The kid that helped us (skinny kid, shoulder length hair) was very rude and didnt want to help us. Instead he made false claims about the other carriers in town to make Cricket look better. We have been to the other carriers and know those statements were incorrect!Emily was helpful in getting us activated, but dont deal with this skinny kid.

Overall I’d had good experience with this cricket location. Unfortunately this last experience was beyond frustrating. I purchased a discounted phone case for my phone, went home to find it was broke. I tried to return and even asked for an exchange and they denied me either option. Said they don’t offer this even with my valid receipt. Will never purchase from them again.

They were so nice and helpful and they were really fast with the fact that there were only two of them there and their Network is the best Ive ever used I have a ton of data and everything is faster and the whole thing is cheaper than my previous provider. Totally recommend it.👍

First of all I want to mention that the the manager, I think his name is Joe is awesome. With that being said, he is the ONLY one that knows what he is doing. There is a younger guy who knows NOTHING and is NEVER helpful. HE CANNOT PERFORM A SIMPLE SALE. I am soooo frustrated with him EVERY time he has to help me. I have ended up leaving without buying anything due to his attitude and lack of knowledge and helpfulness. I hope they can find someone else soon that knows what they are doing for the days that the manager is off.

I was the only customer in the store and was paying my bill when the song NO by Meghan Trainor started playing and the one male that is, if nothing else the main employee if not the manager, started making fun of the song and then womens rights with another employee.It was blatant and mocking and happening While I was attempting to pay my bill.I am tempted to contact Cricket representatives.You dont make fun of an entire gender To that gender at your place of work During a transaction.
