Okay let’s get this straight a guy who attended me who goes by Luis is literally the worst representative. He didn’t even bother helping when I needed him, he ghosted my messages. I had to walk in and talk to someone who’s more professional who tried calling him but he refused picking up. Honestly absolute worst. Also, my bill is higher and I’m one line.

Im from Tennessee on vacation and decided it was time to upgrade my phone and this location did such a wonderful job helping me get the phone that was just right for me.

This is a great location. The customer service is amazing and they set everything up for you here in the store. Great group of of people and a fun environment! Even gave me water while I waited.

This store provides the worst customer service, lies, no help, overpriced services, and refuses to assist in resolving problems. I asked the sales rep to help me with my account being overcharge. He had no interest in helping because he was losing commission dealing with me. He told me since he did not set up my new account for an added device, he can not help me. BS! He then told me my account was the same as before. I checked it to find it saying it was $30/month, not the current $70/month. I asked him why is there $40 more now if the account is the same? He could not answer my question. I never received the paperwork for the agreement or the receipt of $150 I paid a few weeks ago to set up the new phone. I tried calling corporate, no answer. I tried using the chat, nothing either. This company cannot provide me with details of the charges I paid, no contract, and other proof. In legal terms, no contract means it never happened. I owe them nothing. They cannot provide who signed the contract if it does exist. This is fraud. The sales rep honestly wanted me gone so he could have assisted another couple who walked in looking to buy 2 phones. I understand commission, but customer service is priority. He was rude from the moment I walked in. Stay away from Verizon and go to T-Mobile. I switched over last night right after this situation. Now I will pay half the cost, get more benefits, and treated with respect. These people are crooks looking to screw you over to make them big bucks. Liars, poor customer service, no help, and frauds.

Just moved to this area from Atlanta and my phone was not getting great service at my new house. So I stopped by the store to check out what could be done and they helped me pay off my phone and gete into a new working phone.

Me andy dad decided it was time to upgrade our phones so we came to check out what promotions they had to offer and they did a great job helping us pick the perfect phones for us! Even paid off my dads phone too!!

Switched over to Verizon and I couldn’t be happier! They ported my number over and set everything up for me so that all my information transferred over. Lord knows I didn’t know how to do it. 10/10 recommend this location.

This store is so great. The workers here helped me get my phone working after I wasn’t able to receive any phone calls or text messages. They were all very nice and took their time helping me and not just rushing me out of the store. I’m not very good with phones so I’m very thankful

Pervious AT&T customers and with the help of the reps in the store today I decided to switch to Verizon and they clearly explained all of the promotional deals, the plans and all of the rebates! Thank you for taking your time and explaining everything to me. 10/10 would recommend to others!

Watch out for the $40 device setup fee. They don’t tell you about it. I was charged $120 and for 3 devices not including activation fee and taxes. I don’t have a problem paying for things I’m made aware of upfront. I could of gone to target and saved that fee. Didn’t even know about it till I got home and looked at my invoice. I called and have been given the run around. I like things upfront. Don’t let them hustle you.

Had some serious issues with my smart watch. Was not staying connected to my phone. The rep did his best to get it to work. But we just did a warranty claim to get me a new watch!

Oh my goodness! What a great group of gentlemen at this store. Everyone was so willing to help and if one of them didn’t know something they made sure to find out the resolution. Above all they stayed at a safe social distance and had their masks on at all time! With me and my husband being elderly people it really put us at easy! Would recommend 12 out of 10 times! Came into the store today because my Google Pixel 2 XL was giving me some issues. The Rep went over more than a few options for me and got me into the right phone. Went there on a Sunday mid afternoon, from start to finish we were so impressed with the knowledge and comforting we felt from the rep Jose gave us. Such a smooth transition and after we were done I didn’t feel like we were not taken advantage of he helped us understand everything and made it so simple for us! Especially after the visit we had with the corporate one on 50 they are awful but if you want honest reps please go here I promise you will not be disappointed!

Came into the store this and somehow my phone went into emergency mode or what the rep said was talk back mode and it was driving me crazy! We couldnt do anything on the phone. But luckily the rep was able to figure it out and got our phone back to normal. Im so glad he got it cause it was driving me crazy!

I placed an order at another store and I was told incorrect information. I went to the store at 4 corners and they fixed everything! I got my new samsung phone and had a great time setting it up. Definitely recommend!

