Showed up to buy 4 tires an hour after they were supposed to open and they were closed. Doors locked, nobody in the bays, etc. hours listed on the door even said they were supposed to be open at that time. I even tried calling several times and waiting for a bit and nothing. No response and their auto phone messages go in circles. Parts department is also permanently closed according to a sign they had up.
Rich who helped me was very attentive and informative! The service could have went a little quicker but to be expected with the current situation
Made an appointment on Sept 6 for an oil change. Went in only to hear I have to leave the vehicle. Filled out form for “synthetic oil - Mobil 1. Promotion said free top ups… I said to myself, good don’t have to ask them to. On Sept 16th “Low Oil Level” command appeared on dash. I called the store, he asked me if I checked the oil level. I didn’t as I called as soon as it appeared on my dash. Came home and checked… true to form… low oil level plus the wiper liquid bottle looked empty. Returned on the morning of Friday Sept 17th. Guy filled the wiper bottle and checked oil. Informed me the oil was good. I told him I checked it and saw it was low. He said I was wrong, so I asked him why the command on my dash. He asked me to show him. Of course the car was off so I had to drive for it reappear. Told him, no worries I will be back. True to form, drove about 1/4 mile and command reappeared… returned to Pep Boys, showed guy command. Checked oil again and all of a sudden car needs oil. Went for oil and another worker told him, don’t open a new bottle of Mobile 1, just use that end and look another open bottle (not the same oil, look like a no name brand). He emptied the Mobile 1 bottle, checked oil, still needed oil (amazing right, it didn’t need prior), went to pour the unknown brand, told him, hell no, don’t put that oil in my engine. He then poured a full quart of Mobile 1 in the same engine that didn’t need oil prior.I had the similar experience with Firestone and vow that Firestone will NEVER see me again. Why do they assume WOMEN does not know anything about their cars…. URGHHHH!!!!
Totally disappointed with this location. Went because my battery was sluggish sounding and was told by Rich, the manager that they couldnt do anything until the battery failed. He didnt even check it to see if it was good. 3 employees, no test. Today it failed. I took the battery to them and they said I would have to have the car towed to them so they could replace the battery. I asked for the replacement battery (the original was theirs) and they couldnt give me one over the counter. They asked how I was going to have it installed and I told them that I took it out so I could put it in (guess they dont think females can do that). Nope, wont do the warranty replacement unless I tow the car in. End of story, I went to Auto Zone, got a battery and will NEVER go to Pep Boys again!
I called earlier to see if it was possible to get my tires looked at with out an appointment and was told it was fine, I get there and am told it’d be hours and hours before they could look at it. :/ I’ve come here for most of my general work but they’ve always been slow/been hit on my staff/long waits to call them, don’t think I’m coming back anymore to this one.
These people clearly have no idea what they’re doing, second time i’ve come in for an alignment and still turns to the left, avoid this place at all cost, incompetent scam artists. If you do happen to have work done, read the invoice carefully as they add on, and charge you for things you haven’t agreed on. Do yourself a favor and go to a dealership and have the work done properly.
I used pep boys twice to get some engine work done and they messed up and my jeep had coolent spraying out all over. They repaired it at no cost, so decided to try them again this time a simple oil change smh, they didnt even get that right. Forgot to reset the dash. So I have to stop working to bring car back to do something that should have been done. Not going to be a third let down. Not going back. But I can say the guys at the counter was pretty nice.
9 am appointment to put 4 tires on a vehicle.. wasn’t done until 3 pm.. CSR Eric was rude.. we were told they were doing an alignment and agreed to the price.. they never did the alignment but didn’t charge. This is why I usually go exclusively go to discount tire.. figured I’d give this place a chance because of a sale and it wasn’t worth it.. paying 50 extra bucks to receive service thats 100 times better and quicker is worth it. I know I won’t be returning here hopefully you’ll steer clear too.

