Small local hardware store where you can be waited on in a timely manner and they always carry hard to find stuff that you cant find in big box stores

Awsome shop with everything I would need and its local it is great.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable but their return policy is ridiculous. I attempted to return materials which were in tact and they refused to refund money because the items were opened or partially opened. I explained that the packaging of one of the items was ripped upon purchase, but that did not matter. I will not patronize this store anymore.

Creekmore Hardware has been a staple in South Norfolk ever since our family moved there in 1970. Creekmores is how I remember the hardware stores to be as a child. It may sound insignificant, but just to walk through the store and to get personalized help...is something that the big box stores greatly need. Thank you Creekmore Hardware. Ill see you tomorrow for something that I believe you will have for my need for my project.

This place is awesome I have never not found what I needed. Most things are prices the same or cheaper than the big box stores. The employees are friendlier too. Not to mention the employees not only know where things are but will take you over to them as opposed to big box stores ummm yeah I thinks is back in hardware some where, good luck there is a $5.00 minimum for using a card though.

Im only giving this store 1 star because thats what it makes me rate to comment. My wife bought me a bike from this store for Fathers day and accidentally got a womans bike instead of a mens. The owner of the store was very nasty to her about exchanging the bike and would not order her the right bike plus to top it off they charged her a 20% restocking fee to just roll it on there show room floor. I would not recommend this company to anyone and hopefully karma prevails. Very dissatisfied customer.

I’ve been to this store a few times for different things. A DIY dresser and painting and door locks. Today I came to get keys made. I really adore this store! The people aren’t just helpful they are actually pleasant! I just wanted to thank them for being a really great neighborhood hardware store!

Love this hometown hardware store...they have been a staple in the South Norfolk community since the dawn of time in my years and Im 42. They are priced very fair...have things you cant find in thw big chains and they are super friendly...and know where everything is in the store...you get greeted by thw guys who rum the place and it just has an all around good family vibe.

I have gone to Creekmore hardware multiple times because they are right in my area and they usually have things that you would not find at the big chain stores, plus a lot that you will find at places like Lowes or Home Depot. You never have to go looking for a salesperson as they pride themselves on personal service.I highly recommend them over the big box stores.