Cool store. My wife and I felt comfortable making our decisions after being educated on our plan, how to save on our monthly bill, and get new phones while doing it. I hope youre fortunate enough to get Romaine... hes a very experienced and patient salesperson who made sure we were satisfied with our new phones via text as well as swap models when we mentioned we werent a couple off days later; kid you not. I never really cared for going into phone retailers until this most recent experience.***Edit***Review Part 2: My son needed a replacement phone and Armando was most helpful. Hes definitely knowledgeable on Verizon products and services. We were comfortably in and out within minutes. Think no further and stop by... save time from waiting on the phone for an agent. Its also a way better experience seeing and holding what Im buyVs spending my money then hoping I get what I pay for.

On vacation and my phone took a swim in the pool. The reps in the store got me into a new phone and transfered all my stuff over!

This store did a wonderful job welcoming me and my wife into the store. All of the employees had their masks on and were social distancing which made me and my wife feel comfortable and safe especially being from out of town. Went to Verizon at Cagan Crossing in Clermont Florida yesterday. Had wonderful service from Angie. She presented all the plan options in the clear and concise manner so I could make informed choices. Had me out of there much sooner than I expected. All in all a wonderful experience.

Got a phone from the insurance claim and this location helped me get all of my information over and they activated the new phone for me.

Got a new phone because my old one had a ton of issues and I did not know how to transfer the informstion over. The gentleman in the store helpped me get everything and put the liquid glass on my phone.

Wholeheartedly recommend this shop, especially if you are fortunate to get Marc M as your salesperson. My parents had previously signed up for a package at their local Verizon store in New Hampshire, and I had some concerns as they didnt seem to understand what they were actually paying for. I also thought they had signed up for items and facilities they didnt need or could have purchased separately somewhere else at a better price.We were lucky to sit down with the very thorough and patient Marc, who we have all agreed was probably one of the best sales persons we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He didnt try to sell us anything, just explained everything they already had on their plan, clearly showing how the pricing and plans were organized, how the phones would eventually be paid off, and how they had been billed in the past.He never tried to sell us anything, but instead looked at their history and determined they were on a plan with too much data for their requirements, so he adjusted this to a less expensive package. He also went through and noticed other charges they didnt need to pay (such as caller ID)He took so much time with us, time we really appreciated as with four devices on their package, my parents really had a complicated situation. I am now assured my parents have a great value plan in place, which was tweaked extensively from the rushed agreement they were sold back in New Hampshire.Can not recommend this place enough. Marc is a real credit to the company, and looking at how the office works, I can see that the place is set up to offer a real consultative approach to sales. You may have to wait a few minutes when you arrive, but that is only because they will be giving the customers ahead of you the time and attention required to provide a great service and the assurance they are getting the best plan for their situation.Thanks again!

Don’t go to this store with any issues. They do not help. I purchased an order for a iPhone with a rep in that store in December 2020 and was told specifically the phone was in back order and will be shipping ending of February 2021and he will call us to pick up. Today a rude sale rep name Danny Garcia said that that order was never placed and that we will need to show him proof of the order. I received an email on January 14 2021 with a tracking number and we showed it to Danny Garcia but I guess since he doesn’t know how to handle this situation he flipped and acting as if we did something wrong waiting for their phone call as the first sales rep instructed us to do. He was very rude stating it’s our fault they did know what happened to our phone... how is that our fault???...they lost our order....he assumed we were lairs but he saw the email and still did not help...the worse customer service from a sale rep. Verizon should really invest on training their Sales Rep. I was completely humiliated and discriminated by this Danny Garcia...

Walked in tonight to get help with my iPhone 12 Pro that had turned into nothing more than a paper weight by then. Jeremy immediately stepped up to help me. He worked diligently until the problem was resolved. Apple and Verizon both kept blaming the issues on each other when I reach out to them earlier. Jeremy jumped right in, knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it. I can’t say enough about how fantastic he was! Thank you!!

First time having this issue. My phone wasnt receiving text messages. It was doing a few funky things. They saw it was full on memory and ended up fixing that and now it works.

I couldnt hear people on my phones microphone. I went to the corporate store then came here. He notices my screen protector was on backwards and that was causing the issue. Flipped it for me and now works great.

My phone stopped working around 8am this morning. Brought it to my nearest store and he took a look at the phone. He went ahead and did a reboot on the phone and was able to get it back up and running.

I walked into the store and stand up in front of the sales consultants and nobody help me with anything... not even a a good evening... very disappointed! Do not recommend this place

Came in today because phone would not send emails nor receive emails. Spoke with a gentleman about my phone and he looked in the settings we looked together and were able to resolve the issue. Came in with my mother to switch to from T-mobile worked with a gentlemen who made sure she was able to get everything transferred. We were there for a while but he made sure everything was done and set up even guaranteed that we check the old phone before erasing it.
