I was referred by a friend to get a glass repaired. These guys are Extremely Rude, and unprofessional. Dishonest, and most of all unapologetic. I received my double pane window back with spots in the INSIDEof it, (which means you cant clean it. along with mismatched window clips that didnt work I paid for upfront. The gentleman took the window back and fixed the issue, but this was after a 15 minute argument. FOREIGN GENTLEMAN with a smart mouth and bad attitude. I informed the mgr and he justified the behavior instead of correcting it, part of which he witnessed and said nothing. I dont know if its because Im a woman and they feel I dont know anything, They treated me poorly. Whatever the reason, its unacceptable to treat anyone the way I was treated.

I always enjoy shopping in here. I had my screens repaired the price was reasonable and the staff is very courteous, helpful and considerate. I worked in Customer Service for thirty eight years and am attuned to customer service and relations.
