The guy at the counter was bragging about his automotive knowledge but he knows nothing! He was rude and instead of helping me inside the store he told me to get out of the store to look what I was looking on their website and then come back. So I left to AutoZone and they found the tool that I was looking for in no time. I definitely never go back to this store!

The store manager Omar is extremely rude he has a attitude instead of helping customers. The workers there never understand what they are doing! Worst place to go!

Better to take your vehicle to a dealer for new batteries. It wouldnt have cost me any more, and they would have made sure my trucks electronics were functioning after changing the batteries. Have to pay extra to have that taken care of, because Advance Auto Parts wont take care of it. In response to the owner, I did contact the manager and it was not fixed. He tried to have some buddy of his reset it, but when his device didnt work, he said some wires in my vehicle must have been chewed.

Charles was a great help up me today. I kept getting the same error and he was quick to check it (twice!) then get it set back to normal.

I needed 5 lug nuts for my Ford Mustang and called the dealer. The quoted me $9 per lug net. So I called Advanced and they were only $3 per lug nut.What a savings !!

We were visiting from out of town. Our engine light came on and Michael and Shawn were able to detect the problem. The guys were great to assist us so late on a Sunday evening. We walked into the store 15 minutes before closing and they were more than helpful. It was peace of mind knowing we could drive back home without any major issues. Thank you both!

Was gonna give them a 3 star but I went for a 4 star simply because this store in particular has a drive-thru now! Right to the counter, pick your parts up and drive away. How convenient!

It was ok, the cashier was nice, and they were still open. Even though the plastic pieces were really expensive, more reasonable on Amazon. Lesson learned, its going back.

If you are looking for pretty basic auto parts the selection is good. if you are looking to have your battery recharged then you can expect to wait a few days. The Customer Service was the best part. You can find a better prices on autoparts if you look around.

Ordered items online to be picked up in the store. The order was placed at 9:40am. I arrived at 3pm only to find that the order has not been pulled and the staff didnt seem to concerned about it. This even after an email confirmation that my order was ready to pick up. Then to top it off they only had one of the two rotors I ordered. Had the order been pulled when it was placed maybe then was the time to realize that you were missing an item. Maybe then was the time to notify the customer and do what it takes to get it handled. Your mantra is service is our partSo I gave it another go. Wont be back. Store full of people with only 1 sales associate working. Myself and 4 others left due to the wait. Noticed what appeared to be an employee standing around in the back of the store. Heading to OReillys.

Its okay. The prices are usually much higher for no reason. Store is a bit difficult to get into because of the odd design for the parking lot and entrances there. The staff just seems to be there they arent really into helping you as much as getting you out of there. Whenever I go they have just this one employee who always seems to be doing everything. That guy is a trooper, deserves a raise if he is still there.

AAP lost a Long time loyal customer all because they Sold me wrong parts**Sold me 2 passenger side calipersI had issues with the break system seizing up on the driver side on my 3/4 ton truck that I not only transport my 15.5k Lbs camper with, but my two kids & my wife are in the vehicle to.The issue was caught by a neighboring store after replacing the whole front breaks 3 different times, over 3 years!!!Customer service from any of the management team including the store manager (Omar), District Manager (Stev) & the VPO all denied to cover the rear breaks that were affected by their team selling me on the wrong Caliper!!!!At the end of the day Im just glad myself & kids are safe.This isn’t the end of my review but the beginning of my boycott of AAP

Havent had problems with the employees here, but the advertising and sales are definitely a bait and switch. Bought wiper blades because they were $10 off. As they rang up it became clear it was a $10 rebate. Which became a $10 gift card rebate. They had an online submission form that was easy... until I got called that they never received anything (duh, it was online). Spent almost 2 hours between emails and phone calls over a week to get $10. Bad company policy.

The associates are so helpful when it comes to helping with questions. They make sure they do not have or able to get the product for you before letting you leave.

They really take the time to educate you on products you might not know much about. The costumer service in this store is second to none.

I went there because I had a battery died it was still under warranty from them. First it took an hour to determine the battery was definitely bad. And then there was some confusion because the battery I had was no longer sold. After another hour I finally had a replacement battery and was on my way. It took way too long

Staff acts like they could care less about the customer. Theres 3 employees I the store and they are all running around disorganized. All I needed was a simple battery charge and a alternator and I kept being put on hold for phone calls and other customers walking in behind me. I felt like the whole time I was talking to the back of bills head. Ill keep my business elsewhere.
