I had the best experience at tractor supply I was helped tremendously by Maddy. She helped me for about 30 minutes just going through cat things and what Id need for new kittens. My kittens are doing great and her advice and help is and will be greatly appreciated

Incredible. Purchased a trailer and drove an hour to get it. Get told we can’t buy it because it doesn’t have a vin. I ask if you call customers when you know you have sold them an item you cannot actually sell and his response? My manager said she was going to but left a half hour ago. Oh okay. So I just wasted 1 hour each way for you to give me no resolution! I took my 1000 dollars elsewhere and will never be returning. How you run a business like that is amazing.Response to customer service: cool... what does reaching out to them do? You should be reaching out to ME as the CUSTOMER and providing ME with an explanation as to why this happened and furthermore, PROVIDE A RESOLUTION...instead of empty promises.

Went to get a big lot of 10 foot T posts, yard staff person was very helpful in picking out the straight ones and helping me load them into the truck. Inside, a wandering floor worker noticed me looking and immediately offered to help me find a post driver. Good store, great employees. Happy to give them my business.

BEWARE - Its stated online that several items I needed were at this location. At the store, the staff explain to me that they no longer carried the parts I needed. Very inconvenient location to find out that they didnt have items it clearly states online are in the store.... and a copied and pasted sympathy reply thats not worth what it cost in gas.

It seems that every time I go into the Chesapeake Tractor Supply, they have carts full of merchandise blocking isles I need to go down. And no one is restocking those isles, so I hardly ever get what I came in for. Products have been missing off the shelves for seven months and the employees tell me they dont stock a certain item that the web site says they do.Im so glad another new store has opened up in Moyock, NC. I will be going there for now on. Others in my neighborhood have said Chesapeake Tractor Supply will be out of business in a short time anyway

I saw a rat in the dog food and there was a bunch of ripped open bags. I dont think thats very healthy. Please take care of this issue, animals could get sick

I was Publicly humiliated by the manager name Laurie. It was very unprofessional. She was screaming at me from across the store and it was very embarrassing.

Went in to find a wheelbarrow that was advertised on their website but they were out of the one I was looking for. Was sent to Dave and he was extremely helpful in helping me find an upgrade at a much better price. Will definitely be going back in the future!

Great place for farming and pet supplies! They have anything you could ask for if you were doing some home gardening or small farming stuff. They have chickens! Theres a cage with a bunch if little chicks. The store is dog friendly so I brought my golden retriever and everyone loved seeing her! They even have some treats at the register theyll give out too. Fun place :)

Doesnt enforce the state mandated mask requirement. Ill shop elsewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous they only allow senior citizens in from 8 to 9! Literally not a single car in the parking lot and no one in store. I have sat here in the parking lot for approx 15 min writing this review. And watch the gentleman at the door turn away 4 different people away and allowed 1 senior citizen in. I would love to just know the thought process behind that Decision! In today’s world with everything else that is going on, you would think discriminating against someone because of there age wouldn’t be a thing!

Very courteous friendly staff. Helpful. Usually go here for propane great prices. They also let great Dane rescue of the Commonwealth have fundraisers here so huge thanks the kids love their bake sales and seeing the dogs.

I went here to check out their supply of dog toys and I was extremely impressed. They have toys that you wouldnt find in most stores and they are very durable. I was pleased with my purchases and will be back to buy more toys soon.

I was impressed with the customer service I received at Tractor Supply Co. on Centerville Turnpike. Deb was very helpful in assisting with the purchase of a new zero turn mower and even loaned me a trailer when mine proved to be too small. I highly recommend TSC to anyone looking for a mower or farm supplies.

Always well stocked and the staff is extraordinarily friendly. There is one particularfemale cashier who simply LOVES children. My kiddos usually fall asleep in the car on the ride there and are grumpy upon entering the store. The cashier ALWAYS pauses her tasks and attempts to cheer them up and offers encouraging words to me as a parent. We simply love her and honestly keep coming back because of her.

