Its honestly not a bad store people they are greetfull and helpfull but they dont have allot of options for products and low inventory is what brings it down

The staff was very helpful and even though they couldnt print a reciept the guy came out when they did and brought it to me. Excellent customer service.

I was taken care of by Rich the General Manager at this location. I have been to Auto Zone and other car part locations and have never experienced what it means to treat a customer well with great customer service. Rich exceeded my expectations and truly helped me with all my questions! He even came outside and helped me change my wipers without me even asking especially considering it’s 8 degrees out and snowing. He truly was helpful and will definitely be back!

This is one of the reason I try to avoid advanced. Try to warranty a defective part and they tell me I have to go to the original advanced auto part store of part purchase. Are they not all the same, one chain?

Won’t return my money for core and returned item cause the employees that helped me forgot and isn’t there ! I shouldn’t be told to call there employees for them.

Waited a long time, but the guy behind counter that waited on us was very helpful.

I bought a battery and after a few months it wasn’t working. I came to this store and Ruben one of the employees who’s been there for 5+ years took good care of my situation. My battery was replaced in no time and he even threw in a bonus. Great employee deserves to be the manager of the store.

Employees need to be better trained on customer service. I have worked for Firestone for 15 years and I have seen auto parts employees who go above and beyond for the retail customers cause DIY is where the money is at. If I order a part online I shouldnt have to call to check on the status of my order when I ordered it the day before, then to tell me that the parts are no longer in stock and when Im the one giving him options on how to resolve this that I KNOW other advance store would do for the employee to tell me its not possible is a disgrace. This store should get zero stars for wasting my time.

Worst advanced auto part service I’ve received and I always go to advanced auto parts. They guy I asked help for, he was smiling and joking n laughing all about with the customer before me & when I asked him a simple question as if they can check something for me, he replied give me a second with the weirdest attitude. So I gave him a second to staple the receipt because I didn’t know it was hard to staple a receipt and answer a question at the same time. Need better training on customer service.

This particular store has some hit or miss with quality of service. When they feel up to it they are willing to be helpful but if they dont they can be rude. I even had one employee laugh at me because I told him I jumped started my battery. I went in today at 8:37pm to test and see if I needed a new battery. The employee tells me no because they are about to close.The store hours on line said they close at 10pm but they closed earlier at 9pm so he still had 20 minutes to test it but did not want to. I dont recommend this store at all with service like that. And I did give them several opportunities but more often bad then good.

This is probably the best auto parts store in the state, rich the manager knows how to keep costumers happy. Excellent costumer service

Nothing against Advance Auto parts but, it would be nice if their security alarm would stop going off every damn Sunday night!!! At the exact same time! For the past month its been happening at 1120pm and it usually lasts 10 to 15 mins at one point it was 20 min. Ive called the Cicero Police but not sure if anything is being done!
