I will definitely recommend Midway Auto Repair Services. I spoke to John when I scheduled my appointment and he was very informative and answered all my questions that I had on the repair for my truck. He told me it will take 5 to 7 business days to have my truck ready and it did took exactly 6 days. They did an awesome job replacing my rear bumper, trunk and the paint. John and his staff did a great job, I would recommended Midway Auto Repair if you leave around Midway area or even from the suburbs. GOOD JOB!!!!!

Even though, I had an appointment to turn in the car, I was several weeks late because of the snow storms. They did an amazing job with my vehicle. I got hit by a drunk driver as I was merging to a main street. Well after the shop was done my truck looked like new!

I had just gotten my state farm claim assigned to this shop so I called to schedule the service, however when I called I was greeted with simple Hello, I asked where am I calling and the person stated this is John who is this!?, I assumed I called a home instead of a business, I apologized and let him know I was actually trying to call Midway auto and he hung up. after double checking the number on their website it turns out it is the correct number, after calling back john answers again and I explain I just called a moment ago for Midway Auto and was about to ask for an appointment and he interrupted and said, im not there call back tomorrow, I mentioned its 3pm and they are open till 5, He demanded I call tomorrow cause he had another phone call. he didnt want to help me out during business hours. I couldnt imagine what it would be if he had my car for repair. I just switched to CDE on Columbus instead. :-(

My overall experience here was great. I choose places based on their ratings on google and have to give this place credit where its due. This place was able to repair my car in a timely manner and did an amazing job. My car looks brand new and they even washed it for me before returning it. I highly recommend this place if you need any work done on your vehicle. I have also posted before and after pictures of my car.

This is the second time I have been to Midway Auto Repair. Both times John and his crew performed outstanding. Could not be happyer with the work both times . Dropped off my car for repairs to the front bumper. Done the next day. John and his team go the extra mile to insure the parts, fit and finish are perfect.I have changed my rating. Today I found the entire front bumper is covered in orange peel texture. John said to bring it back next week to address. From previous body shop experience I can definitely say Midway Auto Repair shop is great at what they do! They kept me updated with my car and did a great job with the left rear quarter panel bumper, door and fender. Now I did have 1 concern because my car was making a rattling noise so I took it back and John the owner was very kind he when for a drive with me took a look at the car and found the issue took care of it that same day. Then they mapped a plan, so that instead of leaving the car and waiting for them to get the parts then repair an paint my car. They prefer to plan a date so then they would have the parts ready. Then my car was in and out within 3 day, pickup was on the 4th day. Fantastic service and great planning. Why make the customer wait. The door and fender looks brand new and shiny. Very professional body repair shop easy in and out parking, I took in my 2019 to get painted after an accident and looked like original when it was given to me. Would recommend stopping here first and talk to Chris he’ll take care of you 👌

I have had my cars worked on at previous body shops but the work never came out as good as it did here. The gaps were on point, the paint job was beautiful, and I realized that they also sanded and buffed my car.Even tho the insurance only approved aftermarket parts they still did a better job than the dealer I bought it from. they also detailed my car which was pretty awesome of them. all in all it was a brand new car. They also have an awesome warranty.The longest part of the process was on getting the approval from the insurance company but everything after that moved pretty fast.

I honestly wish I can give this shop no stars at all for the way they treat their customers. So my boyfriend was sent this this shop for repairs. We got the car back May 10th. When my bf went to go pick up the car the owner kept asking him where’s the insurance check? You never gave it to us?, he then accused my bf of NEVER giving them a check then called the insurance for a new check but with a different amount that was more then before. Also, They told my boyfriend to not wash/wax his car for a while due to the fact that it’s fresh out the shop. Month later we clean up the car and notice that the texture of the door feels different. So on June 23, my boyfriend went to the shop To mention this to the owner. Out of nowhere he brings up the huge scratch on the door and asks my boyfriend, “Why is the scratch there??” My boyfriend inform him that it was already there prior to the accident in MARCH. He then goes on to say that he REPLACED the door and nothing should be there. So that made my bf mad cause no he didn’t replace the door, If so there wouldn’t be a deep scratch at all. We have photo evidence of it being there prior to service but the Owner kept telling my bf that it meant nothing he didn’t care what photos he had. No Door was replaced at all!! The owner kept yelling at my boyfriend which caused him to get loud also. So we’re on the phone with the insurance cause we might have a possible insurance fraud in our neighborhood. Please save your insurance’s money or even your own money and NOT COME HERE.

I was initially very hesitant about the work that was going to be completed but John was patient and willing to take his time to answer and clarify all my questions in an honest and direct manner. There were MANY limitations as to the service they provided given that the insurance/appraiser has the final say, but they worked well under these conditions to meet my needs.

I was extremely satisfied with the time it took to repair my car. I took it in on a Monday and picked it up the same work week. It was awesome to get my car back better than I had left it, to my surprise it was cleaned in and out! Jon also pointed out some things I needed to take care of going on under my hood, which I appreciated, because I had no idea or I would have been stranded on the road one day. All in all, good customer service, the communication was excellent, if I left a message a call was returned promptly and I would not hesitate to take my car back there again. Jon and his son was great. I had more communication with them than Allstate regarding my repair. In fact Jon was on a Cruze and personally called me when they ran into some repair issues on my car. 10 year old car with an impact that involves mechanics will always mean the owner may absorb some cost. Jon knew this and kept open communication at all times.

Also John who is owner I think is very upfront and might not like price but definitely worth every penny.. Works is excellent and always satisfied..
