Girl in store very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and really polite. I do have a really big problem, have had with every phone from Assist Wireless over 4 phones total. When talking on the phone I have really hard time hearing person on other end & they always have problems hearing me. Even when I have speaker on only way I can hear is holding up next to my ear. Put phone approx 1 from ear w/speaker on still have hard time hearing. In settings I make sure sound is turned all the way up and still doesnt help me or person on other end. I even have put volume booster on phone to no avail. Booster is great when listening to music though.If there is somewhere or other App I need to fix this problem Id appreciate hearing from anyone how to remedy this sound issue Ive had since the first phone.
The employees are very nice but since Sprint bought Tmobile the phone will not work at my house. Sprint always worked ok but they switched me to the Tmobile tower and I had to cancel service and change providers to be able to make calls at home. Can you hear me now? NO
I had a great experience, Nelli got me hooked up with a phone that is good and way better service than who I was with before, so thanks I definitely will recommend to someone if they need a phone

I had great service at the store but the phone service sucks, this is my third government phone an I cannot use it to make calls to friends cause it either hangs up on us or they can hear me but I cant hear them. They checked my service area an it showed I would have service. Wrong again.

I had been dealing with my faulty Sky device shutting off without notice for several weeks wanting to avoid the inevitable dissatisfaction usually encountered @other Assist Wireless stores. Instead what I got was a knowledgeable young lady concerned about customer service and exceeding my expectations.while alleviating my communications issue. Her willingness to listen and understanding of how to fix the issue was met with other last-minute customers walking in just as she was closing. This did not fluster her as I was halfway expecting her to turn them away, but she didnt even tell them she was closing time.Her knowledge of the various devices, their capabilities, and the monthly plans being offered was a refreshing departure from the usual jughead encountered in most cells stores.
I visited with Nelli at this store and she really impressed me with how helpful she was not only to me but multiple others in the store. I can tell she likes her job and when you like something you do it better! She is a keeper!
The man was very friendly and fast even when he had a older lady being rude and wouldnt listen to what he was saying, he was still nice and patient with her when most people wouldnt be
The lady working did a wonderful job she took care of two customers at one time I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes getting new service on my phone its a great store great people

Wow. Like I had to come in 5 different times to deal with these people. Each time I had to wait on the store manager to finish smoking her cigarette. Then after they told me I could keep my number proceeded to lose that number in space as they said. Id just use the website if you can avoid coming in this store.
Excellent customer service although some areas require alternative providers closer to Kansas the reception isnt adequate
Lacey is very knowledgeable in this industry. there has never been a time that I went into her store and she hasnt fixed my issue. Ive seen her multitasking taking care of multiple customers at once very often. Ive never walked into the store and it not be clean and inviting. she is wonderful and any company should feel lucky to have her as an employee.
Mrs Dake was very polite and answered all my questions. She also set me up with a phone I am happy with. If I need help or assistance with my phone I can call or come into the store and she is always willing to help with a smile on her face. She really cares about her customers. I recommend her store to all my family, friends, and people on the street.
