Do not go to this nightmare I repeat do not! Was recommended by insurance company. The car was not ready on time and was given a excuse each time. I was told my car was ready on the drive home my brakes go out from them not putting on my brake pads and lugs missing. I will never go to this place again
Please read all the reviews prior to considering this business to service your vehicle. The worst experience of my life. This is a white owned business in a predominantly black community and should be shut down! The owner talks down to their customers. They are completely behind on work orders and there is no transparency. If you visit the location there is no order and inventory is everywhere, you can barely walk in the door. I literally had to call every single day to ensure my car was being worked on, which it hadn’t been. I was initially told my car would be fixed in 3weeks but my car ended up being in the body shop for 4 months. The insurance adjuster went out there twice. I never write reviews but this was a must. If you can, read the other reviews and try another company who actually deserves the business. This is our community and we shouldn’t accept being treated like less especially when we are the reasons the business is still going. Please consider going elsewhere.
If I could give zero stars I would!! Horrible and unprofessional shop to bring your car. I brought my car here because my insurance suggested it and definitely regret it. I brought my car here early July, I’m still waiting and it’s October. The guy that answers the phone must be on METH because he gives you misleading information with a different lie every time you call with an update….Trying to get more money out of you with fake new problems. Just overall a horrible experience with time wasted.

No communication. Got the run around about parts. Had to.make an appointment a month out just to come in and be told to take our vehicle home to wait to order parts that they were pretty much already aware we needed. Smh meanwhile our truck is needing repairs. On to the next one I guess.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! This place is filled with crooks. One of the workers here used my friends car for a month and added 1,500 miles to it. They never told us they were going to use the car but we had an empty tank of gas. Not only did they use the car without our permission but they called us liars. They did not even do a good job at fixing the front bumper as the clips do not clip onto the front. The bumper seems generic too as there was no holes for my license plate but I had to drill the license plate holder onto the newly repaired front bumper. Do no go here if you want to risk your car getting used for 1,500 miles then being told that you are lying. We do not want to go through lawyers as nothing much we can do with a civil case matter.
DO NO GO HERE! My parents brought their Tacoma for repairs and they estimated the repairs to be fixed in a week and a half. Due to insurance reasons its understandable. The issue is how were they able to put 1,300 miles in a month?! We called and we were told we were liars instantly. They didnt check who touched the vehicle in their workplace but instantly gave us attitude. Vehicle was completed the first of February but they called us the 12 saying it was ready? What happened to the 11 days it was just sitting in your lot? DO NOT GO HERE.

These people are bold-faced liars! They will constantly give you a date of completion and once the date comes they push it back. They had my car for almost 2 months and it was a simple bumper and Fender replacement job.They did not have the decency to keep in contact with me and when I called them they had an attitude and rude demeanor. They have too many cars that need to be worked on there which makes them fall behind but they refuse to be honest about it. It was almost a two month wait and my vehicle was not completely repaired.

First, let me start by saying the quality of work performed on my vehicle was excellent. Thats just about where the good review ends. If you care about work quality, you wont have any worries with Classic Collision Center. Service is another question. For context, my 2013 Infiniti QX56 was stolen and recovered in pretty bad shape. The offenders damaged the front bumper, the entire drivers side, mirror, doors, quarter panels, and the rear passenger door. After reading the reviews, I immediately reached out to the insurance company (Direct Auto - My First Mistake) to request a different shop. They provided a list, and none of the shops they provided answered. So, I felt that at least this place answeres the phone.Long story short, the reviews are correct. They dont give you firm dates on completion. My car was in there from August 1, 2020, and I just picked it up today, December 22, 2020. There were issues with getting proper appraisals on the damage. Most are on the insurance company, but Classic Collision has its fair share of the blame. After ordering parts, they noticed that a door was not approved. It didnt appear that they caught it before ordering parts. This means there is a lack of thoroughness between the shop and the office. Classic Collision should have seen it in the ordering process that not all the items werent approved or reviewed before ordering. Screwing this up ultimately cost me another month of delays as the insurance companys appraiser was on vacation. They didnt call me; I had to call for updates continually. I got a different story depending on who answered the phone, Tom or Dominick.Lastly, I was informed I needed brakes; they quoted brakes, and I approved the work. A week later, I get a call that something else with the brakes needed to be replaced other than the pads and rotors. This tells me that you didnt wholly inspect the brakes before reaching out to me to authorized some work, which set completion time back another few days, plus a weekend. They need better systems and internal processes for managing their workload. A computerized system and office management would solve most if not all of their service-related issues. They dont seem to care about their rating either because I overheard Dominick telling a customer that all collision business ratings are low. Its the nature of the business. They get over on providing quality service because they get business from sub-prime insurance companies. Although the quality of work appears to be excellent, I would go to another company if I had a choice because of the lack of service and organization.

