This place is great, brought my viechle for an insurance claim repair. And I must say they did a great job. And when I had a small issue with the AC unit they assisted and fixed it in a timely manner. I recommend this place to anyone looking for quality honest work.

I called this auto repair company since I used them in the past and they are excellent. The body work is amazing! Looks like a brand new car upon completion. I really wanted to used this company again but unfortunately they are not in my insurance providers network which makes the warranty different. I still highly recommend this auto repair shop!

Just didnt work out they tried to total my car through state farm had to send it to max auto rebuilder on 85th racine very good shop there no problems told me my car wasnt that bad at all.so state farm and c&o are some shady peeps

We have a fleet of 35 cars and service all of them at C and O for last two years. They are miracle makers repairing our older service trucks. They find the part at the right price and DO NOT OVERCHARGE like our previous service center. Highly Recommended. It is not easy to find good auto repair services - this is definitely one of the best places to go!

Vince & his staff are the best body shop on the south side. From the time my car arrived fixed & released to me they made it easy in a stressful situation. Even months after they followed up with me making sure the car was in top working condition. Friendly people, very clean, I had my vehicle here and when I came to pick it up I saw a ding on the passengers side on the door. I talked to one guy and he said that there was no way that could happen in this place no way, he asked me if I wanted to speak to someone in charge, so I spoke to the manager and asked him could he just come look at it, he looked came back in check the camera,and said he couldnt tell whether it was there or not,and took care of the problem friendly and courteously. Made an appointment to get my brakes and rotors changed. Joe the Mechanic waited until I got there and took apart my car to pull me to the side and tell me he only takes cash. I felt like it was a scam because the shop clearly states debit card is accepted. Then he tried to over charge me for a Caliber part. My time was wasted and I had to go somewhere else. I will Not recommend this business.

My favorite auto mechanic works in the shop. Joe! Hes always always always fixed my car up and had me running perfectly.

I had never had to have work done on my vehicle due to an auto crash. My whole front end was tore off. My vehicle looks brand new inside and out!!!!!. I appreciate the entire staff. My vehicle was actually ready before the expected the time.

This place quoted me $952 to fix a small dent in the crack of my driver’s side door. All they literally had to do was pop the dent out. I told them I didn’t care about them repainting where the dent was. I just wanted them to get the dent out so I could open my door all of the way. I’m just mad they charged me $35 just for an estimate and the estimate was ridiculous! I went to another place around the corner & the guy popped the dent out and charged me nothing. This place does not need to be open....this is high rate robbery in the Black community done by Black business owners. Insane!