3 hours past apt time no work done...Had a 1pm appointment for a frontend alignment. Dropped the truck off early was told it should be done between 3 and 4, but maybe closer to 4. Arrived back at 4 pm and my truck hadn’t been moved. Was told I was next to be brought back. Why make appointments if you have no plans to keep them
I would like to give a shout out to the tire team who worked yesterday afternoon (November 15, 2020)! I was heading to Tallahassee when all of sudden I got a flat tire on the Florida turnpike. Once the spare tire was put on, I went to the nearest Pep Boys, which was this location, and explained my situation to them. They clearly looked busy but I didn’t know what else to do and they took great care of me making sure I would get back to Tallahassee safely. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to patch up my tire, knowing they were about to close and how busy they looked. Thank you again to the gentlemen who took the time to patch up my tire and understand my situation!
Incompetent! On 12/11/20 I brought 4 trailer wheels in to receive new tires mounted/balanced. I called ahead to check what tires were available, and specified that I wanted Load Range D, basic tire terminology. It was confirmed that this rating was available. I brought in the wheels and took them home once the mount and balance was completed, later that day I left for a trip with the trailer. Ill be honest and say that the shop took care of my needs very quickly, I was pleased with this. However, upon further inspection the next day, I noticed that I was given Load Range C tires rather than D, a lower capacity tire. I also realized that not all four tires were matching, two were Bias Ply and two were Radial! The Ply tires are larger in diameter, thus causing my trailer to not ride evenly down the road! I would like the staff here to make things right.

I recently went in in desperate need for new tires but I had no money, Carlos was very very helpful and immediately offered to put in an application for credit. I was very quickly approved for their credit card and was able to get awesome Goodyear tires instead of having to settle for the cheapest possible. Their staff is very friendly and the service was awesome. I left with not only awesome tires but free roadside assistance for a year and alignments for the life of the car for a very very affordable and reasonable price.Im definitely a very happy customer.

I brought my car in for an appointment for a 4 wheel alignment, an oil change, and 4 new tires. The visit was quoted at less than two hours but it took more than three. I then drove away and noticed my alignment was obviously not properly done. I then had to drive BACK to the shop again and had to wait for them to tell me that nothing was really wrong. By then my trust level with them was zero so I took it to my local dealership. I was advised before and after measurements and they fixed my wheel for me. The ONLY reason I am giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 is because the service manager did refund me the cost of the alignment. I am still however appalled by the fact that this consumed half of my day off from work when - had things been properly completed I would have not had to spend so much of my personal time on it. Three visits to one place for the same matter and then all the way to my dealership. Overall this costed me nearly six hours of my day. The refund was good and was greatly appreciated however. That part was hassle free. However my concern now is did they do the oil change and tires with better care and quality.
I had four tires put on my car it took him quite a while I was pleased with the service and the work they did however when it came time to park my car up front the guy said my car and played with my radio and seats for 5 minutes I didnt say anything to anyone about it
This location was average at best walked inside nobody was at the registers walk over to the service department and asked if I could check out over there they just told me no and pointed back at the registers that were empty. Probably will not be back to this location.
I made an appointment online in the morning for 1:30pm and was pleased to be finally getting the tire rotation I needed. I had my choice of virtually any time all dayI then got a call about a half hour later saying were jam packed and I would likely be waiting the entire day.Now turn your attention to the screenshot I took in preparation for writing this review. If this location was jam packed and even those with appointments would be waiting the entire day, why would even right now, appointments be offered?This would be a one star review, but at least they called me to let me know. Terribly mismanaged shop, though.

I find PepBoys to be fair and honest. I get almost all of my work done at their repair shop. When I come back on and they find the same issue that I replaced within the last couple of years. They perform the repair at no cost.
So far so good, stopped by and ordered 2 tires to be installed tomorrow. Ill update tomorrow after they are on
Don’t go here! The air went out in my car and I thought I could get some affordable help with it at this location. I’m not from the area so I thought why not! I was the first car in that morning and waited over and hour just for them to tell me what was wrong. Looked in a few times and my car was just sitting there with no one around. First red flag was that they tried to charge me for something I just had replaced! I told him I didn’t need that and he asked if I was sure that I had it replaced. If the mechanics would have actually checked they would have known that for themselves, but they were going to charge me anyways. They also wanted $1,500 dollars for a bunch of other things not related to my air and tried to get me to order the parts that day. Glad I got a second opinion from an actual dealership cause it was less than half the price and took less than an hour to figure it out and start fixing it! I truly believe they tried to pull one over on me. Just go to your car’s dealership. This place isn’t worth your time.

