I went and got a oil change the service man was very very flirty a little over board. Then when I was done and drive home within 2 miles I noticed my tire was low at 22 I called them about it and they were very rude.. Come to find out after I filled it the tire was fine so my guess is when checking air they deflated it.. Which isnt cool at all!

My car was running fine and I brought it here to change oilRight after the oil change, I could hear this rattle noise when I accelerate. I brought the car here 1 day after, and they refuse to drive the car to hear the noise. The manager told me they can do nothing. This guys basically made my car make this sounds and didnt take any responsibility. Very unprofessional

My husband went on Saturday to have tire fixed in warranty, employee Sebastian inspected the tire and said it could be done but it would be a 3 hour wait, however, he recommended him to come during the week in the morning because it was less busy. My husband went today Wednesday in the morning, after showing him the Warranty documents he then stated it couldnt be fixed, that it needed a NEW one, how in the world in 4 days everything changed? It looked like just didnt feel like working on it, period.

Dont trust the people here with anything, they cant even do an oil change without messing it up. Literally cracked the oil pan on my fiances car for a simple oil change and wouldnt even take accountability trying to blame her for the problem they caused. 0/10 only reason they get 1 star is because it wont go any lower than that! Take your business elsewhere, be warned!

Quick service for a new rim and tire change once they told me my other tire couldnt be used from my old rim. Looks like they wanted the tire from the old rim that they didnt need to touch in my trunk because I bought a new tire and rim. Why take a tire that was not good and that you had no business touching? Please if you would like to make this right im sure my name is still on the list from you ordering the tire and rim or follow up here. I would gladly change my review for an understanding and my tire/compensation back.

Very Very Very busy location, not much organization, but seem to be working very hard. Then you have this guy. He sits there, does not say any to anyone. When asked a question his reply is I dont know, or when asked what is his duties he says my back dont work, so I sit here.

Went in for an oil change and found out right there that my chip reader on my card wasn’t working and had no cash. Was also a Saturday and banks were closed. I was told to find a way to pay by 6:00 or the police would be called and they were not very friendly. More could have been done as far as working something out. Would not recommend this place.

Tire Center is a complete waste of time. Was told 1 hour to put 2 tires on rims. Went back 2 hours later, and they hadn’t even started working on them. Go to a different Walmart, this one is poorly managed.

What can I say they are always smiling and nice. The same girl is there from two years ago and I absolutely love her. When you walk in they greet you hello. Although I dont do any auto service, I sneak in through the back so I can avoid the Disney visitors...and as always i notice the energy when coming in and checking out there! When I did do auto service they more than Serviced me promptly. They even replaced my battery under different circumstances than usual, because I surely did not have 80.00 dollars for a battery.

Jesus was incredibly rude to me and honestly made the entire experience awful. He should be reprimanded for how he treats people.

Expect to wait for the work done on your car as this is first come-first serve. Money will be saved. If you dont like to hear people speak Spanish, dont go there. Plenty of other Walmarts cater to your kind, go there. Always great service, I can trust these guys not to mess my car up like another close-by competitor did.

Walmart for your car. They do not claim to have everything under the hood for your car. But what they do have they offer at a reasonable price and with the Walmart satisfaction guarantee. As usual be a smart consumer make an informed decision and do your research. Good luck

The guy I had was very helpful when doing my tires. Thought I needed two but he told me I only needed one. Not many people today are honest, so it was refreshing. The only bad thing was the wait time. Got there when opened up and still waited three hours. Definitely need more help!

Came in for a quick oil change and talked to Jeleen at the front desk and she told me to talk to one of the employees near the oil change area I parked my car there and waited 5 minutes for an employee to finally speak to me. The employee helping me was very nice and told me that it should only take about an hour or so. There were also only three cars in front of me, two that they weren’t working on yet and one they were working on, when I parked in the line for an oil change. I then proceeded inside Walmart to do some shopping and after exactly an hour I asked Jeleen if she could check if my car was ready. She said it was still in progress and she offered to check how long it may take. She then told me that it would be about 30-45 minutes more than what I already waited and said that there were two cars still ahead of mine which did not make sense since there were only 3 cars ahead of me an hour previously. I would have given this location one star but Jeleen made this experience more pleasurable because of her positive attitude and kindness towards me as a customer.

