Big rave for the Pharmacy at Walgreens at 4400 S.Hwy 27... always, but especially today. They were extraordinarily busy and yet Chris (I believe that is the name of the wonderful man who helped me) was professional, efficient, kind, and extremely helpful. This pharmacy has always been great and today was no exception. A great big thank you to Chris and everyone there who work so hard to make sure everything is running smoothly and as quickly as possible. I appreciate you!
I saw two items I wanted were in stock on the website, I called the store to ask them to hold them for me as I was on my way. The lady I spoke with was very rude and told me yes they had them in stock but they would not sell them to me. After hanging up I placed a pickup order for them online and went in store to pick them up. The two lady’s there were, again, very rude. The one younger guy I spoke with was very nice and said he could only find one of the items I ordered. I was disappointed because both were marked as in stock but at least I got one. It was probably my worst Walgreens experience, the only reason it’s two instead to one stars is because of the very nice guy who helped me out.
I ordered cream for my daughter online, and was 30 min late from closing time. The assistant manager was outside and was so kind to still grab my cream so I can help ease my little one. I am so thankful and can not praise her enough.
They are all so nice. Plus the have cookies for $1.
Pharmacy communication is very poor. It is poor customer service to keep patients holding on the line, redirecting them and not even get in touch with them about prescription status. This is extremely important and invaluable for someone that may be terminal.
They dont activate all their gift cards... This is the second time Im buying an un activated card ... And its bad cos Im loosing my money . They wouldnt refund or exchange it for me... Just tell me stories...
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE! If I could give ZERO stars I would. I made an appointment early in the afternoon today for 6:40pm for the walk in clinic. I have almost lost my voice, my eyes are swollen and red, and I cant stop coughing...just overall miserable. My email confirmation said to arrive 15 minutes beforehand. I was running a bit behind but I was there at 6:40. Thank goodness the nurse (not sure she should even have that title in my opinion) was still in with a patient. I sat down and then noticed that I was to sign in. I saw my name on the screen and tried to sign in. Since I was signing in 6 minutes after 6:40 the computer wouldnt let me sign in so I sat down and just waiting my turn.Lady comes out with the patient and doesnt even acknowledge me waiting in the waiting area. Just emptied the trash and then I stood up telling her I have an appointment. At this point I had already been waiting 20 minutes.She goes to tell me that shes closed and I wasnt in the computer. She said if I sign in one minute after my time that my appointment cancels. REALLY?!?! ARE YOU SERIOUS? How was I to know this? I WAS THERE AND WAITING BUT BECAUSE I DIDNT SIGN IN ON TIME THEY CANCELED ME AND SHE WOULDNT SEE ME EVEN THOUGH I WAS WAITNG AND THERE BEFORE SHE WAS EVEN DONE WITH THE PATIENT IN FRONT OF ME. Nowhere on the email does it mention how effing CRUCIAL it is that you get your name in their computer no later than one minute past your time.Of course the manager and the poor excuse for a nurse were both oh so sorry. I guess their boss is a freaking overlord computer and if my name isnt on it then I dont exist. I was also told it was too late to be considered a walk in also. Well it wasnt my fault she went past the 6:40 time with the previous patient!GOD AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE GOT HER PAYCHECK AND SHES DONE AND OUT OF THERE FOR THE DAY. SCREW THE SICK PATIENT WHO HAS BEEN WAITING WITH AN APPOINTMENT IN YOUR WAITING ROOM RIGHT? Complete BS.
Walgreens is way under staffed in pharmacy. The Corporation stood at the White House in March in support of us, the citizens.However, corporate GREED has taken the place of service. There pharmacists and helpers are short staffed and overworked! Disgusting
This store has Rats, running in the candy aisle and running by the Pharmacy area.
A little too crowded mostly but has a good number of employees for its size and demand. Good overall, (kinda) above average Walgreens, should stay open til later though.
Horrible customer service and the store is just plain dirty. Their photo area was a disaster and cluttered. It was no wonder they couldnt find my photo order for 3 days. Didnt even pretend to feel sorry about it.
Went to Labcorp..also shop for a few thing..Paper towels on sale for 3.Dollar an some change/6 ct

This is our neighborhood pharmacy and we go there every week for just about everything. The staff is wonderful and feel like they are part of our own family. The customer service is outstanding.
Walgreen is my preference over CVS. I feel that prices are better.
This review is based solely on our last experience. There was a very rude woman by the name of Beth working in the pharmacy. I have never seen a professional act so completely unprofessional. She was obviously either having a bad day or hates her job. It shouldnt matter because she was suppose to be representing Walgreens & care about customer wellness. The worst pharmacy experience in all my years.
A bit older than other locations but nice nonetheless. Staff are friendly and helpful and the store is usually as clean as it will get with its age.
Staff is nice, but too often they dont have my narcotics in stock and I have to wait a few days to get them which leaves me without any till they come in. That can be hard on controlling the pain level. They are also high on alot of their prices, which forces me to go to Walmart.I would rather shop at Walgreens since its only a half mile away. But when the prices vary so greatly, it forces me to go to Walmart.

I was in town on vacation and forgot my medsWent in ask could I get a 5 day supply I’m 62 years old with very high blood pressure and I been a Walgreens customer for many years the lady was not helpful at all and refused to help me even after I explained my problem if die or have a stroke I hope some how she finds out how little help she was

Poor customer service. Recently went in with my children and was asked if I could take my items over to cosmetics to get rung up since I had something from that dept....how inconvenient! Nobody greets you or asks if you need any assistance. Wont go back.
