person to have bad luck or are usually treated poorly for whatever reason the universe dislikes you dont do Kroger pick up. This has happened to us everytime we do Kroger pick up. If you enjoy watching people come after you and get their car filled with groceries while you sit there groceryless come on down.

Just moved to the area and this has been a lovely store. Moe definitely stood out to me as an employee. He was kind and personable!

I used to give five stars. I had to lower it because too many employees dont wear their masks properly.

Relatively new and modern, massive layout, and there are plenty of aisles to look through for a wide range of items. Easy to navigate, always kept clean, and everything is always well stocked. Service is good. Sushi bar, Starbucks, and salad bar = 👌. My only complaint is that the self checkout machines glitch every time I use cash. Other than, I usually have a good experience here.

I had a good experience shopping at Kroger on yesterday. I was mainly there for produce. Everything that I purchased was very fresh. The clementines wasnt sweet and I will be returning them. But my overall experience was great. I was in and out of the store in a timely manner.Thank you!🙂

Great experience!Everything was clean, well stocked, and with fresh produce, deli, and meats. The prices are as good or better than other local retailers.The staff - they were a treat - everyone smiled and said hi as I passed by and at the check out (some even joked around with me making what is usually a tedious and boring chore of getting groceries a fun and lighted hearted errand).I have a grocery store 2 miles away that Ive been going to for 3 years but Ill be going to this store instead from now on.

Best grocery store around. Has almost everything you would need in one stop. Everything is fresh and all the employees are very nice. Their produce lasts for days or even a week in the fridge. Their meat is high quality. This is the only grocery store I will shop at now.

My online grocery order was perfect and when I arrived for pickup all I had to do was pull into a pickup space and call the number on the plaque. Michelle and Whitney brought my groceries out to my car and loaded them into my car. Fast and efficient and both were so sweet and friendly!!!Sure makes my grocery shopping easy and no stress!! No matter how many times Ive been in this store, Ive never had to wait in a long line to check out. Probably my favorite thing about coming here. Easy to get in and out. Prices are okay. Selection is decent. But most important is the fact that they actually keep registers open.

Love this place

Cashier kept pulling up mask and complaining about people not wearing gloves causing cross contamination. Bagger wore his mask below his chin as did several other workers. this was during senior hours. Did not feel safe.

I usually have great visits when going here but there are times when their shelves are extremely empty and for a store that big, it needs to be stocked ALL the time. And the shelves were not empty because were going through some crazy storm or weather change unlike other places. But this visit today was terrible. All I went to look for so far was eggs and sugar free creamer and they had ZERO and I walked out. Not satisfied at all but I will go back eventually.

The store is always great. Good prices and deals. Just dont expect any kind of timely service at the customer service desk for returns or tobacco products (why tobacco products can only be purchased at the service desk is being me), plan to wait an unnecessary, inordinate period of time. There are a minimum of 3 checkouts there and it appears only one is staffed at any point in time (been there multiple times-same result every time). Id be very pleased to see more attention paid to the service desk or at least more employees ready, willing, and/or able to assist when there are people in line.

Got there early so parking was easy as well as getting a scooter. Pretty big store, so a directory is in order. A little pricey unless you use the Plus card (registered, of course ; thats an ordeal unto itself.). Might do it again, but the special better be worth it !!

I will make the drive all the way from the beach to shop at this store. Very well stocked with their huge variety of products. Associates are friendly and helpful. The sushi chef that passes out samples adds to the great atmosphere of this store. I love good deals but the experience of shopping at this Kroger is why I go back.This store is extremely busy almost all the time, so be prepared to dodge others.

This Kroger is little out of the way for me, but I don’t mind making the extra effort because this store is always clean, well stocked, great produce and really great staff!Special big thank you to Ty in the butcher department. I had selected a pre-packaged flat iron steak and asked if he’d be able to chop it up for me (I hate handling raw meats and I was afraid I’d cut the wrong way on the grain). It felt like an odd request but he happily cut it all up in no time! He saved me a ton of prep time and gave a customer an excellent shopping experience!

Shipping at this store is like,going out on a date! Its so much fun! Not only do they have all your regular good items, they also have an entire gourmet cheese section, wine bar, awesome salad bars, wing bar, and more! Of course there is a Starbucks, but also a sushi restaurant! Looking for hard to find kitchen gadgets, gourmet food items, or a new shirt? They have it all covered.

This Kroger is just a really neat place to shop. The made to order Wood fired pizza is very tasty. Id like to see more hot bar options and a bigger salad bar, but the ones they have are very good. Large seafood department selection. Have a glass of wine or beer and continue your shopping. You can even pick up a gift or two in the housewares, clothing or shoe departments. I really like the variety of dried bulk items like nuts and beans. Finish up the trip with a sweet Starbucks Coffee and hit the road. Theres also a nice seating area if youd like to eat before you go. Too many features to describe. Check it out.

