Its surprising how much of a variety of tools and supplies they carry, considering the size of the store. Its always a pleasure shopping here not only because of their excellent customer service and readiness to help, but also because I love seeing the furry little baby chicks for sale. On top of that theyre way closer than the big stores!

Not very professional. If you go there dont put your hands in your pocket for no reason or they are going to accuse you of stealing. I would not recommend this business to anyone. And its a shame because I was doing alot of business at this store. Not every customer with there hands in there pockets are stealing. Make sure you keep your hands in sight at all times while in this place of business.

My favorite store of all time. Im there at least every other week for my chicken & canning supplies. Staff are super friendly; greeting customers like friends & always helpful in carrying heavy items out to my car. Im looking forward to chick & garden season soon

I’ve visited this store twice in the last 2 months. I am new to DIY and very much appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store is extremely well organized and well stocked. I had several small items to hunt down today and thanks to these folks I was able to get everything I needed, quickly and easily. I much prefer this pl-ACE over the larger hardware stores.

While they didnt have the frills and big open spaces of the big box stores... they have what you want and specifically what you need. The team working there was knowledgeable, but most importantly was available when needed. Prices were a little higher than the volume stores, but they had more realistic quantities of smaller items to balance things out.

Excellent service! I needed parts for my deep well pump and this store had everything in stock. Reminds me of an old town hardware store and also has that feeling when you walk in. Love this place. I bought 4 chicks on Friday evening All 4 died starting Saturday morning. I called the store to see if I can get replacement but was told I could not. Im very sad and disappointed. All I wanted is to raise chickens. I raise over 200 chickens and have bought chicks from all over so I dont understand why they couldnt replace them when other stores do. I will never shop there again!!

I like supporting small businesses but when you dont support military by offering a military discount I wont be shopping here again

We love shopping here when we can, we love supporting you. However, whoever is in charge of inventory, or whatever system youre using needs a lot of work. Maybe hire someone to help? We have wasted so many trips coming in because your inventory says you have something in stick but you dont. Or its possibly at one store, send you to the other store, only to find out its back at the original store. As a business major, I can promise you that its stuff like this that has the biggest effect on your bottom line. I think youd see more cash income if you had your inventory together. Please take the advice.

I have coming here for years and this is by far my favorite hardware store in town. I live all the way at the beach but make the trek because not only is the service friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go out of their way, but they always have what I need ... even some unique things you wouldnt expect. It also feels like a hometown store where people know you and they care about what you need. So glad Tudors has been around for so long!

When is the last time you had a truly great experience shopping somewhere for something you needed? This old fashioned family run store is it. When other stores are out of supply even, they usually have had some previous foresight. Everyone who works here is knowledgeable and accessible from dad to daughter.

Yes! These guys are family owned and always will recommend the best solution. Today my shower was stopped up and we didn’t know what to do. Went to ace and was recommended to buy “liquid fire”. 30 minutes later my wife was happy again that she could take 20 minute showers again without the water gathering around her feet! We love our local Ace!!!

Wonderful small local hardware store. The people that work here are some of the most friendly helpful people you will find. They absolutely exude that small town local feeling that is missing from large corporate stores. Ever since we have moved right down the road this has become our go to store for the vast majority of our hardware needs. Also the Frost Top root beer they sell there is amazing.

Best hometown atmosphere Ive experienced in decades. What makes this place so amazing isnt just the products or the location. The owners do everything they can to help customers because they truly value each and every one. They almost always have the best prices around, and they even delivered stuff we couldnt fit in our car because we were in the neighborhood (and didnt ask for anything in return). Has everything I need it is sad to me that I see people forcing their revue about this awesome store just because they are atheist and this store plays Christian music... If you dont want freedom of religion I can recommend many countries for you to live in... I went to this Ace location in hopes I could get a newly ordered Suburban chip key cut for a few dollars, but not coded for my ignition. I had found instructions online for how to code a replacement key and didnt want to pay $50+ for someone else to do it. When I initially went in, I was told by one associate that if I came back in a few days, his uncle who cuts my kind of key would cut the key no problem for $1 or $2. When I came back and spoke to the uncle about it, he told me they do not cut anything but their own keys and would charge $50-$80. When i told him what his nephew had said to me, he asked me to wait and then went and consulted with the initial associate in the back of the store for several minutes. Upon returning, he told me the nephew claimed he had never told me this, and that I must have misunderstood him since they only cut their own keys at the higher price.This is one of the worst examples of customer service Ive seen in a long time. I can understand the policy, but at least state it up front. Have the integrity to admit the mistake and at least apologize for the wrong information, dont act like you as the customer didnt hear what you actually heard! They shouldve honored the initial associates promise, even if it went against policy. I cannot recommend a store or its associates who treat customers with less than full integrity. Dont shop here!
