I am legitimately so happy with the work these folks did for me I’m leaving them a positive review before I leave the parking lot. After searching all day for a new unlocked phone because mine stopped charging, I wound up here where they fixed my charging port within 5 minutes And I found the exact unlocked phone I wanted 100$ cheaper than I found it online. Definitely don’t sleep on this place if you’ve got phone issues.

My issue was handled quickly. While I waited I noticed the owner is very informative on different models and the differences between models. Overall every thing was quick and to the point for my service.

My mom is in the hospital with Covid & Pnemonia and the nurse accidently dropped her phone off the bedside table and the screen shattered. This was my moms only way to communicate with any of the family and we urgently needed it fixed. I just moved here. The guy was late opening up. 2 other customers left before he finally unlocked door. I greeted with a friendly “Good Morning “ No response until my 2 Nd greeting. He never looked at me and said “I’ll be with you in a little while”. At that point there is one other customer behind me. I told him I just had a question maybe he could help me with that as he was setting up all the phones in the display. He was totally put out and totally rude with every response I ended up walking out and going to the phone doctor in Owasso. They were very courteous and friendly they will definitely have my business from now on. I noticed all the other reviews were positive, so perhaps I caught him on a bad day. But it was a very unprofessional and an un-impressive first impression

I am 54. I have never written a review for any business in my life. I was so impressed by the service at wireless world I am now. Screen was replaced. I left and phone screen started flashing. Went back to Wireless World. No questions asked. Fixed phone to my satisfaction. I may break another phone just to get the old fashioned customer satisfaction service that is nearly impossible to find nowadays.

Highly recommend! They got me the new iPhone 11 at HALF of what AT&T was charging, still with the seal from Apple on it!It was brand new and had full Apple warranty and their own one year warranty on top of that(so I dont have to mail the phone off to Apple for repair).They had great personality and were very knowlegeable. Go visit them, you wont be disappointed!

Took my PC in because it was throwing an error indicating that my SSD was malfunctioning. The first thing she did was take it out, which fixed the underlying issue and got my PC working again. She then scanned the offending drive over the course of a day, and it was already gone. Though she could not fix the drive, she chose not to charge me anything for the work. I will definitely be taking my devices there from now on when I have issues.

I took my I phone in for a new battery and so she showed me how to check the battery. So instead of unnecessarily replacing the battery she educated me on it.It’s so hard to find honesty these days and I was very pleasantly surprised by her kindness.
