Really helpful staff. They identified the problem on my phone and fixed it. No charge as it was under warranty too. Great folks that have always got my hardware up and running in no time. My phone was down for 3-4 hours instead of 3-4 days. Very thankful for them!

I have cracked my phone screen multiple times before and taken it to a competitor in town. This time, I went to uBreakiFix as the other was closed, and they were amazing! Lucas was so sweet and professional and very willing to help me even though I had shown up a little close to closing time. He even gave me a discount for it being my birthday!! He was amazing and made sure I was taken care of. I also am super impressed with the quality of the fix! I will be a returning customer and will be avoiding the competition from now on :)

Great group of associates that are well managed. Diagnosis or free that is documented. Very professional, organized, unselfish. They could easily charge you just to walk in the door. Most of them do.

I stopped by thinking I had to get my charging port replaced. They cleaned out the port from the lent that built up and did it for free. This was such a blessing and the customer service was top notch. Thanks for making my day!!

I took them my working Apple Watch series 6 that had some cracks to get the glass replaced. Everything on my watch worked perfectly when I dropped it off. They tried fixing it with two different screens without success. They told me more then likely it was a bad batch of third party screens. They put the cracked screen back on it to return it to me. Upon picking it up, it does not work at all. If I knew they could not fix it I would have just put it in a waterproof case, but now I have a completely broken watch.

I left my wifes IPad there almost 20 hours ago and the said it would be ready in 2 hours once I dropped it off. I informed them that I would come back the next business day. As I go to pick it up they tell me its not ready and will take 2 hours! Definitely not same day service!

Terrible. Young guys probably getting commission. They allure you with free diagnostic and then the price is more expensive than Apple.

My phone stopped charging on Thursday afternoon, I was able to drop my phone off around 3 pm and it was diagnosed by 7 pm and fixed by the next morning. Very professional and fast service!

Great repair service on my husbands i6s phone. They had the broken screen replaced same day as he brought it in. He noticed it wasnt responding quite right with incoming calls. Went back with it and again they diagnosed, serviced perfectly within hours, and covered it under warranty repair from the screen replacement service. Just wow! They know their stuff and are fairly priced.

I brought my daughters Ninetendo switch lite in after I had replaced a toggle switch and it wouldn’t turn back on. They took a look at it and no parts were needed however one of the ribbon plugs wasn’t properly seated they found the problem fixed it didn’t even charge me. Tells me they are an honest business, so when I do have a real problem will definitely be taking to them. Thanks guys, hard to find small town service and honest anymore.

They had difficulty getting my phone screen. 1st time, it was the wrong screen. Then it took several more days to get the correct screen. All in all, I made 3 trips to the store. But I really am happy with my new screen. The reps were courteous too.

They did a great job! I brought in an iPad mini with a broken screen, they finished it the same day and cleaned the charging port without any extra fees. I thought it had to be replaced, but they hooked me up. My out-the-door, same-day price was HALF of what the Batteries Plus place quoted me, and I didnt have to wait a week for the part to come in. Ill come here again if we need more repairs.

Ive never had a store not honor a tax exempt letter for a church. We took a computer in for them to work on and when I went to pick it up I made small talk and got distracted and as soon as I cashed out using a credit card I told the guy im sorry we are tax exempt. He said no problem do you have the sheet, I had a different car then normal so I didnt have one one me and told him i would come back. 3 days later I came back and they were unwilling to help or take the taxes off! They said because it wasnt presented when I checked out. It was the same guy i reminded him of the chit chat and how I told him right then but he refused to fix it. If i bought a product I would have returned it but this was a service. Terrible customer service.

Went through AT&T insurance claim to replace my screen, 4 hrs later they tell me that they werent able to repair my phone because when they plugged my phone into their computer to do a test and it became unresponsive. Mind you my phone was working great before I dropped it off here and when they asked me for my pass code for testing purposes I shouldve went with my gut feeling and refused. I lost EVERYTHING on my phone because they fried my motherboard... Who knows if they did it on purpose or not but all I know is that my phone doesnt even turn on anymore and that Ive lost EVERYTHING on my phone and they maybe even have all my personal information, so if you dont want this to happen to you then I suggest you change your mind now and go else where. OH AND SIDE NOTE they make you sign a disclosure basically stating that no matter what happens to your phone while in their care they arent responsible for it.

Very quick with my repair, knew exactly what was wrong with my phone and fixed it within minutes. The store was very clean and followed COVID guidelines. Great service would recommend for any repair need.

Chris and the team are awesome! My iPhone XS was cracked for quite some time and I put off the repair out of fear of cost. When I found out the actual cost, I brought it right in. The stock they had on hand wouldnt work but they ordered the necessary piece for the next day. Screen arrived and was installed in about an hour. When there were some technical difficulties outside of their control, they were very accomodating and helped me get back up & running. 5/5!

I went on on the afternoon of December 11th and was attended by an associate by the name of Chris. I have been struggling with the charging connection on my iPhone XR. Being frustrated for months with this problem, I decided to finally come in and get a quote for the repair cost. After a quick evaluation from Chris, a simple clean did the trick! Now I don’t have to play with the cord for 10 min to then leave in a precise location for a recharge! Great customer service and quick and easy that saved me $$.

