CVS always has good deals. I love this store!!! Big selection.
Worst experience at a CVS ever. I went with my son who has Down Syndrome to pick up his medicine because he wasnt feeling well. Had to pick up amoxicilin and had to wait for about 50 minutes at the store. At first they told me its just a few minutes so I decided to wait. Then they told me 5 more minutes, no one seemed to care or was polite to at least say we apologize for the inconvenience we are working on it we have been busy NOTHING! JUST we didnt know you were waiting. Train your staff better people usually go there to pick up a medicine when theyre not feeling well!!!!
I wish I could give 0 stars! The drive through is the slowest thing I have ever seen in my entire life. The customer service is complete garbage and the pharmacy is never prepared for your order. I have waited over 45 minutes in a 5 car line at the drive through and even tried going inside where it isnt any faster.
Staff was very very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Incredibly convenient for finding last minute products that we needed. I was also quite surprised and impressed that they had a bunch of CPAP gear! Great store
I have been having such a huge issue trying to book a rapid covid test for my aunt and grandmother to travel to New York...just to be sure before travelling...THANK YOU JOHN(WORKS IN PHARMACY)he patiently understood and helped take care of all my families covid test appointments and needs over the phone.I truly hope you have a blessed day...you made our day a million times better.God Bless you!!
They are having customers go inside the store for Covid testing, which is irresponsible and mindblowing, especially here in Florida with such high rates and with how contagious the Delta variant is. Purposefully requesting positive Covid customers to remove their masks inside the store for testing just makes no sense. If you’re not able to provide in-vehicle testing like Walgreens and county locations, then don’t offer it at all, otherwise you’re part of the problem contributing to the spread.
Large variety of products, pleasant staff, manager Jason extremely helpful and professional.
Horrible service! Im a first Responder. Waited in drive thru 20 minutes then went inside and it was the worst customer service. The Pharmacist Kevin didnt even try to help. Go to another CVS location if you can.
Love this pharmacy! They are open 24/7, which is super convenient. Plus, they offer home delivery for your medications, which is really easy to do through the mobile app. I don’t even have to leave my house to get my routine medications and only need to go to the actual pharmacy if there’s something I need immediately. Overall, the service here has always been great!
Would give zero of I could at least on the pharmacy side. There is always something, either the tell you it’s ready and when you come in they tell you it’s not or they can’t find anything under your name when it is clearly there. It’s like they try the bare minimum to try and help you plus there is always a line since they only have one cashier where inside or drive thru. I’ve never been and to pick my prescription up on the first try. This is my last time using them as my pharmacy I suggest you do the same.
I went to this CVS today to receive a COVID test. The Google maps location is wrong so I was running only a few minutes behind. The healthcare provider proceeded to tell me how even though I was late through no fault of my own I should have planned extra time I case that had happened. I pointed out that it was the link they sent me that took me to the wrong location. This same location insulted my fiance and her kids previously for not having the the same last names (mixed family), provider left to go home without telling them, then refused to test, and blamed her for being late getting home to her family. This location and their employees have no business working in healthcare.Youre disrespecting yourself if you choose to get your care here for anything.
I guess customer service no longer exists. It is impossible to speak to an actual person anymore. I have called four times today and waited thirty plus minutes each time and have yet to speak to anyone. I’m transferring all of my families prescriptions to Publix, they seem to be the only place that values their customers anymore.
Got my 1st dose of COVID vaccine so easy. Everyone was really nice.
Honestly, what is this world coming to? Customer service has gone completely out the window! It’s sad really. 🤦🏻♀️
Two overnight crew staff members (one young female and an older male approx early 50s) made childish cartoony noises toward each other whilst never thinking of assisting me with what I need. Had to go ask a pharmacist. By the way, the noises occurred during my tenure. Unprofessional bunch.
My dad had a COVID 19 testing and the address the website to schedule the appointment was wrong so when he went to the address it was nothing there (neither a store) and they called him to tell him he was late and needed to reschedule an appointment. He doesn’t speak English so he couldn’t explain the situation and after he found the right location they didn’t wanted to help him at all. I called them (I was at my work place and he called me to let me know what was going on) and they didn’t do anything. The lady’s customer service and understanding about the situation was awfully bad and rude and hang up the call out of nowhere. He really needed to be tested for his security and our family security as well. I ended up doing a new appointment in other location where the address was the correct one and with people more than willing to help him.
This min clinic is a joke..I came back on my scheduled time and still waited 25 minutes..the I get a strep test done and the line is not visible on my strep test and she tells me she can see a faint line so she will count it as a positive test..I am not sure paying 175 dollars for this visit was worth it.. these people are not here to help..they are here for a quick check..truly sad and disappointed with the professionalism of this place.