Well, I got my bumper cover caught on a parking block and after backing up, it, well, got disconnected from the front of my car. Oops! After being told by a chain body shop that it would cost over $1,000 to reattached the bumper on my car, I stopped by Pep Boys in Clermont where I met Carlos. He saved the day by referring me to a body expert at the Pep Boys in Kissimmee... I drove down and met Danny, Juan Carlos, and Nesty. Within an hour, Juan Carlos had my bumper cover securely reattached and looking brand new for less than $200. Im am forever grateful for these men for helping me out at the last minute. My car is now safe and looking great and the price was right for peace of mind. Thank you Pep Boys for employing such amazing people!!!
Would give zero stars if possible. Took car in because of massive overheating. Next day they claimed to have everything fixed by replacing expensive part. Left next day to return to Tallahassee and ended up having car with blown engine due to overheating being towed off I-75 by Lake city. They didnt remotely fix the problem but charged $863 for the fix. The folks at Chrysler dealer in lake city said the part pep boys replaced had absolutely nothing to do with cooling system

Great place for air and cabin filters, bulbs and similar items. They install for 1/2 the price of dealers. Usually not a long wait at all.
If there was a way not to give stars.. or half a star I would. For the pace and carelessness I saw there as a bystander.. watching my tires dad try to reason for with these people- was done right wrong and lazy . If I were to ever go there to any pep boys.. i will defiantly search else where and tell others to search elsewhere.. cause of the lazy management and the sense of urgency was very very VERY little to none. I would highly HIGHLy recommend that you understand through your customers eyes..cause what I saw. Was a wronging to the customer who comes for you for a service.. and you make them wait that long? Like we been out for a hour and a half - AND YOU just got the car in the air and moving like turtles.. thank you but my money is going elsewhere.
Go see Azeez and Carlos!Today I went to 3 different places to get my battery changed. One was closed and the other two were not very friendly and seemed over priced. So I went to Pep Boys in Clermont.Azeez and Carlos both greeted me at the service station. They were friendly and quick to help me. When it came time to quote a price they gave me the best deal possible taking into account what the other places quoted me and trying to help me save some money for the battery.The installation was fast! I only had 30 minutes to wait AND I got to watch the price is right!Azeez and Carlos both conversations with me politely and I felt very welcomed. It felt like a friend was working on my car for me.I would definitely recommend Pep Bpys Auto Parts & Service Clermont!

Service was performed in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend this store and this staff over and over.

Dad got a flat tire and I merely called just to get a quick pricing for a mounted tire. I called twice and was put on hold and eventually dropped both times. It wasnt till my dad, who was trying to work on putting on the spare tire, called. He got an answer right away instead of being put on hold. But the man on the phone wasnt bright. He didnt know the make of a pt cruiser. Not sure how he got hired. We are both upset over the fact that a woman was ignored while a man got answer right away. I even had to calm my father down cause he was so angry. Clearly they dont treat there customers equally and hire idiots. Wont be doing business with them in the future.
My first experience with Pep Boys was on a trip to NJ to visit family.. I was going to wait until I returned home to replace the tires on our van.. but.. one was slowly leaking air and I did not want to travel 1100 miles south with a problem tire..I found the first Pep Boys in Absecon NJ.. as a walk in.. within an hour we had 4 new tires.. and a rebate.. with the 4 new tires you also get a free oil change.. but I just had the oil changed before our trip north.. so the manager wrote on his business card the free oil change information and gave it to us.. he said any Pep Boys will honor the offer..I wondered if all the Pep Boys operate with the same professional service and customer care.. so before our last trip north.. last month.. I had the oil changed.. tires rotated.. and the wiper blades replaced.. this Pep Boys is in Clermont Fla.. they were as efficient and professional as our last experience in NJ..So if you need auto service and like a professional atmosphere.. and quality car care.. take your car to Pep Boys.. you wont regret it..I did not use the managers card for the free oil change.. because I lost it.. so if you find a card with free oil change info.. use it..
I dropped my truck off for new tires and oil change and inspection. Came to get had to wait 15 minutes to get served as 2 employees talked about personal life’s. I paid my bill, no mention of anything wrong. I go to the truck, still has the BLUE white wall protection on them. I asked if they were going to clean this off, they tell me can I come back another day when I am in the area. I thought he was joking, but he was not. I said I’m here now and it’s part of what I paid for. After some debate they agreed to do it. I get home, fan belts squeaking, wiper blades are bad, spare tire wasn’t mounted under the truck. What else could these guys miss????
Brought my car here to fix a problem and something didnt get fixed properly. Luckily they have a good warranty and towed my vehicle back to the store for free and did the work fixing it again for free too. Fair pricing. Would have been 5 stars if I didnt have to wait so long for initial repairs followed by a repair warranty issue.
Had an appointment for an oil change at 12:00. I dropped the car off at 9:30, giving them plenty of time to complete the service. I arrived at 1:00, and the car had yet to be taken into the shop. I was told it would be 20 more minutes...they had a lot of walk ins today. Shouldn’t appointments be taken care of FIRST?? This is the 4th time I’ve used this location. Every time has been a BAD experience. The ONLY reason I go here, is because the lot I purchased the car pays for the first 8 oil changes. The last 2 times, they didn’t even top the fluids, or air pressure. Starting with number 9, I WILL take my business elsewhere! I’m a former mechanic and understand that sometimes a shop gets extremely busy, but this place is a mess!! Finally leaving at 1:45
We needed a specific part to change a head light and our research suggested Pep Boys. We found the part, but was initially overcharged. It wasnt until we pointed out the error and took the clerk to the location of the item, was he interested in making the price adjustment. We still dont understand what happened with the pricing, nor were we looking to manipulate the price. It did not help, that the clerk did not seem interested in assisting. It was disappointing and maybe he was having a bad day- it happens. In conclusion, if and when research points in the direction of pep boys, we may still go, because one bad apple does not necessarily spoil the bunch.
The service I received visiting this Pep Boys was top notch! Manager Ron made such a positive impression and helped me find everything I needed even though I was in a hurry and very frazzled. We will definitely be returning customers.
I priced tires pep boys online: $440. I called and verified they were there and could be installed today. They told me it wasnt a problem.I went to the store to get them installed: $752! After showing them their own site and price, they still wanted $752. the clerk just said its out of my control. He even told me to go home and order online then come back and get them installed.I left and bought my tires at Firestone instead. I paid $30 more but I didnt get a hassle. Trust for Pep Boys in Clermont, FL is in the toilet.

