I always have great service at this USCC! I scheduled an appt on my phone and walked right in! We upgraded plans and added 2 phones...all that in under 30 minutes! It was a great experience!

My phone completely died and Jacob Bushyhead did a great job helping me get my important things off my old phone. He took the time to really help me. As usual it was a good experience with US Cellular.

We have been with U.S. Cellular for over 11 years theyve gotten a lot faster with their customer service and getting customers in-and-out of the store as quickly as possible I would not change service.

They did not fix my problem. As soon as I tried to use my phone it was just like it was. I can hear but the person I am talking to gets echoes and screeching noises.

Very friendly service, and theyre always capable and willing to help me with whatever problems I may have with my service or devices

Representative was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The managers, Carmen and Scott, are beyond awful. They were both rude to customers and staff alike. My experience was uncomfortable and disconcerting.

Always a long wait here...