This CVS Pharmacy is nothing but a dumpster fire. I have problems every single time I go there.
Always so pleasant.
I visited on a Sunday night around 7:30pm to a relatively empty store. The pharmacy had no line and I was promptly greeted and assisted. The prescriptions I was picking up had only been sent over by the doctor about 20 minutes prior and they were already ready upon arrival. Checkout at the pharmacy was quick and efficient. This is also one of the few locations in the area that is open late on the weekends, which is amazing when you really need to get something urgently.
I just called them at 9:07 pm for a prescription for my 1 year old grandson who is in discomfort from ear infection just diagnosed and pharmacy is open 24 hrs, BUT THERE IS A 4 HOUR WAIT ! WOW !
Staff and management are rude and unhelpful. I wanted to purchase an item where the price was posted and they took the sign down bc they didn’t want to honor it. Complete waste of time.
Pharmacy is a little slow to get through, staff is pleasant
Worst pharmacy, tried calling and on hold for more than 20 minutes someone picks up maybe every 5-7 minutes and then puts the phone on hold again.
Excellent pharmacists, and techs. They are friendly and polite, even when extremely busy and dealing with a LOT of public. I even sent praise to corporate, that is how impressed I am on a continual basis with this pharmacy. The people there have made it my fave local rx drive thru!!
Horrible service. My wife came into the store and stood there to get her BOGO situation rectified. Next to us was another customer who wanted to return a product at around $80; but it was ringing up at around $120. The taller elderly man who was taking care of him just walked off after about 20 minutes of pure failure. It gets worse, the customer wasnt taken care of after 20 minutes. So as my wife was being helped, the younger gentleman who was assisting her on the second register went over to the other customer (first register), as there was a female co-worker there to assist my wife. As he went to the other customer, the same problem persisted with pricing the return; system error I guess. Another young gentleman came and had put his hand practically in his co-workers face (the first young gentleman) as if to utilize his power as supervisor. Before that whole incident, I overheard the first co-worker practically getting ready to ask a question (giving a possible idea to solve the problem), and thats when he was cut off by the power hungry nervous supervisor. Some management skill there huh? Never returning. My wife may.
Ive always liked CVS very kind and courteous
Not only does it take them five or more minutes to answer the phone even when they’re not busy. I had a prescription sent in a day ago, yes my insurance was under maintenance, but even after the maintenance was done they had all night to fill my prescription since its 24 hours. I called at 9 o’clock in the morning and it’s still not filled. It took until almost 12 o’clock for them to fill my prescription. Which they never called to tell me its filled, i had to call. I waited as long as 30 mins on hold trying to talk to someone, definitely will not be sending my prescription here again.
I had to change to this cvs because i moved. While the store itself is nice the pharmacy is a mess. Iv never had problems with my medication like I have at this location. I get calls for refills that arent there, I am given a hard time about literally everything. Im considering changing back to my old one in minneola even though its 20 minutes out of my way.
This morning was my first time ever having a problem with CVS.. I called to check on my prescription that I usually get a text saying it’s ready to pick up and I haven’t received one so I called and got told the center that refills my prescriptions hasn’t answered nor returned their calls for a week straight and didn’t bother calling me AT ALL or emailing or something!! Now I have to call the center tomorrow to see what’s going on when I should’ve been notified!! Down to my last few medications as well..
I think Alyssa is Awesome. Not long ago I was having an issue with my feet hurting, not trying to get into that right now, but my Doctor called in a prescription that I was going to pick up on the way home. Although they did not have the item at that location, Alyssa was very nice and accommodating. She called the CVS on 27 to make sure the had the item, and told them I would be there to pick it up.Thanks Alyssa
This is the worst CVS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO AND CALLED ! TRY CALL PHARMACY AN WAIT FOR 30 MIN. ONLY TO GET HUNG UP ON! WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS, IF U CAN CALL IT THAT ! SERIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND REDICLOUS!
Pharmacy tech was not only rude from the first contact, but proved to be completely incompetent. She failed to run my insurance, lied about calling for information (which was printed on the prescription), and took 2 1/2 hours to fill a script from the ER dropped off at midnight on a Monday (Tuesday morning).
Worst CVS I have ever visited. I regret using this CVS as my pharmacy. Some staff are very friendly and helpful, but they are either understaffed or not managed properly because there is always a ridiculously long wait. Additionally, there have been repeated errors with my insurance information despite speaking with staff to fix the issue multiple times. I will be changing pharmacies ASAP.
This location has some issues. Would give zero stars if I could. The pharmacy works slower than snails. I understand they have a lot of prescriptions to fill on a daily basis and need to ensure they are doing it correctly; however, they probably should hire more pharmacy employees and fill medications in a timely manner. Dropped off an RX for our 1yo son at 845am and at 1pm it still was not ready. 🧐. In addition, the register constantly rings up the wrong prices for items, so be sure you check your receipt prior to leaving. The other CVS by hartwood Marsh is much more efficient!