From the moment you enter the store to a greeting to every employee including management attention to detail is the order of the day.Commitment to excellence is obvious and they stand behind their work going out of their way to ensure the customer is satisfied. It feels like visiting friends when I take my vehicles for repair or service.
It was near closing and we came in with a flat tire and flat donut. Really bad spot but the service rep took care of us with above and beyond excellent service. We were on our way safely in a short amount of time. Super pleased and will return in the future.

I purchased 2 replacement lamps for my tail lights. Went with LED for longevity. One set didnt fit in the housing and the other didnt work out of the package. Returned and exchanged for regular bulbs which worked perfectly. Holding back 2 stars though because the time it takes to find what you need really depends on who you get to help you. The first time in I had some kid help me and although he was helpful and friendly it took 20 minutes to find 2 bulbs for my truck. The second time in it took under 10 minutes to find the incandescent versions, get a refund, and purchase the new ones thanks to the fact that it was the manager who waited on me.
Terrible customer service. Azeez complained about me making him late for his lunch the entire time he was processing the shipment for my parts. Then, when I brought the car in after the parts were ordered they found out they ordered the wrong parts. Instead of calling me and letting me know that I had to call them an hour before they closed to find out what was going on. This was after Ralph and Azeez promising me my vehicle would be done that day. I had to purchase an Uber to get home, walk to work the next day and then get another Uber to get back. After all this I was told I would only get a refund of 79 dollars, and that was after me hassling Quinton, the manager, for a week about getting it.If you bring your vehicle here for an actual repair be prepared to spend way to much, not here anything about it and get treated poorly by the management and staff. There is a Firestone right down the road.
I have a fleet account that gave me a price guarantee for an oil change and an appt at 12 noon. I arrive 10 mins prior to scheduled time, and not only did it take them 20 mins just to find my appt in the system, but then they attempted to charge my acct double the price.Then after I declined the service, they still charged my acct a $1.99 service fee!?!? Be very careful with your fleet accts at this location!!
The place is always crazy busy, so I guess they must be doing something right, I just dont see it.The staff is less than helpful, but I could get over that if I didnt have to wait 3 hours for a synthetic oil change. I would not recommend.

It took two hours for an oil change. I have a fleet vehicle which expedites the paper work....you would think. But the worst part of it all, I asked if they could replace a fuse that went out and they said they dont have a technician here for that.....A FUSE!!!!!! I just replaced it myself faster than it took me to tell you this......
Setup an appointment for an oil change on a Friday. Got a call back that they didnt have a tech available and would have to reschedule me for Sunday at 2. Showed up Sunday at 1:45 and was told its going to be a 45 minute wait just to get my car in a bay. Whats the point of appointments? Wont be coming back. Too many other options available.
Went to get new tires. The price was very good and the person setting up my appt. Seemed knowledgeable. Got there for 7:30 appointment and was told mechanics did not start until 8. At 11:30 i finally got finished. I watched the worker trying to get old tires off the rims and he was having a lot of trouble. Pretty obvious he was either new or incompetent. I will not return to this pep boys, but may try another location because the price was very good.
They were awesome!! Fixed car completely and worked with me on the price and didnt try to make me pay for non essential work. Highly recommended. Will use exclusively for any future problems or maintenence.
Some guy named Adam really helped me out alot and got me in for some new tires even though they were booked.it didnt take long either would do business with them again.
Im sure plenty of people get exactly what they need here, but thats because they probably dont work in the same industry and realize when someone is trying to rip them off. First and last time Ill be doing business with this place. Cant believe Im spending twice the amount advertised for a single loose tire to be mounted and balanced. A job that literally takes 10 minutes.