How TF do I bring my perfectly working phone (s8plus) in to get the screen/back replaced only because the glass was cracked, not shattered, and I get it back with it NOT repaired and the phone doesnt even turn on anymore?!! Never going back and I will never recommend this place!!!!

Ive taken hundreds of photos and video under and just below the water with my Pixel 4 XL. Take a look at the photo I provided. This was nothing out of the ordinary with my Pixel 4 XL. However, when uBreakiFix Clermont replaced my screen they didnt weather seal it to OEM specs, and they refused to do anything after it was water damaged. BTW - It was water damaged by sprinklers, not going under water in the pool - LIKE I HAVE DOZENS OF TIMES. Rain and sprinklers should NEVER be an issue for an IP68 device. However, since they did such a poor replacement the phone is now ruined - with zero recourse. Their techs are hacks and need to be replaced with actual technicians that know and understand what they are doing. The crew at this store has no concept for time, no concept for customer service and clearly no concept for how to PROPERLY repair a phone.- DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION- DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THE CELLHELMET SCAM- THEY DONT VALUE YOUR TIME- THEY DONT ACCURATELY ESTIMATE TIME OF REPAIR- THEY CONSISTANTLY OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVERMy wife had a horrible experience with her screen replacement, as well. They told her it would take 2 hours. She spent two hours shopping nearby, came back and they said another 30 minutes. She waited in her car 30 minutes, went back inside and they said another 30 to 45 minutes. They did this two more times for a total additional time of 2 hours and 15 minutes. Had she known it would be a 4 to 5 hour repair she would have dropped it off and went back later. Instead, she wasted the better part of her day waiting on their bad information.You have choices - you can go to other locations to avoid the poor service choices here. If I have to use this joke of a company, Ill use a different location. I will avoid the Clermont store completely. I have three secondary devices that need out of warranty screen replacements and Ill find another tech that actually cares about the quality of what they do.Back to the point - the tech was adamant that the screen was replaced properly, but I can tell you with certainty that my phone had been submerged time and time again without issue - until they did a horrible, shoddy, haphazard screen replacement. As a result they ruined a nearly $1K device. They should be ashamed of the poor quality that they are perpetrating on their customers.

Although my device was not eligible for a warranty repair, Neil was very helpful in explaining my options without being pushy trying to make a sale, by directing me to contact the manufacturer directly. This advice resulted on a one time exception and a very happy experience for me. A couple of days later, when I was finally able to stop by the store to thank him personally, Adolfo, who was working at the time, was friendly and helpful by replacing not one but two of my screen protectors, both fast and perfect.

Lucas was very helpful and was quick in fixing the screen on my iPhone 8+. Only took about an hour! Great place to have your device fixed!

I have used uBreak in Orlando and they were wonderful. The Clermont branch is the worst. I went in on Sunday after setting it up the day before with Assurance. They told me it will be 3-5 hours. I left it after telling them that I live 30 minutes away. I got home and 10 minutes later they called to tell me they dont have the parts and should have them in Tuesday. No call on Tuesday or Wednesday. I called Thursday and Yes we have everything. Then why didnt you call me? Got there at 1pm and they said they would have it by 7pm. So much for the insurance company saying 1-2 hours ( I guess only Orlando does that).

Lucas is extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable. He always has a smile and a pleasant personality, and he tells his customers up front what the problem is and the estimated price.

Replaced the screen on my Galaxy s10 here in March. Screen worked fine but I specifically asked if it was water proofed again, the clerk assured me that as a Samaung authorized repair shop it was. Yesterday was the first time my phone got wet since the repair and the phone was immediately damaged beyond repair. Next time Ill just send the phone to Samsung.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this store and company. I called to have my back glass replaced, they told me the parts for my phone would take about a week to come in, which I found reasonable since I requested parts to come in with the apple logos. The parts arrived and they told me they would need my phone for four hours tops - No problem. dropped my phone off at 10 am when they opened - long story short I did not get my device back til an hour after their closing time that night because there were errors with my device internally after their repair (it had none prior other than the shattered back glass) They gave me my phone back that night but my talk to text and hey siri no longer worked. I didnt want to deal with it anymore so I just brushed it off... two weeks later my back camera lens which they replaced in the repair fell off into my hand - I called back and it took another week for an entire new glass back to come in... they then kept my phone for five hours only to discover the parts they ordered were low quality and did not fit the phone correctly - I then waited another week for new parts. After this my phone was repaired after another four hours of not having it. I took my phone to a different company later (device doctors) because my front glass shattered - when they were doing the repair they opened my phone to discover missing screws, a burnt battery and other missing parts to my phone that were removed during my repair at UbreakIfix. ( I have pictures of the inside of my phone now for proof) I am extremely disappointed with the service I received, the low quality repair and the hack job I ended with.