Horrible customer service and a hour wait to pick up a prescription that you have received 3 phone calls a day to tell you its ready. I never had this issue with Walgreens. I hate the Aenta partnership up with Cvs
This location sucks nothing is ever ready always having to wait a very long time in store or drive through you will get that one employee that goes above and beyond there job duty but thats rare go here at your own risk.
I stopped using CVS as my pharmacy of choice for one simple reason. At every CVS I went to Id walk up to the pharmacy counter (not at a weird hour mind you), and be ignored for minutes by the half dozen employees working in the back. Im sure what theyre doing is very important, but they could at least acknowledge my presence.I have made the switch to Walgreens for my pharmacy needs, and this has not happened to me there (and Im a frequent pharmacy flier). CVSs Pharmacy is just fine, as long as youve got the time to spare, which I seldom did on my way to work.
Night crew staff is extremely childish and unprofessional. I’ll go the extra mile for Walgreens next time.
The staff is aways friendly, kind, and knowledgeable
The customer service received from pharmacy staff at this location is the lowest of low. When I asked corporate to be contacted by a regional manager, I never received contact. Ever.
Anthony the pharmacist outstanding service with knowledge and customer service.
Please Remove that clip board and stop having people sign it please. covid is on the rise and you are the only pharmacy that has this practice.
On the street view where the heck do you see a CVS?????
Pharmacy staff is SO rude! After waiting more than two DAYS for a prescription, I called for an update and was treated rudely on the phone. The woman kept interrupting me and snapped and me before ending the call by simply hanging up.Two DAYS! For a common prescription! Avoid this place!
Always have a great experience at this CVS the employees are always very nice and helpful when it comes to coupons and I never wait more than about five minutes in line. I love the rewards system cvs has and all of the coupons they always send out.
I will never go to this CVS store again!! I came in this morning to buy a $200 gift card for my mom bday and I was paying with (2) $100 bills and a ten. The lady at cashier a white older lady with blonde hair took my bills and was examining my bills and said one of my bills was fake. I told her thats impossible I just got the cash from the bank teller. She looked at me up and down and said loudly its fake. I left there very upset and embarrassed. I went next door to Walgreens and the lady there said CVS is wrong. I brought my gift card with the same cash and decided to walk back to CVS because this lady embarrassed me. I went to the same lady & told her Walgreens took the money and I suggest you fix your machine or your training on real money, to avoid this from happening to another one of your customers. The lady looked at me and just shurgged her shoulders, I truly believe this lady was just judging me. I feel 100% discriminated against and Im sure its because of my race, Hispanic, and where I live, is mainly white. Its a bit common in this area.Truly disappointed that CVS would have this kind of employees. Oh, and I have receipts!
Not sure if it’s incompetence or lack of customer service, but the staff in this CVS pharmacy location are THE worst I have ever encountered in my life. I understand having a high volume of customers, but there is no excuse for the way they treat their patrons. I have been on hold for upwards of 30 minutes without even having anyone ever come on the line at various times of the day and night. I’ve been hung up on. I’ve been given the nastiest attitude, when someone actually deigns to answer the phone. The only reason this location is still in business is because it’s the only 24 hour pharmacy in Clermont. They should be ashamed of how disgustingly poor their customer service is; I know I am.
The pharmacy gets 0 stars. The tech yelled out my medicine use rather than the medicines name. That violated my information security. I take several meds so I was embarrassed and confused.
This is the worst place for prescriptions. They move so slow. It is like they are confused all of the time.If you go here be prepared to Wait, then wait, then wait some more.Youve been warned.
Pharmacy customer service is HORRIBLE I switched to pill pack to never deal with pharmacies like this. You get it delivered in individual packs according to times to take meds. Only thing is they do not come in secured bottles. Besides that it beats calling this pharmacy over and over and no one answers the phone and when they do help they are rude....Hope the internet runs them out of business...
A top grade place with a very knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant staff. I would not go to any other pharmacy
I just experienced the worst customer service. I gave Anna my new insurance information that she was updating. It took her close to half an hour to update this information. When I provided her the secondary information she was unable to find the ID number that was clearly on the top and stated member id number. She was trying two other numbers that had nothing to do with the member id number. I asked her several times if she was familiar with the insurance and she responded rudely that she did. Obviously she didn’t because I had to point it out to her and she goes on to say “ I’ll try it now”. I was very unhappy with today’s service . She was very rude and not helpful. Also she wasn’t knowledgeable of insurances which is what they deal with often.