Very disappointed. I was originally told it would take a week for this (insurance job) to be done. It took a month. When I finally got my car back from the rear end work that was done my brake light comes on 20 minutes after driving it. I call them and they said they didnt touch the brake line... They only took the caliper off. Im so disgusted. My daughter needs some work on her car... They wont get that business!
They took 2 months to fix my car smh they did a good paint job but I dont recommend this place!! Also someone stole some glue out of my car.
Please please dont take your car there neither allow your insurance company to send it there. Two lying wonders own and operate this joint. They get off on bad reviews and folks begging to have their car ready when promised. Had my car since 9/6 as of today no car. Was promised it back 10/14. I wish I can write 0 stars, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE . So, I have direct auto insurance and they asked me to take my car here. After putting in they company name on google, I seen all the bad reviews and did not want to take my car there . However, my insurance company told me I can just take the car there for a estimate then take it to any shop after . I drop my car off about a week and half ago, 2 days later I see my car parked on the street . I pulled over and seen two little holes in my trunk . I did not say anything because it was small . About 3 days ago I went up there to get my mail box key out of my car and was told to come back the next day because they locked my key in the car . I asked them how was that possible because my car was push to start and he stated that my battery died . So, I come back the next day at 9 am and he walked me to my car . I seen a lot of dents and scratches in the back and on the side of my car . I asked him what happen and he claim the appraiser did it . So I called the adjuster and she told me the appraiser do not touch the car . She also stated that the pictures I sent her was new dents . Let me remind you all it was in the back of the car and the accident happen in the front . He also had another car parked on my car i have pictures ! When I brought it up to him he got defensive and told me “ what do you expect your car is parked on the lot with all these other cars . If you want my to pay for the damages, you will have to pay me storage feedback “ . I removed my car today from his lot and contacted my lawyer . I notice some things is removed from my Car . DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

I were in a hit in run accident my insurance sent my car to those people On 10/9 I called the next week to see how far they got I was told to call back the next Monday which makes my car been there for 3 weeks now when I did speak with someone he was extremely rude told me to call back the next hour I did I was told they were waiting on my insurance Come to find out my insurance were waiting on them they had my car over a month they didn’t even start repairs my car were just sitting there for weeks there so unprofessional I will never recommend those people
Amazing service!! I have a brand new waverunner that hit a few rocks and got scratched up. I brought it in for repairs Thursday and got it back the following Wednesday!. Only out one weekend!! Super fast turn around and not to mention amazing work!! Its brand new again!! Thanks so much everyone at Classic Collision Center!!!

I wish I could give them NO stars. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on January 2, 2018 my vehicle was towed to them on January 12, 2018 it took almost 2 months from that time for the insurance to have the adjuster do their job and for them to complete the body work. Upon completion of the body work it was discovered there was engine damage not covered by the insurance or my warranty. I was given a quote, which took them over a week to give and is probably over priced, and an approximation of 4 days after receipt of engine to complete the job. On March 6, 2108 a deposit was paid for engine replacement. I have to this day March 22, 2018 still not received my vehicle and every time I call them they lie about the completion date. If you ever need any type of anything done to your vehicle find someplace else they are the worst at handling business and keeping you the consumer informed of the progress or lack thereof. 3 months of aggravation.

Unfortunately my vehicle was sent here for repairs from Direct Auto Insurance. Both companies are highly unprofessional. It took them more than 10 days ( closer to 30) to decide if my car was a total loss or fixable. My car was in the shop from August to the end of December. In the beginning they claimed my keys were misplaced. They never called back to tell me if they were found. I had to to call them back. There are no updates given on the progress of the vehicle. I had to always call. Every week and every month it was always some excuse to why the vehicle was not ready. I constantly got the run around with them. Even after receiving my vehicle it was still issues with my car. If I could give them 0 stars I would. If you are with the same insurance request to have another company work on your vehicle. Report and avoid at all cost.
These people take forever!!! I got into an accident late January and still dont have my car back its march 19! Every time I call them they dau something different. This place was referred by my insurance company but I wish i had just towed it to a different place. My car only had damage to the front drivers side and they havent fixed it in over a month! Avoid this place if possible! I had no choice but to take it here due to the bad insurance company, Apollo Casualty. They will lie to you every week about the status of your car. Tom the manager told me it usually takes 2-3 days to receive a part from KIA and the reason it took weeks to receive the parts was because they ordered used parts so they wouldn’t have to charge me the difference for the new parts. I have a 2017 KIA Sorento and a used airbag was originally ordered for my car! Then for 3 weeks in a row I was promised my car would be ready until I went there to see my car for myself and saw that they had not even started working on it! They have had my car for 2 months already and both the owner, Derek, and manager, Tom, have continued to lie to me each week about it. Try and save yourself the headache and stress and take your car somewhere else.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. They have done nothing be give me the run around about when my vehicle would be ready. I have came up there on numerous days when they said the vehicle will be ready and still to this day its not ready. It been almost 2 months since they had my vehicle. I asked them before they started to work on it how long would it be. They told me 2-3 weeks and which I thought that was long but I told them ok go head and do the repairsame since its already here. If I knew it would take over 2 months to work on it I would have never told them to do the repairs. They had more than enough time to finish but they just be having my car sitting around at the shop and they notold telling me the truth about it. The truth is they get paid more as long as the car sits in there shop becuase pay is by the hour and not be the job so why would they rush repairs to any vehicle. You try to support your neigh neighborhood business but now I know that you cant some times. Mad I didnt look at their F rating on The BBB website before I told them to start working. Workers only getting paid $18-35 an hour and macco pay $70-75 an hour with a crappiepisode insurance company they choose places like this so the insurance companies dont have to pay that much and get over on the customer. This would be my first and last doing business with them.

Too bad I cant give 0 stars, it took my car 4 months to give it to me. The day they gave it to me, their work material (garbage) was filled with dust and all the dirty and stained seats were inside my car. the owner told me that it was impossible because they had just washed it, I demanded that he go out to look at the car with me and he didnt want to tell me to come back the next day. For it to be washed. It has a lot of damage that they did not repair. They do not care about the comments about their shop even if they are bad, because businesses do it with all those bad insurances that are responsible for sending the car there.
