I needed equalizer cables for my 9000lb floor plate lift. No one locally wanted to make me a set, so I called Allied and Michael was more than happy to help me out. I was accidentally sent ones that didnt fit, so I called Michael back, explained what happened and he resolved the issue quickly. Im back in business and will not hesitate to call Allied again for my automotive needs. Thanks again for great service.

I bought a storage lift for my brothers birthday. Susie at Allied was extremely helpful the whole way through. From my order, to making sure that the lift was delivered to my brothers house while he was away. Needless to say, he had a big smile on his face when he got a look at his new toy! Great purchase!!

I hope that this little company gets bigger and makes a name for themselves. The proprietors, Mike and Susie Like gave me some of the finest, kid glove, 5 star awesome customer service. They are 3 hours from me, and I needed a lift yesterday. They said no problem, and they had it to me the next day. The young man that installed the lift was great. And here is the best part. I had a small leak the next day and mike and I went on FaceTime to try to source the issue. No can do! So Mike says no worries, I have an installer finishing up a job 15 minutes away. And that is how the story ends. My lift was fixed 30 minutes after that. It is perfect now. Just the way it should be. 5stars!!!!!!

This place is a ripoff the same thing has happen to me over 3 months and no products have been delivered i have mand lots of phone calls and when i do get someone to awnswer they tell me another 2 weeks and now NO one will answer.DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS RIP OFF SHOP P.S. IM coming to GET MY MONEY BACK YOU CAN BET ON THAT!!!!!!! you CAN NOT HIDE.

I BOUGHT A TIRE BALANCER AND TWO POST HOIST.WAS PROMISED 6 WEEK DELIVERY IT ACTUALLY TOOK 4 MONTHS. THE BALANCER CAME IN DAMAGED AND THE COMPANY REFUSED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, HAD TO GET MAST CARD TO REVERSE CHARGES TO GET THEM TO CORRECT THE DEFICENCY. THE HOIST CAME WITH A 1 YR WARRANTY, AFTER 3 MONTHS THE PUMP GAVE UP, THE COMPANY REFUSED TO EVEN RETURN MY CALL OR EMAILS.I FINALLY ENDED UP PAYING FOR REPAIRS MYSELF. I WAS TOLD THE HOIST WAS CSA APROVED, IT IS NOT. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT BUY FROM AMERICAN AUTO EQUIPMENT. THEY ARE UNREPUTABLE, UNETHICAL AND HAVE NO SCRUPLES. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
