All of the sales associates were very friendly and helpful. There is an armed security guard in the lobby now, you can feel safe or be afraid take your choice.This is a third party T-Mobile store that doesnt have a tech on-site. Its a convenient place to pay a bill or look at the latest phone. 😁
New management is really helpful. They take their time with people and get to the core of the problem, if they cant figure it out they find the next best option. I would definitely recommend this store. Jacob and Amuary and Daniel were all professional.
I was in here.. dealing with a Tablet from ms deceased family member. Something tech support was misinformed on. Ms. Kenia, knew exactly the issue. Did the exchange, offered condolences, my new device was here in 3 days.. Im from a different state. The other 3 individuals were absolutely amazing. If you have to travel a extra 15 minutes go to this store.. .. I cant think these people enough.. i grew up here . Now the military had other plans.. but this entire store was amazing..tysm
Went to check why my s7 edge wont charge with the cable because of moisture in the port and I never dropped it in water or anything one of the employees looked at me and said he wasnt a tech to know things like that and that he just worked there. He told me to go to best buy and have them check it out first of all I didnt buy my phone at best buy. Very rude I recommend the time mobile store in homewood
Buyers Beware: The staff is extremely unprofessional and the boss is rude and un-accommodating. After making a $600 purchase, I came back to exchange a charger for a case. The manager Mo told me I needed the original receipt - unaware I was a former T-Mobile employee and know it was a simple matter of him printing off my receipt. Then- he showed me the DEVICE RETURN policy which states an original receipt was needed rather than the ACCESSORY EXCHANGE which does not. If you want honest service- this is NOT the place to go.
Customer Service from a young Hispanic male he was talking to me like I was a brother out the hood with no money... Wrong they apparently need a better training program, I advised the female manager she had a look on her face looking lost, what do you expect to get shopping in the Hood. Both manager and employee needs retraining.
When a customer comes in you take care of the first customer not the second customer or the Third customer poor customer service. Definitely not to come back here ever again

Never enough staff to help. Most t mobile stores take your name down and what you need done when you walk in not here!! Just stand around and wait for the only two reps to do activations and everything under the sun.. Never a good experience here.. Stay away
