I did a little research online and kept coming back to their site. New to the area and just moving our son down to VT. He chose which one he wanted and Dave was right there answering any and all questions. Took less than 20 min. I was so surprised when we found out it would be delivered same day! By the time we drove back to the apartment and my son went inside,they were delivering it. I didnt get the guys name but he was awesome as well. I would recommend the mattress outlet to everyone!!

I had a very bad experience here. Within a week my full size mattress and box spring sagged under my shoulders. I waited two months for some reason and called them and they told me to take photos, measure the sag and come in and fill out a form and they would have take it to their management for approval. Apparently it was approved and they called me two weeks later to tell me that they would make an exchange one time and one time only. However when I asked for an upgrade to a firmer mattress and a thinner box spring or a refund instead they rescinded their offer without any further discussion. I have to trash the box spring cuz it is quite defective and seek a new one. The prices on their website are inaccurate. I paid at least double whats listed. I wish I had looked at the box spring before buying it as I believe it is just cardboard with not much else under the fabric covering. I was fooled by the prices being so much lower than other places.

The reviews dont fo them justice. They called to verify delivery and questioned a product I bought. They quickly delivered the mattress upstairs to the room. After delivery ut was invited the item I purchased wasnt what I really needed. The mistake was on me. They cane up with a solution, fixed my problem and delivered what I needed again. If they suggest something LISTEN to the. They know what they are talking about. Very professional and timely! A++++

The products this place sell are cheap junk. I have no clue how they got these ratings. It has to be fake accounts. It is common for mattress stores to do that. We had bought two box springs and a bedframe. Within a week you could see wear on the box springs and the bedframe was flimsy. Not only was the frame unstable but it started to bend. We asked for a refund for the bedframe and they would not accept it under any circumstances. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bought my first mattress four years ago here, got a firm mattress set at an unbelievable price. The mattress has been great! Now Im graduating and moving to a new city, I decided to buy a new mattress here and bring it with me (cannot find a mattress of same quality at this price anywhere else!). Glad to find that they moved to a bigger and closer (to Blacksburg) place. Dakota was very helpful and again I got the mattress I want for an amazing price (way below my budget). Way better than mattress warehouse, these guys deliver the same day to your home and they can deliver any day.Mattress Outlet is cheaper, charges 3 times less for delivery and has better customer service than Mattress Warehouse (cake take up to 10 days to deliver and only delivers 3 days per week). Mattress Outlet keeps their stock local so they can deliver whenever. Other places like Mattress Warehouse won’t tell you when they deliver until after close of business the night before, you get a 3 hour window and if you can’t make be at your house then you have to wait another week, no option to pick up the mattress yourself.

We had an amazing experience here. Within 10 minutes of entering the store we had picked out a mattress for a fraction of what we would have paid elsewhere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (shout out to Dakota). They also gauranteed same day shipping for only $30. Overall great experience and even better deal.

Went to get a mattress set for the guest bedroom and bought two queen size Azure Hybrid Memory Foam Mattresses instead! The mattress feels amazing; likes sleeping on clouds that absorb you into them and accept you as one of their own!The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The prices were amazing! Everything buying a mattress should be: simple, straightforward, inexpensive. The place is pretty plain - just mattresses and a guy behind a desk, nothing flashy or unnecessary. They do business the same way. I had all my questions answered, tried out a few mattresses, picked my favorite and walked out having spent about $125 less than I would have been willing to pay for even a decent mattress. Great place to get your new mattress. All the sales people were friendly and at no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. The salesman walked me around, told me the important information about each set, let me try them all out and then made a few recommendations based on the feedback I had provided. I ended up buying one of their upper end models, complete with a frame and two fancy foam/gel pillows, for a third of Grands price and half of anyone else. I now recommend this store to everyone I meet.

We visited a few other stores and then stopped at Mattress Outlet based on the great reviews wed read on google. We were helped by Ray, who was amazing and gave us all the info we needed without the spiel that you often hear from salespersons. Ray showed us a number of mattress sets, and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up purchasing a queen set for less than half of what every other store had quoted us. I am glad that I find this place to buy my new mattress. Before I came here, I almost decided to buy a mattress at mattress warehouse. But once I got here, I found out the quality of mattress here was much better comparing to other stores on same price. The staffs here is also very friendly and helpful. I am an international student at VT, hence I cannot afford expensive mattress. They asked for my price range and provided me several options, which were all fair deals. Generally, great place for buying mattress. Glad that I no longer need to sleep on the floor :)

The store isnt very impressive on the inside or the outside, but what that means is that their prices are by far the best in the area. The service is excellent and their pricing is great. I wouldnt go to any other store for a mattress. They have what you need for superior comfort and unbeatable prices. The next closest store was about $150 more for the same product.If youre looking for a high-quality memory foam mattress as well, they have you covered with similar discounts compared to other stores. Expect to pay less here, get better service, and be able to afford a better bed than you planned on getting from anyone else.

Great prices and great service! I got a queen size pillow top mattress with a frame for only $350. Delivery was same day and when I requested that the delivery time be moved up from what I originally requested they were able to do that so I had my new bed within two hours of purchasing it. Would definitley recommend this store for any VT students who are looking for a new bed.

Amazing facility with extremely nice and professional employees. They asked what my price range was and helped me pick the one i liked best without any obnoxious attempts to get me to spend more. I only live 10 minutes away so delivery was free (the manager is really nice and hardworking)! The only negative is that the prices arent as amazing as they seem. They certainly are great mattresses but the ones they compare them to are similar, not the same. That being said, I feel I got a amazing deal. Needed a new mattress for my daughters apartment at Radford. Called ahead to check stock and hours of business before we made the 4 hours trip. Impressed just by the kindness on the original call. Made the trip and was more impressed by the same guy who took our call (so sorry I didnt get his name) and by Chris who helped us make our purchase and loaded our truck. Their prices cannot be beat and the customer service we received is bringing us back. They have a store in Winchester VA which is closer to me and Il drive the hour there just to give them my business. Found this store from this site and so glad we did. All the reviews are correct. We live in Fredericksburg, VA and needed a full mattress set for our grandson a student at VT and moving into an apartment. Steve the manager made a hectic moving day so easy. We were able to complete our transaction over the phone and everything was ready the next day when we showed up. Grandson loves the mattress and Steve and his crew did a fantastic job of securing the mattress on the top of our car. They really know how to tie it down correctly. Answered all our annoying questions as we dont know the first thing about buying a mattress. We came in later in the evening, but our mattress was delivered first thing the next morning. I stopped by this place, after pricing sets at a few other places, because I had read the good reviews. Turns out the other people were absolutely right! I had the pleasure of meeting Steve when I stopped by, he gave me a deal on a Queen sized pillow-top set that NO ONE around could come ANYWHERE close to even matching (let-alone beating). When I arrived to pick it up, a few days later, Steve remembered me and the set that I was there to get. He helped me loaded it on my truck, and even showed me an awesome way to tie the rope so that there was no way it could come loose.If you are looking to buy a bed set, there is ABSOLUTELY no where else you should go. No one around can beat their prices, service, friendliness, etc., dont even waste your time!
