Marc was wonderful and made it quick and easy to get a new phone for work. I went in trying to get something cheap and ended up with a really nice phone due to Marcs knowledge of available promotions. I actually paid about $400 less than I originally anticipated for a better phone! Very pleased and I would give him my business any day of the week.
Excellent staff. I made a huge mistake and got some lines crossed. They were patient and extremely helpful. I enjoyed my time in the store with them. Would recommend.

I’ve been really impressed with the customer service at this location every time I’ve been in! Daniel B. is down-to-earth, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped me to save almost $45 on my monthly bill, as I’d been paying for things I wasn’t even aware of. Ashley is another salesperson at this location that has been super helpful. I know I can trust the sales team here to be honest, fair, and genuine. That goes a long way!

I was not a fan of the cleanliness of the place or of the limited options of phones however, the customer service was excellent. Therefore, my rating is mostly about their representative Jordan. He was friendly made it easy for me to transition to my new phone. Also, he threw in some extras and helped me select a phone, a phone that lasted longer. His honesty of what phones cost to performance aligned with online reviews. Lastly, as he transfered all my data, he conversated with me, making time go by faster. Im a satisfied customer!

Do NOT go in this store. The sales people lied to me, overcharged me, and sold me things I did not want or need. I was told 2 items (hums) were free with purchasing an overpriced phone. The items were of no value to me but I was told I just needed to pay the sales tax. The next day, after reading the fine print, the expensive items I had no use for and did not want had an expensive restocking fee. I was told they were free.So, they lie, rip you off and make it impossible to return items you dont want. AVOID THIS PLACEThe manager replied below. He is lying again and refuses to do the right thing. AVOID THIS PLACE. They ripped me off. They will rip you off too. DONT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE!!!!
Bought a tablet there about two weeks ago and absolutely loving it. The staff there took really good care of me. Was in and out with nobody waiting. Actually lowered my bill with a brand new tablet. Will definitely recommended to family and friends
Anytime Ive had an issue theyve been able to right it. Even after Ive been to the corporate store in Fairview Park, waited for help got push back where the rep. seemed put out to help me. The Triskett store has always been attentive and fix my problem in a short period of time without further issues.

I payed my bill on Dec. 16th at the Triskett store. Nathan was the agent. He never entered my payment, and as a result Saturday December 21 my phone was shut off. My bank showed the payment was charged to my account on the 16th.Sunday I contacted the Verizon call customer service tech. They showed no record of my payment. At that time I did not know my payment HAD NOT BEEN ENTERED. They said to go to my store and they would be able to take care of it, no problem.I went to the TRISKETT store at 10:00 am when they opened on Sunday. MJ not only wasnt friendly or helpful, he LIED AND SAID THAT VERIZON DOESNT WORK ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY at their tech centers. He told me( LIE) he would enter and submit my information that day, but that my phone wouldnt come on till Monday.Monday, no phone, I call the Verizon customer service help line, they had no record of my payment. The customer service agent did a 3 way call and reached the Triskett store to inquire about my account, with me on the line. MJ LIED AND SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER, THAT HE SUBMITTED THE INFORMATION..., the customer service agent told me after we got off the phone to go toTHE POLICE, that MJ was lying, and no record of a submission was entered. They also asked me to double check my bank account and to go to a corporate store. So, ( later that Monday) I went back to the TRISKETT store, MJ said he was too busy to help me and that he would submit my information later, and that he would call me when my phone was restored and back on. ANOTHER LIE, NO SUBMISSION, NO PHONE CALL, HE BLEW ME OFF!So, Tuesday, I went to the corporate store in Westlake, they said they couldnt help me because the account was at TRISKETT . They also told me to go to the POLICE that something was wrong and that should never happen. Payments were to be made within 2 hours of receiving a payment. Turning my phone back on should be no problem.I went back to TRISKETT after Westlake and ASHLEY was working. In less than 5 minutes she submitted my information and my phone was back on. She said that ON SUNDAY THIS COULD HAVE BEEN DONE, ON MONDAY THIS COULD HAVE BEEN DONE. She ACTUALLY CALLED MJ in my presence and asked him to send the form to her from my account. He said he couldnt because he was having trouble with his internet....ANOTHER LIE!!!!! She couldnt submit a form if he had already done that. SO HE LIED TO HER!!!SO, That is when Ashley submitted a form, and made 1 phone call and my phone was turned back on. In 5 minutes. I really appreciate her help, and honesty.I do believe Nathan and MJ should be fired for their poor customer service, shady dealings, and MJ being a pathological liar.I doubt if I will return to that store after many years of going there. This whole thing really left me disappointed. Please investigate, something is really wrong there, even the Verizon customer service agent felt that, which is why he said..GO TO THE POLICE! File a report.I