Rude overnight pharmacist with no manners or care for my well being as a patient!! Cant believe these people are one of the only ones my insurance covers, Ill definitely be going to Publix from now on. If it wasnt for the last minute emergency, I would have never gone to them in the 1st place. CVS can care less about its patients and thats how these employees treat you!!!
Trying to pick up a prescription at the drive through and we have been sitting here for 14 minutes and have not moved When I dropped off the prescription it took 25 minutes for 3 cars to go through. The drop off window has been closed for at least 3 weeks Something has to be done Maybe Ill just switch to Walgreens
The line at this store inside and out is always atrocious. It is never convenient to swing through, even at 10pm. Also if you try to call, you’re on hold forever. Or get hung up on. They need to figure it out. There is no way they can continue to run this way. They either need more staff, more lanes, and/or another drive thru location nearby.
Pharmacy staff are polite and make every attempt to accommodate. Would give 5 stars, but subtracted 1 because the drive-through service is slow.
I dont leave reviews, but Pharmacy Girl named Anna Very rude, bad customer service, saying Medicaid sucks on front of customers! unprofessional Pharmacy Tech, very unorganized. Will be filing a complaint.
Go to a different CVS Pharmacy at all costs! 3 different times the same pharmacist has been rude and wont even listen. They are too busy to give the proper customer service.
They suck! Told me my prescription would be ready in 10 mins I came here in 20. Still not ready. Waited in a long line only to be told I have to wait. Got out of line waited 2 mins then they texted me saying its ready so now i have to wait in another long line?? Really?? Bad business!!!
Love this CVS they always have every thing ready fast.
Horrible customer service. The cashier was sitting on her phone during the transaction and when a customer asked her where the coupon machine was, she pointed at the machine and condescendingly told her right there. Dont stop here unless you want to be in a bad mood.
Dropped of 2 prescriptions. One for me and one for my son. Both were Albuterol, the most used and one of the oldest produced respritory meds ever. Went back 2 days later, they didnt have it. 25 mile round trip wasted. Went back 2nd time a few days after that, still didnt have it. Another 25 mile round trip wasted. Ill be taking my business elsewhere
24 hours is helpful
Worst CVS I have ever been at! I traveled back home to Nebraska and have been fighting with this pharmacy ever since I returned! I spoke with only 1 nice pharmacy staff member! Everyone else has lied! I will never enter that store again! Because I will be back to Clermomt!
Pharmacy staff is rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and ridiculous.
Staff is welcome. Store looks nice and clean
I kept trying them and they are late and rude every time! Such a shame because Ive never had problems with cvs before, but this location is terrible! Do not go there!
Something has gone horribly wrong with this Cvs ... what used to be outstanding customer service has diminished to a very long wait to wrong meds to not being able to correct issues I have about 23 scrips filled there and I am looking for another drug store
These people refused to fill my prescription. I told them I didnt mind waiting. They told me I had to go home and they would call me later. They never called. I went back the next day and got my prescription. They dont care about their customers. Walgreens is a block away and they NEVER treat me this way. CVS on RT 50 in Clermont is a place to stay away from if you can.
Great customer service, great pharmacy! We love it!
Never have gotten checked out fast here for years.Always short on cashiers.
Terrible employees, very rude. You could be the only one at the counter and none of their employees will come to the counter to help you, They just sit there in the back
Long wait times for meds and pickup.
It takes for ever to answer the phone! The pharmacy makes you wait so long that you finally hang up!
As a PBM agent being on hold for over 15 minutes till being able to speak to someone to help provide info so a patient can get medicine is appalling.
Customer service is a joke at the pharmacy. Rude and takes 20 mins to complete transactions
Pharmacy has terrible customer service... they have 4-5 people on staff and are VERY slow...takes forever for them to answer phone calls. very poor !
Phone transfer is horrible. Nobody knows what theyre doing!
Never answer their pharmacy phone and when they do it’s nothing less than a 9 minute hold. IF they even answer the phone. Prescriptions are constantly delayed. I need a new pharmacy
Jennifer Agosto has been my pharmacist since she joined CVS several years ago. She always goes above and beyond her duties when I need help and especially with my 85 y/o Mother-in-law.I had an issue with with something and once again she was there for the rescue. She is an asset to the team and this very busy store.
Amazing costumer service! Very Friendly!
Just like any other CVS. Good.
Its not bad this one
It always take forever for the drivethru. Only time you get in an out is at 5am... they need 2 full service lanes... 30 minutes and waiting right now...
Very nice
Staff are always too busy to help. The pharmacy are annoyed if you ask a question. But they have most things on stock.
They are fast and helpful.
The worst!
Very good
Not very nice employees
I am in the process of changing pharmacy. The service received from this pharmacy staff is very poor. Unfriendly and rude.
Slow, slow, and slow!