This isnt my first time using uBreakiFix, but this is my first (and last) time using this location. I went in to get a cracked screen fixed, picked it up and it was all fixed but I noticed later that day my face id wasnt working, the first few times I just brushed it off and typed in my passcode to get in. Well a few times later that same day it still wasnt working, so I took my face off completely then tried to reset it. While trying to do that it wouldnt even pick up my face. I tried having someone else put their face on my phone, and it wouldnt pick up their face either. So the following week I took it back in there for them to make sure all the wires were reattached correctly. An hour later, they tried to tell me its just an Apple issue and we could try to reset my phone to SEE if that will fix it. Everyone in my family has iPhones if it was an Apple software issue dont you think itd happen to all phones? My face id was working PERFECTLY before I took it in. On top of that, my phone has crashed SO many times since getting the screen fixed. Totally unacceptable.

They did a great job.Need to learn how to keep in touch with customers. If you cant meet your projected time UPDATE the customerIf you project receiving a part on Friday and it doesnt come in UPDATE the customer. If you tell the customer it will be ready in an hour and you need more time INFORM the customer. Follow this advise and your business will flourish.

Fix my Galaxy S10 plus when 2 other stores wouldnt even touch it. Replace the screen cover with a liquid one that had a warranty. Took 10 minutes and was able to eat at the burger place next door and it was all done.

All around excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, they were polite and welcoming. Informed me up front an honest and fair estimate for the work I needed done, as well as how long it would take to get needed parts ordered and shipped. The parts arrived the very next day, and they emailed and texted me notifying me that they were ready to start my repair immediately. I appreciate the text and email I received when they were ready to begin the work. I came that day, and they were done within an hour. $60 for a battery replacement on my 3 year old phone which is more than fair. My phone functions like a brand new device. I am more than happy. I wouldnt give a single star. The most unreliable place ever. We took an Ipad to get repaired. They took 2 weeks to determine whether it was a battery or motherboard. Called to follow up and I say that I was picking it up because they had it for too long. Neil says to me that the repair is complete and that if I did not agree to the repair price, they have to reverse the repair and damage it again (laughable). I agree to the price and Neil says I have to wait till their vendor sends it back. They take another 5 days and call to say that it was not repaired at all. THESE PEOPLE WILL ROB YOU OF TIME AND MONEY. Now I have to take it to Apple to ensure they didnt take parts that were not damaged to use on other Ipads.

Great experience, highly recommend. Staff was very friendly which always a plus. I had a few old minis that I had fixed for my grandkids instead of purchasing new ones which I saved a ton of money for 3 & 4 year olds which don’t care about updates all they care about is internet and they work great! Honestly, I went in this store hoping i Get my laptop Hp Envy fixed before I leave out of town . From a cracked screen to a frame replacement ( yes i step on my laptop smh) Adolfo delivered! I felt awful because I gave him a hard time after an update wasnt recognizing my finger print but I went back and he delivered again! I want to apologize if I got off edge with you! RAVE!!!I got my iPhone backing replaced after it was shattered. Fast foward 6 months later, my phone doesnt want to wirelessly charge. I took it in, they fixed it for me NO PROBLEM! Then my phone decided not to connect to any bluetooth devise, and the staff worked with me every day for 2 weeks while I called them asking what to do. They finally said bring it in and we will do everything we can to find the issue. They fixed it for me and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take the stress away and make sure I walked away happy! amazing staff and amazing store!

Brought a brand new I phone 11 pro to have liquidGlass screen protector applied.Employee messed up application and said my screen was already damaged.CHECK YOUR SCREEN before allowing liquid glass to be applied by U break I fix.A professional would have notified me of issue before application.In my case my screen was brand new and had no issues until I had U break I fix apply liquid glass screen protector.

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. An excellent place to get the repairs done reliably. These people go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I was there to get my iPad screen replaced. This place repaired the damages on my iPad, at no cost, that I had not realized were there, including back camera that was taken out by another repair place that closed its business. I cant be more satisfied with the repairs.

Walked in the Clermont location with a Huawei honor 8x smart phone and some tempered glass screen protectors hoping they would be able put them on for me. They were able to do so and did not charge me anything for it. Thanks again guy.

Great experience fixed my iPhone screen in less than 45 minutes and was super helpful by answering all my questions.

Sprint couldnt fix it spent alot of time driving around to tech centers and exchanging phones because my new note 10 was messed up then the second one that was exchanged was still messed up. Long story short my phone case had a tiny magnet inside it. They figured it out in literally 10 minutes. Lol

I cracked my screen on a Wednesday and went to them. They said they needed to get a part and to come back Thursday. I came back Thursday and they said I wouldnt get it back until tomorrow. I need my phone for my job and told them that. They said if I got it to them on Friday, before 4:30, Id get it back in 2 hours. On Friday they told me they couldnt get it back to me until the next day and to come in first thing in the morning. So, at 10am, I drop my phone off. They said to come by at 12 to pick it up. I did, and they said itd be two more hours. 3hours later, I called them and they said itd take one more hour. About an hour and half later, I hadnt heard from them, so I called them. They said it was done, so I went to get it, but had to wait ten more minutes. Then they tried to take my phone back because of a bad ticket and having not put it in through my insurance. I was frustrated to the point of tears. The people there were nice, but the service was terrible.