I always get my oil change at Walmart and am usually satisfied. This location however did not meet my expectations. There was only 1 car in the bay and I was next and it took almost 3 hours to get my car . It felt disorganized and in need of better Management

Horrible customer service skills. Staff to busy chit chatting then helping. When asked to please just get me my tire I would have installed at Pep boys down the street given attitudes and had to go get a store manger to ask them to just give me the tire off the shelf without the 2 hour wait

Great pricing but lack customer service skills

The prices are decent, but thats just about the only good thing about this place.Most of the staff here isnt very pleasant, and dont seem to be trying to be helpful, theyre just trying to get a paycheck and go home.When I called over the phone the person that picked up said they would do something for us, but when we got there, the mechanic said they wouldnt and called the person that picked up the phone dumb and cluelessVery unprofessional to talk about your colleague that way to a customer. They clearly have poor communication with each other and give you false information over the phone, not to mention the wait times are incredibly long.Not a good experience overall in any sense.

Poor customer service. Was initially helped by an associate inside and then directed to speak with someone else outside but ended up standing around for 15 min with no one approaching me asking if I needed help. At least 2 associates saw me but didnt do anything. I ended up leaving without getting any resolution for my car problem.

Make sure you see Johnny Cruz, straight up and honest. Saved me 500 dollars because he did all the checks and then some instead of assuming it was the starter. He was my 2nd opinion and his diagnosis got me back on the road. He was a Blessing by God.

Over an hour for an oil change . Not the worst thing in the world but every time I stepped outside to look at the work area nothing was going on....Was the first one here at opening time and now there are 4-8 cars here with mine sitting there on the stands :/Oh well..Receptionist was great though !

I had a nail in my tire and didnt see it until this evening. I came to Walmart at 7:35p and the tire/auto shop closes at 8:00p. Although everyone is ready to go home, they still helped me and I appreciate that so much.

We do our oil changes and tire service here and have always had a good experience. Yes the wait can sometimes be very long, but for the price if you have the time its worth it. We like that we can buy upgraded oil and filter and only get charged for the service.

I got there early so i didnt have to wait that much; Mr. Sebastian was very nice as well as the cashier when paying. For those of you whoe really care about the oil brand of your preference, make sure you get what you ask; I asked Castrol and got Penzoil, it doesnt really matter for me, maybe its better than castrol, but my car is over the 150.000 miles, thats not a big deal for me, just to whom might concern.

The Wal-mart at Cagans Crossing Auto Center is busy enough to have at least 3 more people working on vechiles! They have 1 guy in charge, who seems to be the only one to take care of customers. Poor guy runs around like a mad man.Then you go to pick up your vechile and he doesnt even remember dealing with you or what you talked about or anything! WOW!!But I did get 4 new tires put on with a lifetime warranty for under 300.00!!!😀👍🙌

The service was very poor and took more than 4 hrs to do oil change and change 2 tires. Did oil and took the car out to wait for tires to be changed. They seem to take more than they can handle and customer service is dead.

Worst ever experience. Not only are they disorganised, but Tony was rude to anyone who wasnt Mexican. And even though there was only one car in the. tire changing section. He told us it was still a four hour wait. So we went too Tuffys down the street and they deserve 5 stars

Theres always a 3-4 hr wait, you have to get in early when they first open at 6am even if its a small job...the service and the work is excellent, just a long wait!

Staff were friendly and we were in and out pretty quickly considering there were several cars there at the same time. They also vacuumed out our floors (which is something they are suppose to do but most Walmarts find an excuse to not do it.).

Almost 2 hours waiting to fix a nail on my tire, when the first hour and a half had passed I asked how much longer and was told one more hour because the staff left on break, changed flat tire to spare tire in front of shop, got caught in the rain, and after I finish and ask for my keys to leave they tell me oh youre leaving? But youre the next one he just came back from lunch... never again

I will never take my car back here again! They quoted me the normal price for an oil change and then when I wubby to pay the price jumped by $10. They claim they had to put .4 quart of extra oil. They never called me to make sure it was ok. They saw a single mom and thought they could scam me. Then when I complained they acted like it was such an inconvenience to charge me the right price. Never apologized, nothing.

Went to get a tire replaced at 7am and was told I had to wait an hour in a half. I went across the street to Firestone paid an extra $10 and was outta there in 10 minutes. Walmart really need to make sure they staff when opening because the wait was ridiculous!!!

They mounted my tires while I did my weekly shopping and text me when they were done. My car was done before I was done with my grocery shopping.

They checked my battery and replaced it under warranty and I was on the road in under an hour. Go early in the morning.
