I mean, they’ve been in business FOREVER so that says something. My office and I order from here atleast once a week. It’s amazing. Always. Walk up window with amazing and receptive staff. I once had a picky client request some very intense “substitute” items for his salad and they even called me to help me find the best item on the menu for his requests. You can make any sandwich into a salad!!! That is amazing. Thanks guys!

Excellent spot for outstanding Italian sandwiches.Many classic Italian sandwich options on awesome, crusty bread with fresh-sliced Italian deli meats. Multiple varieties of salami, prosciutto, capicola, mortadella - its all here. Also perfect provolone cheese, delicious homemade dressings, and crisp, fresh vegetable toppings.Other sandwiches are also available including roast beef and tuna.Mostly a grab and go place but a few tables are available. Friendly service.Easily one of the best places for sandwiches just about anywhere.

Line moves fast, and its worth any wait. Italian and Mr. G are perfect with Giardiniera. Minestrone is a sleeper. On a slow day, talk to the family. They are excellent folks.

This will forever be my favorite sandwich shop not only because the sandwich was absolutely amazing but because my first time walking in here I ordered a sandwich and realized I forgot my wallet so when I called to tell them that I wasn’t coming back for my food they actually told me to come pick up the sub because I was already having a bad day with losing my wallet and just to come and get the food ❤️❤️ It’s small acts of kindness like that will forever keep customers around because I know I’ll be back for sure the people are great and the subs are amazing 🤤

Sandwiches are OK. What makes a great Italian sandwich is the entire experience.A good experience will see you ordering directly at the counter so you can see the meats, cheeses, breads etc. JP does not do this.A good experience will allow you to customize your order. JP does not allow you to subtract ingredients online.A good experience will see value for money. At $10-$12 a sub, JP is overpriced by around 25% vs Little Italy.And most importantly, a good experience at an Italian Deli is QUICK. JP is PAINFULLY slow where even ordering online has up to a 30 minute delay when you go to pick up your order.For what you get, its overpriced and slow. I dont bother tipping anymore because tipping is only for excellent service.All they have is a monopoly on location. If youre willing to drive 5 minutes into little Italy/ university village, then youll receive a proper Italian deli sandwich experience.

Turkey with hot muffuletta is one of my favorite sandwiches of all time, and always great service :) would recommend to anyone living in Chicago or visiting as a not to miss!!

The subs were really tasty. Ordered the Italian, spicy, and turkey sub. Also picked up some mild and hot Giardiniera to go. I did the order online for pick up before I went. There is a window for pick up and ordering. I loved the red roasted pepper on the turkey sub. Gave it an extra kick. I preferred the spicy over the Italian. Both were excellent. The staff was very friendly and appreciative of my business which I liked! This was my first time to JP Graziano‘s and I’m sure not my last.

This fantastic Italian sandwich shop and deli has been in the West Loop since long before the neighborhood turned hip. They combine unbelievably fresh ingredients and bread to make phenomenal sandwiches. Try the Mr. Gs or the marinated artichoke sandwich. They also have great hot & mild giardiniera to take home for the fridge. plus they deliver all over the Loop.

The Mr. G is the best sandwich on the planet. The team here treats everyone with kindness and respect. Despite always being busy, they work quickly to get everyone taken care of. 1 of a kind.

We drove out from the western suburbs. Awesome food! Amazing service! Jim at the window taking orders was extremely friendly. I had the artichoke sandwich. The bread was on point! Fresh mozzarella yum! Will definitely be back to try other sandwiches.

We get this place catered to work a lot and its really good but cant totally comment on the price since I dont pay. The mr. G is everyones favorite. Got a salad for lunch once and it was good but too small and too expensive. Skip them.

A couple months ago, I passed by and ordered one of their sandwiches. They apologised that they didnt have the right bread for it (they ran out) and asked if they could substitute it with another. I said I didnt mind and the substitute was perfectly fine. After paying, they then gave me a voucher/card for a free sandwich so I could try the original order nex time but with the correct bread lol! Such a nice gesture and it shows they care so much about their product.

Great place to get a sandwich whenever I find myself in the west loop for work. Damn good soup in the fall and winter time as well.

