Great customer service. Friendly staff. Had a professional consultation with an experienced Dr. She checked me up. I was sick for a while, but got back on my feet soon after that. Good pharmacy to get help, if you need it!

Its odd to see such reviews. I have been a customer for a few years now and can not say anything bad about the place. You can find a wide variety of supplements there along with kind and helpful staff. I am glad to have this store in my area.

Very good apteka!They have everything, and it is all good quality and their items are licensed. Not risky to use. Because some other grocery stores sell some items which are very suspicious.

They have biggest selection out of other places nearby, but the 2 women working there ruin it all, they are rude and instead of trying to help only care about suggesting and offering more expensive medicine. They are hesitant to answer any real questions and obviously think too much of themselves and dont know how to talk to people, especially the cashier women. I only go to this place when I need to, most things Id rather buy at other stores where staff is much more friendly and adequate, such as pacific/costco or the abc store on college oak. Also the doctor there doesnt ever give good advice, and I heard from other people that she gave wrong diagnosis so dont fall for the free doctor service, or at least take second advice. Again Id rather avoid this place when possibly, only reason I go there sometimes is because it is nearby and other places nearby dont have everything.

I got sick and didnt know what to do, I heard about this place from my russian friend and tried to visit it, I got bunch of meds for definitely low price than Walmart pharmacy that visited before. They have great leather couch that you can sit on while waiting for someone to help you, and amazing and definetely fast customer service, great place to visit if you got sick and need meds fast. Especially when you are like me dont have medical insurance!!

Ah common guys. You probably had a bad day and then entered the store.. Normal service, normal people. You can get everything you need regards health care products. Yet expensive. But if you need it - you get it. Aways go there.

If only there were 6 stars, i would rate it higher!!!Every time i need something, I always look for something near by and cant find it. Now, i go straight to this Apteka and save a lot of time and actually find the things that i need here.

If I could, I would have given ZERO stars to this place! The cashier lady and the owner are VERY RUDE. They cheat when they give you change and the owner guy even yelled at me when I was purchasing their herbs. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever! Maybe such selling tactics work in Russia, but such retailers should not be allowed to do business in the USA!

The owner of the store has no customer support whatsoever. First and last time buying something from here. Very rude.
