Not only for card, but with the rise of bike usage, I found myself needing a few select tools to perform maintenance on my bike. The friendly staff was more than able to suggest budget-minded tools which allowed me to also purchase some reflective items to add to my chariot on wheels.

Never had an issue with autozone actually one of the most decent auto parts stores out there.

Seriously great people to work with at Auto Zone. The staff that manages all the business orders for the mechanic shops are always on the lookout for their customers and make sure you get what you need to fix that car. They fill your orders immediately and always have such a positive attitude. Great customer service to Junior and his personnel.

Carrie Chapman was very helpful stop in to have my car check two time because my check engine light was on no one else in the store would help she stepped up and said I will help you and smile and walk me outside excellent service person .

The guy with the gray shirt i bought a part with warranty he kept asking for receipt making excuses and then said it wasnt the part took more than 30min waiting there he said its in a different store they clearly dont like the warranty on parts they only want to sell worst autozone i ever been to

Wonderful experience!!! Staff was so helpful and went the extra mile to research on the computer and print out all the information I needed.

Atmosphere was not customer friendly, stock was unorganized.

I got a reduced engine power light on my car took it there the guy who was helpfull as fudge😁 checked my battery Wich was good then checked the car with the machine and told me exactly what was wrong or the possibilities of certain stuff that might be affecting it .... All around good stores and was out of there in about 5-7 minutes

It’s 948pm and we were having an emergency and they had already closed and just made signs with their hand that they were closed! Sign stated they close at 10pm, we drove from far just because it said it would be open.

Havent had any serious issues at this store, however, they never seem to open on time every time Ive gone to this location.

A working named lou I believe can’t really remember how to spell his name properly but was so helpful. My husband was having a hard time fixing reloading the ac and he took the time to come outside and help us. I recommend this location.

Got everything I need it quick and fast

This chain store has a large selection of auto parts for all of the most common cars, and competitive prices. The thing that I dont like is that their electrical parts like batteries, alternators and starters are mostly junk! Theyre always an absolute last choice for such parts.

Luis Alday was extremely helping in guiding me to the right products I need for my car. Instead of pointing me to the aisle he guided me to each part of the store I needed to get things from. He showed me better options for the things I needed. I appreciate all of his helpfulness. After I had been assisted he eagerly moved to the next customer who needed help. He also assisted me with pouring the antifreeze in my car and checked to see if I needed windshield de icer when I wasn’t sure. I really appreciated the way he helped out and asked other customers how can he help them and told them to have a good day after he assisted them with a smile on his face the whole time! This will forever be my favorite autozone!

Service is not bad the only bad thing about this place, the time you need 30 minutes to get a lightbulb there’s only two guys to take orders, check engine lights, batteries and all the other things so literally you have to waste 30 minutes or more just to get a single tiny part. Just go to blocks north Cicero Ave. Faster... :)

The guy helping me was polite and friendly. He told me about other products that i might need for the brake and rotors. Brake cleaner and the brake fluid that they had on sale. I also rented the C clamp $60. Refunded when you return iy back. The tool tells you some instructions on how to use. Ibjust YouTube it yo br more clear. This people are not mechanics. They just sale the parts. They can give you the codes the check engine gives them,but its up to you to troubleshoot since most parts are connected in some way.

The employee that helped me was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what parts I needed and I was in and out.