Great place to shop. They have what you need and you cant get a better prices on hardware. But the line is always long and takes forever. They call for assistance but takes to long. I have walked out after leaving over $100 of in unpurchased items multiple times.

3 of the items we purchased were higher price than the tag on the shelf (hydraulic oil was higher by 20%). The store was well stocked as compared to our local store. Just have to fix the price markings.

Dog food and cat food...treats and toys...and dont forget to pick up a little horse for my granddaughter... I dont know the brand but they are sturdy! They have other animals and dinosaurs to my nephew loves the dinosaurs... and yes they are sturdy!!!

Tractor Supply has little John Deer tractors and toys my son Still loves. My daughter goes crazy over their toy horses and I love their boots. ... only negative to me is to me the baby chicken pens. There are always dead ones in there. . Grosses me out

I can take Charlie my dog in there and that is a huge plus for me.The staff are fantastic...always smiling and helpful and the quality of their products are better than the big box stores.Come in and say hello to Deb.....she will help you out more than she has to.

I stopped in to get an item advertised in the sales flyer and was surprised to find they didnt have it. My kids enjoyed seeing the chicks. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great dog food! And a great spot for post and pre emergents. Our dog had food allergies and we used to have to our purchase medicated food from the vet. We heard about some of the food that TS has. We changed over and its been 4 years since she has had any issue. Its also much more budget friendly.

They have great customer service. The young kids are very respectful. Im lucky to live so close to them. You cant beat the prices on the nuts and bolts!

This store is awesome. Where else can you pick up a pair of jeans, pet food, tools, lumber and hardware? A bit far to travel to, but always worth the trip.

Love TSC! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They greet me when I enter and if they dont know the answer will go out of their way to find it for me. Reasonable prices with a good selection for the urban farmer and real farmers.

Really like getting our dog food there.Its not junk food. Bought a real good lawn mower there six years ago. Im just disappointed they dont give a military discount.

I ordered 2 items one of them being a generator to find out that T.S. cancelled the order before I went to pick up my other order. I called the online help line to no satisfaction due to automation. It would have been nice to be notified that my order would not be fulfilled at all. I also called the store to find out when I would get my money back in my account and nobody knew the process or the 1-800 number to inquire about the refund. I will not be using their on-line service again!

A little pricey but worth the personal service. They have some hard to find, unique items. Highly recommend.

I’ve been bringing my propane tanks here for years to get refills, the employee today told me that she will not refill my tanks unless I drive my camper up to thier parking lot. My 40 foot 5th wheel camper will not fit into their parking lot. Nor do I wish to go through the hassle of connecting all of that for a quick trip, that’s why propane tanks are easily detachable. I spend approximately $1000-$2000 in product and services here per year. I will never shop here again for anything. The U Haul tech who easily filled my tanks laughed when I told him of my experience with Tractor Supply.

If I could un visit this place I would. These are some of the most stand offish people I met in a supposed friendly company. I know why they act like that I just hope it doesnt keep happening. Dylan is the worst when it comes to treating customers equally. He may need some sensitivity training. I hate coming here and now the drive to a facility further away may be better than to continue to shop here.

No matter when you visit this store they will never have more than one register open. There were 11 people in line before they paged to open a register. Backed up all the way past the dog food. This happens every time I visit. If I didnt need to go here, I wouldnt. Mgmt really needs to allot more payroll to this store.

I enjoy the store but the pet situation is annoying. Nothing like getting growled at in a tractor supply store. Why are pets allowed in there? Its not Petco. Although TS may not be conveniently located for me, the prices make up for the drive!I recused one of my furbabies from an adoption event being held at TS and it turned out he was eating 4health brand food so I stayed with it. Not only does he (and now my other puppers) love the food, but TS pretty much has it on sale everytime I go ($33 for 30lbs of grain free, on sale; $36 reg.). I also buy their treats and toys while Im there.Not only do I get my pet supplies, but they have an array of items needed for inside and outside my home.
