Ricky was simply amazing! The screen repair of my iPhone XR was quickest and the best price in town (believe me I called everywhere). He is amazing!!! Was willing to clean my husbands watch and try to fix out of the goodness of his heart. Last resort is it needs parts, and we definitely will ONLY go to him for his repair and services for all our phone,watch and laptop needs. Great place I would recommend it to anyone who needs quality repairs for a good price. I checked other places in town to get a galaxy S9+ screen fixed and when I checked here it was over $100 cheaper. He fixes it quickly too. I have had thumbsticks on my Xbox controllers broken by my toddler throwing it across the room I couldnt find anyone in town willing to fix it but handheld rehab said they would. I recently had to get my 7 year old HP laptop repaired and I am totally clueless when it comes to computer repair. Hand Held Rehab was suggested to me through Facebook. Ricky was so awesome from the moment I entered the store. Not only did he educate me on what cause the issue, he also gave me pointers to help extend the life of my laptop. They had it fixed in about a day or so and the pricing was reasonable. I even took my laptop back a day later for another issue and Ricky looked it over free of charge. My phone and my son’s phone sustained water damage about a month ago. My phone would not charge and was stuck in an endless cycle of rebooting. My son’s screen would not respond. I took the phones in and he evaluated them. He told me my son’s phone just needed a new screen, but was unsure if he could fix my phone in store. It had major damage. My phone is extremely important to me since my son was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago. It contains all the doctor notes, appointments, and specialists contact information. I may have had a small panic attack hearing my phone may be forever dead. He was so kind and compassionate!! He said “let me see what I can do, come back in an hour.” When I arrived an hour later my son’s phone already had the screen replaced and he told me my phone would need to have a chip replaced that required micro soldering. He could not do that type of work in store, but told me he could have my phone back the next day. The next day I picked up my phone and it was working again!! Yaaa!! They saved me hundreds of dollars by fixing my phone, and saved all the important information I use to manage my son’s healthcare. The repair cost was much cheaper than I was expecting for the type of repairs that needed to be done. There’s still a few issues with both phones, but he told me what parts to order and he would gladly put them on (he is trying to save me money wherever he can). After waiting forever on the parts from Amazon they have finally arrived. I’m eager to hand over our phones to him again. I have no doubts he’s going to do amazing and fast work just like before. I have recommended this place to several people since finding this gem of a store. Don’t waste your time or money going anywhere else!! They truly make you feel like family. I will be using them for all my repair needs in the future.

I was in crisis mode this morning when a flash drive would not work. This drive had SO much valuable stuff on it. To say I was distraught is an understatement. I called Hand Held Rehab and took my drive in and within minutes I was on my way back to work with the drive working. Went and got a free estimate on my nintendo switch and got a price range and estimate as to how long it would take and i was totally satisfied with it. That got me in and out in 25 min I was told buy Battery Plus Bulbs that my phone was not able to be repaired I brought two cities guys and for half the price that I pay it at Battery Plus Bulbs I got my phone fixed and got a new screen protector with it. We noticed the screen was cracked on my IPhone 7 plus Saturday evening. We message him through his Facebook page to see if he would be able to help. He responded within minutes and answered all questions we had. I took it to him Monday morning and he had it fixed in less than an hr.