Placed an appointment online in order to get the 19.99 oil change was told there would be a 5hr wait do to the over booking between walk in and online appointments was told i could reschedule for same pricing so rescheduled for a Sunday reminded them of the pricing and was told it would change it automatically during checkout when I looked over receipt was charged 34.95 will never go here again due to the dishonesty the service person seemed very new and slow no since of urgency at all and had to get help from i believe was the manager overall took more then an hour and a half for oil change

Went this morning at approximately 8:15 am to possibly get new battery terminals. Was told no one could look at it. I asked if they could at least test the battery and was again told no as they had no staff to do it. Meanwhile I saw three employees in the store. The older gentleman that told me this was condescending and called me dear. I simply left and took my business to Firestone where they were polite and helpful. Never again to Pep Boys.
This is a terrible place to shop! With all the area competition you would think they would put some effort into at least decent customer service but no they are rude and unhelpful! Save your time and money go around the corner to any of the other auto parts stores for a better deal and 1000% better service!!!
Been here twice because its the closest to where I live and this place is poorly managed. They are always coming up with excuses to turn away customers. Mechanics chat more than what they actually do. I rather drive out of my way to another that are better at what they do. Customer loyalty means nothing here.
I have been to Pep Boys in the past and have had a few questionable experiences, however, Keaton was fantastic. He knew exactly what I need for my vehicle and even made recommendations to try another brand. I was not disappointed with my purchase as the price and service are great!
Im a nurse at Southlake, and I went to my car after my shift to find my tire flat. AAA was going to take an hour to get to me, so I used my car pump to discover my tire had a nail in it. I looked up nearby places that could do a plug, and found pepboys was open for 25 more minutes. I called and told them what my problem was, and they told me that if I arrived, Id get there at 745, but the plug takes about 30 to 45 minutes. I was about to say thank you and maybe Ill try another day when Stuart said theyd help me out.As a nurse, I know what its like to give of myself to help others, getting off late to care for strangers. These guys did the same, and in retail, thats no small feat. Ill be replacing my tire soon (ironically, I bought a new set of four a month ago), but Id be in a much worse situation without them helping me out.
Picked up a nail in my tire - stopped by Pep Boys to get it patched. Advised tire couldnt be patched as the nail is in the rim of tire and proceeded to attempt to sell me a $140 replacement tire. Went to Firestone just down the street. They found the nail - no where near the rim of the tire, and patched it without hesitation. Needless to say, we wont be returning to Pep Boys.

