I originally went into this Verizon just for a phone case and i was approached by a women named tori who I have got to say made my experience amazing. I wasn’t expecting to get into any type of details about my phones current carrier versus Verizon but we so happened to talk about my current service and she provided me with so much information and value about how I could easily switch to Verizon when ever I wanted to. She didn’t seem pushy at all and made me feel so comfortable. She had an amazing smile and bright personality and I have got to say I’ve never had an experience like this in any kind of phone store. 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you so much tori!! Once I talk to my parents about it, I plan to go right back to her as soon as I can. Thank you again!

This establishment always has an problem concerning my account. They seem to always have a issue when you want to make changes to your account and my account balance changes every month and its always lower than its supposed to be. You can barely get in touch with a live person so that you can address your concerns. I wouldnt recommend anyone to shop here.

Not sure if this is because its in a college neighborhood or if it is because Verizon if you dont have an account you cant purchase anything there. The door states to sign into the Verizon app but I no longer Im a Verizon customer but this is the only place that I know to get the case that I want for my phone. Cant even find a case online. And apparently Verizon has no problem losing business from non-customers. Thats a $35 case

Really hate dealing with push sales people but the service is the best and the plans arent too badly priced

Finally a corporate Verizon Wireless in inner-city Cleveland! These guys were great and I didnt have to wait to be serviced with my phone. No wait times! Also, they have FREE parking in the parking lot located behind them! Uptown West Parking Garage!

Fast service very nice customer service on a pre order wasnt even kn there for 5 min and they offered to help with everything