My preferred grocery chain for fresh fruits and veggies. One of the stock guys went above and beyond helping me find a product and even suggested a way to get a discount with a specific product. I usually go to the self-checkout registers, so I cant comment on the cashiers.I did have an issue with one of the very young ladies at the customer service counter. She didnt properly refund a product that was rung up incorrectly on the register, so she guesstimated the cost back, handed me the incorrect amount, and told me her BS reason (-1 star) when I tried to correct her with simple math. I noticed she struggled with the register and a calculator. Her attitude wasnt great at the beginning and just got worse at the end. Im a VERY nice person, but it is unacceptable for a customer service worker to continue to give an attitude especially when you are nice to that person throughout the conversation. I was even patient with her when she tried to figure stuff out for 30-40 minutes because I, myself, have worked behind several registers, so I can relate. Yes, I had my fair share experience in customer service and customer relations many years ago. She should not work at the customer service counter or anything dealing with customer service until she gets proper training.

Kroger marketplace has everything food wise and then some. You can order prepared foods from sushi to sandwiches. They have a Starbucks in store and also a beer and wine bar. You can buy clothes and household items here too. Theres also a pharmacy. The store is huge but is well maintained and easy to shop. The employees make you feel welcomed.

They have everything. Groceries all the way to clothes. Thats not something I am used to seeing in a Kroger. I love it. I get groceries here and Im never disappointed. In and out and the people are always so sweet.

I love this new Kroger Marketplace! Its got so many housewares and non grocery store options that it makes it easy to pick up most things on your list without the need to visit a big box store. The store is always clean and quiet. Shelves are well stocked and the employees are friendly.

Really great shopping experience. Got some clothing bargains. Love the small cheese cuts so you can try different cheeses without spending a lot of money. The deli was open till 9 which was quite lovely.

One of my favorite grocery stores. I really enjoy the vast cheese selection. As an added bonus, there is a secret trout stream located behind the store!!

I pass several other grocery stores to get to this one! Kroger Marketplace has excellent variety, great quality and prices. The store always looks clean and welcoming. The staff is helpful and I can always find what I want and need here. I love the fresh made sushi bar, gourmet cheeses, as well as the beer and wine tasting area.

Grocery store has a wonderful layout, very clean and the associates were helpful and had a quick checkout. Prices seem to be fair and the selection is in an abundance. However I would not recommend Krogers baked bread items, Ive purchased these before in different forms and they were not good. The breads seemed cheap and almost stale from the sub rolls, to the mini french breads and Italian loafs of bread. other then that the grocery store is great.

I have tried the salad bar over and over hoping it will be better but every time it is disgusting. A lot of the items are gone. The crab salad and pasta was warm and you can taste and smell that it’s been out to long. I love the rest of the store but that salad bar is disgusting. And the prices of things are tricky I was buying crab legs 1 to 2 times a month for $9.99 then all of a sudden I go to the line with some one day and they were $14.99. The prices change to much

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! There are tons of options of products. If you cant find what you need here, chances are you arent going to be able to find it elsewhere. On top of all the products, they also have a pizza, sandwich, and chicken counter. There is also a sushi bar, a wine and beer bar (where you can sit down and eat that pizza with a beer). You can get growlers filled as well. There is a fresh seafood and meat department also. Kroger has a pharmacy in it as well as long clothing and shoes too. There is even toys and decor as well. This store is phenomenal!

This is a great store in all departments. Most of the staff, if they can, will stop what they are doing and take you directly to the product if you cant find it. It can be one popular store. There are full carts, half carts, baskets, and scooters for the disabled. A pharmacy, customer service where there are quite a few services. I have paid my electric bill there. There are so many little departments within some departments, you can walk right on by! If Ive ever had an issue with produce or product, customer service is great at resolution.

Kroger is amazing! They have everything you may possibly need for now and later. Kudos to my neighborhood grocery/retail store.

I go to this Kroger at least once a week. For the most part, they have everything that I need; great produce selection, dairy products, and alright non meat products. When they have their 5 for $5.00 deals it can be great! Also, the gas is cheap when you rack up on your fuel points. The staff at the pharmacy are very polite and thats one of the reasons why I changed my pharmacy (also I got $25 for each transfer). Kroger would get 5 stars if they had double coupons again, if the lottery machine would stop being broken, and if their non meat selection was better.

Vast supermarket with a wide selection or products. Good parking and theyre open for 18 hours. Ive only shopped here once, so it can be hard to find what youre looking for, but the staff is helpful and with lend a hand if you need it. Make sure you have a receipt if youre trying to return a purchase.

This is the best grocery store in the entire area. They actually have a bar inside for those husbands that had to go to the store with the wife. Best variety, they have probably anything that a normal buyer could want. People are very helpful and they actually sell prepared food that you can eat there in their dining area.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They charged me for someone eses medication and would have handed it to me, if I hadnt questioned them. the pharmacy tech said the charge was for a medication that I do not take and never have. If I had been less aware, I might have ended up with a medication that would have endangered me. Also, I was there to pick up an urgently-needed medication and was told to wait THREE HOURS. When I explained that the doctor wanted me to take it immediately, the pharmacist said that I couldnt be put ahead of other refills just because I was critical, and that I should go to a different pharmacy. This particular pharmacist has a history of acting in a rude and abusive manner, yet she remains employed by Kroger. Her decisions are heartless and dangerous. Please, do not encourage such behavior by patronizing their pharmacy. I am reporting this to licensing boards.
