I came in recently for help with a part and assistance replacing it. I asked politely for assistance and the sales representative declined to help me put in a brake light bulb. As a woman I have always went to other parts shops and received help and exceptional service but not here. I will contact corporate on this issue to see if this is a policy or if the representative was just being difficult and inconsiderate. By the way I was the ONLY customer in the store at the time as well with 4+ workers present.

The most expensive car parts store Ive found. Sure, the staff is nice, but youll pay 2 times the amount you would at Orielys.The only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because of the staff.

I had just bought a Escape and wanted to make sure air filter was ok. The employee came out and took out my filter. It was full of debris and dead bugs so of course he changed it for me and it seemed like he enjoyed helping me. Will for sure be using NAPA from now on. All the guys were very friendly. Felt comfortable if that makes any sense..Lol

Got Exactly what I need within a day

Google Business listing needs to be updated. Its Saturday October 20th at 3:50pm and the store is closed (and Ive been here for 5 mins). If you arent going to be open till 4, then change your damn listing!All I needed to do was drop off some cores and get my core charges refunded. I find it extremely unprofessional to show up to a business during their posted hours and find it closed.[Tried calling the store before posting this review, but there was no answer and no way to leave a message.]
