The young lady dishonored the national promotion 5g upgrade. The promotion clearly stated get a 5g device when you switch over. No other terms were listed. Despite the very clear verbiage she mandated I open 4 lines when the promotion says up to 4 lines. This was 4p on Oct 4 2021. Latina female

The 1 star is simply because the store opened on time. The customer service was TERRIBLE. The young lady was ill informed on the policies of manufacturer damage and return policies and clearly did not want to work this morning. I WILL NOT return to this store EVER. Bad energy and a really bad attitude.

They have no idea what they are doing at this location. The sales associate upgraded me to the wrong plan. She proceeded to give me a refund, however she did not cancel the plan so my phone was cut off the next day because it showed that I didnt pay for the upgrade! I was so upset. The 1800 number ended up handling this matter since they would not answer my call! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this location! There prices are even different than other locations (higher). Smh
