I got my Uncharted: Lost Legacy from this store. They have a good collection of new and used games for different consoles. Their service was good.

Small but really good culture among the work staff. You really get the feel that they are trying to help you and not just sell you whatever Gamestop wants people to buy.

Terrible GameStop the one guy that works there was so disrespectful to me. I demand everyone not to support this store.

I usually find employees at GameStop very knowledgeable. Unfortunately this one I cant say the same for. First time I went to this location they sold me the wrong headset for my controller after telling them which one I needed. On a separate occasion I literally had to call GS customer service while standing in the store to find out if a game was backwards compatible with Xbox 360 & the new Xbox because neither one of the 2 employees knew. I go to a different GS now.

They closed at 4:30 and not at 5. Associate told us to leave.

The employees are very nice and friendly. Great customer service and will help you answer any questions you may have.

I always go to Gamestop for my games. 95% of the time they have the lowest prices new and used. But I mainly shop Gamestop for their outstanding customer service. Every since day 1 Ive been going there way back when it was E B Games and all the other names... Every single experience has been outstanding. The employees make u feel like family each time. I rarely go to Tower City Gamestop, but he made me feel like Ive been shopping there for years.

Well they could have more of a selection. Other than that its a great place for people living downtown to get there gaming on!

Small store, can get easily crowded. Staff is for the most part helpful, prices and deals are what youd expect from any other retail game store. It works if you dont feel like ordering physical copies online and waiting for delivery.

Excellent place to buy games, trade, and sell. Select stores buy your old Android or iPhone as long as its in great condition

One of the few good gamestops around in the Cleveland area the staff is pretty good at not trying to push you into a used product over a new one.

I hate that they dont give you a good deal when you come to trade in games if I paid $30 for my game why would you give me $2 for it thats like an insult and you have so many old and scratched up games therewas not one scratch on imy games and I included the case for all three and it was a total three why would you offer me 1. 75 for good graded Games 3 total

Staff are great, kind and helpful and very cheerful. Ive made this gamestop my home gamestop and my one stop shop for games and various other collectibles.

Not very good customer service didnt have the product I wanted to purchase due to the pandemic and chaos of negative protesters.

Prices were good. Service was excellent. Found items that I wanted.

Would give 0 stars if i could. This gamestop is not good for Funko Pops, whenever they get a chase pop in its always reserved for an employee, or is saved for a employee, they never see the shelf, that is very unfair, just thought I would let every one know not to waste your time going there looking for chases because you will not find one.
