Associate was nice and pleasant..had to change my SIM card, but now my cell is acting up since its now on TMOBILE network!!

Booths Mobile is a bad experience getting worst. I am preparing too change dealers because of all the problems costing me money. I would investigate Booths farther before I sign up bgg with them.

Free iphone was nice but my child phone doesnt get service at home like my five phones with cricket. My child begged me to get boost now when at home she uses my phone all the time to call people. My five lines with cricy work fine at home but her boost line wont. Everyone told me boost was the best, I beg to differ.

A lot of dead zones. My wife had the service also. Many times, when I called her or vice versa, we wouldnt get the call. Only kept the service for 2 months. Got Xfinity Mobile now...EXCELLENT!!! No problems whatsoever.

Great price. Unlimited price cant be beat. Internet sucks, attempt to get you to sign up for $10 unlimited data. Data usually low 2nd or 3rd day of new billing cycle. How? I dont even use their internet. I use my home internet service.

Bought a prepaid Wi-Fi box from boost. It stopped working in a month and a half. I called xfinity and they sent a tech out. The box and cirds were tested and it turned out that the box was no good. I then calked boost mobile and I was told that basicalky ive thrown money away because theres nothing that they are going to do about it and hung up on me and I calked back and they wouldnt even answer the phone.i woukd never advise anyone to do business with them. I will be calling the BBB

Was updating my iPhone 6 to iPhone 7, they were the only boost mobile store to have one. I want to upgrade it for the dollar down. The guy took my money and went to transfer the service to the upgrade and IT WOULDNT POWER ON... Since that was the only iPhone they had they suggested I take it to Apple and have them switch it out... BOTTOM LINE IS I BROUGHT A PHONE THAT WOULDNT POWER ON AND THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. I have to wait on a damn appointment to get to Apple and as far as this store NOTHING... I wouldn’t do business with them ever again.

Ok i guess i love boost mobile

This place is over priced. I went to the other boost by Harold’s chicken on 1535 western ave., they charged me half of what I was going to pay. I don’t recommend this place
