You might not think of AutoZone as the place to go when you need to repair your grill. The problem was the drip pan was starting to rust out and I wanted to stop it before it completely made a hole. Years ago I found this product that chemically binds to the rust and stops it from doing any more damage then you can paint it. AutoZone carries this Loctite product called extend rust neutralizer. Rust-Oleum also has a product called rust reformer. It goes on clear and you can tell its working when the red rust chemically bonds to it and it changes to a black color. Then you can paint it as I did with the high temperature flat black. AutoZone also has a rewards program that if you spend $20 you get point. When you get five point you get a $20 credit. That essentially means if you spend at least $20 every time you get 20% off. I make it a point to shop at AutoZone every time they have something I need. Purple power cleaner is also a great product.

Terrible annoying place to go kids who dont care. Trying to check out kid was to busy paying attention to another conversation then to care about checking me out. I literally had to ask him to pay attention to what he was doing will never go back here again.

Twice I had a problem with my Nissan car the manager at AutoZone in Claremont Jeet came through. He has wonderful customer service skills. Thankfully he solved the issues and I left happy. Great guy.

I needed a new battery and they worked with me as far as financial i was a couple dollars short, they gave me a discount and made it happen. and then also took my old one and put the new one in!!! free of charge of course!!! go see them..thanks again Austin

Employees are rude and laugh at customers when asking for help. They say it not there job to help customers when needed.

Always a great experience! I needed various auto accessories/parts for my car and the clerks were as helpful as always. They were not too busy, and the clerk was able to look up my vehicle and gather the items and parts needed. (I needed an engine and cabin air filter and some accessories.) I paid under 40 dollars for both filters... My experience has always been outstanding.

Michael/Mike a manager at the local store in Clermont on West hwy50 was not very kind to me as a paying customer it was as if he was doing me a favor by helping me to get the parts that I needed. Instead of helping me he would call other customers around to put them in front of me as if I wasnt there until one of his associates called it to his attention. THIS IS UNEXCEPTIBLE.. very embarrassing to me as a paying customer.

I waited a long time to be assisted at a seemingly slow time. theres an older gentleman that works here that answers the phone with lots of pleasantry but in person speaks like an old bitter man.In the end, I went in for brake pads and they were closer fit than what advanced was trying to give me but they still didnt work. So I wasted my time. I do not like wasting my time

Jeet is the store manager, he took the time to help me like no other car part store has. My headlight was burnt out, I purchased the wrong bulb at a different location, he took the time to go outside check which light was out, the stubborn bulb wasn’t coming out easy. He removed parts of the car to get to the problem, figured out which bulb I needed, put it in for me, put everything back together and made my day! I am forever grateful for Jeet. He has me as a customer for life!!!

Was looking for a specific light bulb for a motorhome. The employee went above and beyond to locate the correct bulb.

Thought it was great cause I was able to get a part I needed within 3 days. But don’t get parts here, the wrong part will be in the right box and you’re just going to waste your time and money. Sad part is the girl manager said this happens all the time. No it shouldn’t and you need help to make your store and need better customer service.

My car AC went out of commission yesterday, so I swung by this store to get a recharger to see if that was the problem. I had no idea what I was doing! The manager walked me through it, then said Buy it and Ill go out and help you with it. He did and it wasnt the freon. So, he asked to see my user manual and checked out a few other things. We couldnt solve the issue, so he gave me my money back for the charger! He went well above and beyond my expectations and I will be a LOYAL customer from here on out. THANK YOU!

Took a friend for a battery exchange lst one ran low they exchanged it no problem. Never did find out why it was low since it was new maybe something in her car or just battery was not holding charge dont know but they gave her a new one.

This AutoZone was fantastic. We had car trouble and the manager bent over backwards to help us. Even loaned us the tools to do the repair.

Although they did not have what I was looking for. They were friendly and recommended another business that had what I needed. Which is rare nowadays.