This place is very good on their quality of meats and quality of condiments with great prices (about 8.00-10.00 per sandwich). They have a great variety of sandwiches that can satisfy any type of taste buds. The only issue is the bread is very hard, so biting and chewing into the sandwich will be a problem, and they dont have a wheat or multigrain bread option. They operate on an honor system when it comes to paying for your meal which can be a problem because after you order your food; you have to go to a separate area to pay for the sandwich and verbally tell the cashier what you ordered. Normally they give you a ticket of some sort at other delis, but they dont practice that here; so I would recommend they track their purchases. Parking here will definitely be a problem, so I highly recommend a car sharing service, taxi or public transportation if you are dining in. With all that being said; the sandwiches are definitely great and this store is certainly worth dining in at.

Heres a tip. Buy the giardiniera, its spicy and fresh, thank me later.The sandwiches are delicious, but a tad pricey, but not pricey enough that i dont keep coming back.

They have great service and sandwiches! Ive ordered to go a few times and theyve always been very quick, and the sandwiches very filling with fresh ingredients. My favorite is the roast beef sandwich, which can basically feed 4 people, you cant go wrong with it.

Good local lunch place. Has an authentic feel to it. Courteous and friendly staff. I ordered a Porchetta and it was served with a humungous Ciabatta bread. The serving here is huge as you can see from the picture. Reach 10 mins before noon to skip the long lunch lines.

The LED bench is absolutely obnoxious.

30 minutes late for an order we placed an hour before. Put one sandwich on French after requesting ciabatta. No remorse for mistakes. Customer service extremely poor and sandwiches were average.

This place was really hyped up by multiple sources I had heard great things so thats why I was somewhat disappointed at a couple things, I got a Mr. G and a cheesy foccacia. Th foccacia was amazing it was a small grilled cheese really, if you want to get something for a kid this would be perfect. The Mr. G I could tell had super high quality meats and cheese they were incredible but the bread was borderline stale, it was definitely old and the lettuce was really pathetic shredded iceberg that was browing, it really ruined the sandwhich, that being said I would still come back to try other stuff.

What a delicious Italian sub Ive just had!Grazianos definitely met my expectations based on others reviews.I cant wait to try the other subs (The veggie really caught my attention)The service and prompt attention, along with the quality of the food makes Grazianos a must stop while in the West Loop.Also, for the price, the subs were a lot bigger than I had expected. I actually had to save half of my sub for later. Which, when thinking about it, means that Grazianos has definitely set me for the day! What a treat!!

We love JP Graziano! Unfortunately, our experience picking up sandwiches the last few months has left a lot to be desired. There’s no system for pickup- you just give your name to the staff member at the door- so people skip ahead in the nonexistent line (clump) and others are left waiting for ages. I think it would benefit everyone if there was a better pickup system. Perhaps the staff member at the door could take multiple names at once instead of bringing sandwiches out one by one, there could be tape on the ground for distancing/queuing purposes, etc. We love the sandwiches but it’s been tough to stand in the sun with a baby for 20 minutes just to pickup an online order.

GP Graziano’s is AMAZING. The sandwiches are just top notch. (This is coming from someone who doesn’t love sandwiches!) But everything is made quickly, super fresh, and the ingredients are really high quality. I love this place.

Best Italian sub place in town, hands down.Family owned, and you can feel it when walking in and interacting with any of the good people working there. They also have a good selection of quality meats, cheese, olives and deserts.I would suggest going before or after the lunch rush hour for super fast service if you dont like waiting in line.Ive never been disappointed by the food or the service.

Nicest employees that made you feel like you and your order matter, freshest ingredients, and such a perfectly balanced Italian sandwich. You can tell this fourth generation family ran business loves what they are doing in Chicago. Next time I come back to Chicago Ill be ordering from here again and sit on the patio!

Grazianos is a terrific throwback. Its a classic Italian deli with delicious sandwiches on wonderful, crusty bread.I had an Artichoke sandwich, which was lovely and large enough to take half home. We had eaten outside. When the server saw me wrapping the remaining half in a napkin, she quickly offered to take it in and prep it to go.We cant wait to eat our way through the rest of the menu!