I have waited interminable months to find a lift for my power chair. Upon find an affordable lift, it took almos as much time to find a suitable installation resource.Then along came Bobby! With the specific gear to make my fantasy a reality. Kind and compassionate, they were able to find and receive my somewhat unique hitch, called me as soon as it arrived, put me at the head of the line, charged me the sale price even though it was a special order, and changed my life for ever.Bobby is a prince and warrants being recognized. His team in parts is most excellent and its commitment to compassionate caring for distraut and frustrated clientele follows his lead. A most excellent experience!
My entire visit at this location was horrible from start to finish.Let me elaborate, I scheduled an appt online for 12pm. I arrived at the store around 11:50am, spoke with Stuart (Service Advisor) about my appt and the services I needed. According to Stuart, my appt time was actually at 1pm, not 12pm. Being that I scheduled the appointment online and chose the time, I was perplexed how the appt time changed. Nevertheless, Stuart told me not to worry, because the 12pm appt time was still open and available.Being that I am a fleet customer, I communicate that at the beginning. Based on my experience with Pep Boys, being a fleet customer changes the input and how the service is computed. I provided Stuard with my phone number and fleet management card. With those two Items, Stuart should have had all the information he needed to start the process. Stuart even asked me for my phone number 3 times, so I was sure that he knew who I was and what I needed help with. Stuart provided me with my copy of the service documents and told me that my vehicle would be taken back shortly.Fast forward, a little over an hour later, my vehicle is finally moved from a parking spot to a service bay. After waiting for more than 1.5 hours, I approached the service desk and spoke with a Roudy, apparently Stuart was no where to be found. I questioned Roudy about the status of my vehicle and why it was taking so long, he immediately responded that my fleet management company JUST approved the services needed and that they (Pep Boys) were going back and forth with the fleet management company trying to get the services approved. At this point, I question Roudy about the services needed, I ask, what needs to be done to the vehicle, and what are you guys trying to get approved?. Roudy responds with two new tires, Im utterly confused. Im confused because I initially came in for a leaky right-front tire, how did two new tires become a thing?! Furthermore, Roudy stated that the tire that I initially had concerns about was irreparable, and a new tire was need. He further stated that one of my other tired was balding and needed to be replaced as well. Remind you, Im a fleet customer, so none of this is being charged to be, but that still doesnt mean that Pep Boys is allowed to submit services to my fleet management company without informing me or even communicating with me about their recommendations for service. No one never updated me on what was going on, no one never informed me on what the issues was with my tire, no one never talked to me about ANYTHING.Communication is KEY, especially when it involves money and time. After questioning Roudy about my extended wait time and lack of communication on their part, he attempted to confirm by contact and vehicle information. He began to read off some strangers name and phone number, I immediately stated thats not me. He stated, you own the silver Dogde Grand Caravan, right, I confirmed yes. Apparently, Stuart had my vehicle under the profile of a stranger. My service documents has someone elses name, phone number, and address (privacy issue). Being that I gave Stuart my phone number 3 times and confirmed my names, HOW did this happen? So, at this point Im upset because these mishaps are careless and unprofessional. After voicing my concern and disappointment to Roudy, he confirmed that my vehicle was getting two tired and that my invoice and profile information was corrected, I sit and continue my wait.While waiting for my two new tires to be switched with the old ones by Service Technician Rafael, I notice that he keeps stopping and conversing with another Pep Boys employee. Their banter was non-stop, just back and forth, to the point where Rafael stopped servicing my vehicle just to talk to his co-worker (whatever they were talking about had nothing to do with servicing my vehicle). After doing a little research, I discovered that Rafael was chatting it up with the SERVICE MANAGER, Rich. They chatted on and off for about 20 mins while I continued to wait, patiently.

Second time Ive taken my SUV there, second time they were amazing. Bobby and Rudy helped out after an idiot messed up my car. They were so kind and helpful. Grateful fr stressful day to be over.

Had an appt, but showed up early. Still waited almost an hour with one ahead of me. Just had my car derailed and carpet cleaned, but was charged for shop supplies and grease and oil left on floor mat. What were the charges for?. U like Aleze though. He is always courteous.
They are horrible on under standing what your are looking for. They have no knowledge about most cars and trucks. Half of them barley know English it seems like. Ive came in before asking for tires to be put on my rim as well not balanced or anything just put on a rim there was no tire in it previously either it would take 10mins to do. They informed that the mechanic was to busy and can clearly see that he is not he was sitting down and just wondering the whole shop there. I wont be doing my business at or sharing this location with others.

Poor communication. Left my truck with them for 5 hours for an alignment and was never touched. Was told it would be done by 5 and when I showed up they said they only had one tech. I get being short staffed but communicate more effectively so I can make other arrangements. Wasted my time and the people’s time who picked me up and dropped me off.
Clean store with helpful staff. Prices were very reasonable and service was fast and honest. Would recommend for tires.
The Clermont location is absolutely horrible! Checked online and called the store to verify they had a tire for my car, both said yes. Went in to get my tire changed and I was told they dont carry that specific brand. Danny was the employee assisting me and he was so unprofessional and rude. Being that I have a family member who works for HR at Pep Boys, I expected much more. Extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service. No countermeasures were offered to change my tire, even though I explained to Danny that I was informed that they had a replacement tire at their location.
Really bad customer service. I waited two days for a brake inspection appointment. Dropped my car at 3 pm and asked them to call me. I had to call them back to check on the status because 4 hours later they still hadnt checked anything. I went to the store and they just gave me back the keys and told me there wasnt anything wrong with it, no explanations or anything. They just brushed me off.
What a great experience. I would recommend this store every day of ther week.
I hate going to automotive shops but Man did I have a great experience at this Pepboys! I will be going back and will spread the word about my experience and the professionalism shown to me.
My son had a flat tire, and we had to purchase a new one. They put a new tire on and balanced it in 10 minutes a we were on our way.
