Customer service attitude was excellent. Understood that I wanted what I wanted. Didnt try to substitute what I didnt want for what they didnt have. Very personable, easy to talk to. Only thing missing is distance between parking and the flow of traffic. Not their fault, but something to keep in mind, when you pull out.

I Danny and Donnie. These two men are always there to listen and to help yhrit customers whenever you need unfortunately because they have moved their hours are different but they still give the most professional honest service and wont let you just buy something just to make a dollar

They did a great job on my computer...they were quick. Got it back early then they quoted me..

I need a bat supply during a power outage and they were the only shop in miles to still have it in stock. Maps wasnt working correctly and i got lost and the gentleman working there guided me over the phone and even stayed open after hours to help me. Great shop lets support the neighborly service.

A nice rural place with a big beautiful lake, ergo the name.

They did what they said they were going to do, they provided prompt & courteous service, gave more than one follow up call, to notify me of their progress during repairs. The repairs were done in a timely manner as promised & I paid the price they quoted, there were no surprises or hidden charges. I definitely would use their services again & would highly recommend them to others for all of your electronic needs. They even have a nice selection of fun toys like Remote Controlled trucks, cars & boats. They can be seen demonstrating them in their parking area. Large selection of used & new styles of power cords that most other stores dont carry. Offer older & obsolete accessories for those of us that still love our old stuff or cant afford to upgrade every 6 mos. Reasonable prices, courteous & knowledgable service. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

This started long ago. The top drawer had my cell phone battery. Trust this business and operation with all. Unlike Guru, this is a private honor bound enterprise. Ive purchased items from this store in the past. This is an independently owned electronics hobbiest store. They have an assortment of electronic and mechanical parts that the typical hobbiest would be looking for.Additionally, the fellows who work there are technically savvy and are willing to help you figure out what needs to be done, or you can hire them to teach you!While I was there, a customer arranged for the technician to come to his house to unravel his complex home computer system. The agreed on price was only $40/hour!

The guy on the floor took the time to teach me a thing or 5 about hooking up speakers, from portable audio goodies, through my 12v vehicle amp, into speakers. A $6.00 wireing harness, on the shelf, saved me some groveling !

I called for a chromecast. They didnt have it but I appreciated them being open on a holiday weekend.

Those guys are great. they can repair your computer and help with all kinds of electronic devices. they even help me repair my drone.

Best electronic store around. Danny the store owner does great at fixing computers. And he can build a computer with his eyes closed. And inexpensive to purchase a computer from him. Da best around. If it wasnt for Danny people would be without computers to fix, because that jackass in Kelseyville screws up computers. That guy in Kelseyville messed up my friends computer.