Spend $40 for a SIM card which can get online for free. Visit three times and cannot get my phone activated. Poor service, poor trained staff.
Went in to purchase a new line walked out with 2 new IPhones. I was told I was getting them BOGO because of a promotion. That was not the case. Apparently they are a 3rd party location and don’t seem to know their promotions. I came back within the next couple of days to return the phone. I was told by Manager Justin he would make it right and was waiting for his boss to reply back to him. I call back to check on the progress and Justin no longer works there. I talked to the guy Cameron that was the agent that sold me the phones and he also said yes I’ll take care of it for you. Never got a call back. I call again and now Cameron no longer works there. The new manager Mike who was actually the guy training Cameron when I was sold the phones said he would “look into it” twice when I called in. Never got a call back from him. Had to call customer service number to get things handled.
I sent my mom to this location to have them assist with activating a phone I purchased for her online. Alex the manager told her he was unable to help her because she discovered not purchase the phone there. If the sign on the building says Verizon Wireless and I am a Verizon Wireless customer why would how I purchased the phone matter. I have put in a compliant with the corporate office. I would recommend people take their wireless business elsewhere
The manager, Mike, was so helpful - he took care of three people at the same time and we all received excellent service. Mike is an asset to Verizon! We will be back.

I went in to the store with a replacement phone that order for me due to losing my old one and needed help restore my information back onto my new phone the 2 staff members there were great at helping me and getting all my contacts back on my phone.
Got wonderful service here! Had been going to the Verizon in Lakewood and after they sold me some upgrades that didnt work, I was told my phone needed to be replaced. Not even two years old! HOWEVER, the kind gentleman at Triskett informed me that, yes the phone did need to be replaced, but since I had insurance, it would only cost me $10. Funny, but the Lakewood store never said that. He was hell bent on selling me a phone for more than $800!.

I was helped by Russ at the store, who did his absolute best to find me all of the available promotions to save me money. I was switching over to Verizon, which meant that more promotions were available. I appreciated him doing that. He was enthusiastic and kind. Kudos for that part.The reasons that Im giving my experience 3 stars is that they werent completely transparent about one of the promotions that they gave me. I was eligible for $129 over my trade-in value. Russ automatically used some of that towards the tax that I would have had to pay for the phone, which I was fine with (no up-front costs, always a plus). But when I asked if the rest could be put towards the phone itself, he told me that it had to go towards in-store merchandise. Now, this is an independent retailer, not Verizon corporate, so Im sure their sales associates have quotas to meet when it comes to in-store merch. However, I didnt appreciate being deceived. I used the credit to buy an overpriced phone case and car charger, and still had to pay $26 over the credit because it wasnt enough. Verizon really stepped up when I called them and credited me the $129 as I would have originally liked it to be without me even asking. So major props to Verizon.The other thing that peeved me was that when I asked if I could use the restroom, the automatic response was no we dont have public restrooms. I had already been there for 45 mins and would be there for another 30 due to data transfers from one phone to the other. And Im not the public when Im buying something, Im a customer. Its the little things.
I was pleasantly surprised at this Verizon authorized retailer had a product in stock that the Verizon corporate store did not have in stock. The service I received was good and quick and efficient and since it ties right into your Verizon account there is no reason not to give this small business a chance to serve you.

Came here to upgrade my phone, instead got conned into a promotion that ended up costing me more money than saving. After questions arose, I went back to return the items only to be reassured that I would not be charged anything extra. When my first bill arrived again I went to the store. The same guy who I spoke to before didnt even know what I was being charged for and to call customer service. Customer service said to speak with the store supervisor, who should cooperate and work with me to figure out & fix my bill. When I returned to the store for the 3rd time, the supervisor was completely rude and basically told me too bad, I had to pay for everything and could not make returns even after his employee miscalculated my charges. Thank god customer service who finally worked everything out & filed a complaint with the store. DO NOT RECOMMEND buying anything from this store. The staff here are poorly trained and management is a complete joke.

This place has horrible employees, who ever works on Saturdays is turtle slow, he literally had one customer and I go in there to pay a phone bill and he says Ill be with you in jus my a second and he had me waiting for 45 minutes with out even asking me what kind of service I needed or anything, mind you all he was doing was talking the customers ears off even she looked aggravated ... moral of the story is I end up walki g out and not paying my bill due to poor customer service and lack of employment

Save yourself trouble and go to a legit Verizon store.Do not go to premium retailers.Very poor selection, staff is untrained, and poor customer service.After you order a phone, you cannot track your shipment and the store cannot tell you when it will arrive. Its any ones guess when you will receive your phone.
