Bought my new fridge from them, delivery was a day behind and they upgraded my delivery from just drop off to install for free, everyone I spoke with from the company was nice and I will definitely buy from them again. Thanks for the great experience.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND. OWNER STANDS BEHIND HIS EMPLOYEES TRYING TO GIVE ME AN APPLIANCE I DID NOT SELECT WITH NO APOLOGY & HAS STUCK ME WITH THAT APPLIANCE FOR 13 DAYS AND COUNTING. THEY LEFT IT AT MY PROPERTY AND ARE NOT MAKING A SPECIAL TRIP TO PICK IT UP. THEY WILL GET TO IT WHEN THEY CAN AND UNTIL THEN I HAVE NO REFUND. I AM CONCERNED I WILL NEVER GET A REFUND BASED ON THE WAY THEY HAVE HANDLED BUSINESS TO THIS POINT. THIS IS ONLY A SUMMARY OF SOME OF THE UNACCEPTABLE THINGS THEY HAVE DONE DURING AN EXPERIENCE THEY HAVE DRAGGED ON FOR ABOUT 30 DAYS SO FAR. I love this place. Do you want to save 50%+ off retail? I do, and I understand that discount means Im going to a warehouse.They know more about what they are selling than a highschool kid selling a washer in a blue polo shirt.I renovated my house using supplies purchased here and I saved thousands of dollars.On top of the great prices, they are outstanding members of the community. The training and education programs provided to employees are next level and the six sigma practices they implemented are going to change the game on Lorain Ave appliance repair and inventory management.

Paid up front 600.00 for washer dryer pair. Wasnt inspected like we were told. Washer door leaked all over floor . How did it get inspected if this seal clearly has a huge hole and is leaking water all over the floor. . They said their floor is wet all the timeand they didnt see the leak. Then we had to wait 2 weeks for the tech to bring new seal that wasnt even for our washer . Tech was great and even told is they were a junk place and that the seal was indeed off a old washer and didnt belong to this model and wasnt ordered at all.

If I had rental property or not much money I would use this place. Nothing wrong with it, just not what I was looking for.

I am updating my review as they finally--after I informed them that I was going to initiate a credit card dispute--did fix the issue. Msged them this morning and they jumped right on it. Service person here; looked at it and knew immediately it was a fan. Replaced it and it is good. Happy with Sarah who communicated via messenger and the service guy were great.Didn’t respond in very timely manner by text. However my husband was going to be in the area so he went in person and did purchased a freezer—with a 90 day warranty. Tony plugged it in for 10 min and it did get cool. He said the freezer could be loaded into our suv on its side—they loaded it—and that we should let it sit upright for 24 hours before plugging it in. We did as instructed. Plugged it in and it did get cold; but 40 degrees for the top shelves is unacceptable. We called multiple times and he told us twice he’d come out to check it out for us (warranty?) and then the next day said it was our fault and he could do nothing and the warranty was no good. Not good!!! Would never consider doing business again and am trying to figure out how to get our money back and give them the freezer back.

Worked there. Great guys good prices. And very straight forward. Dont go there if you trying to swindle them. Trust me, my friend who works there (she will confirm) will sniff you out, and it wont be pretty. Their prices are fair and honest. Thats how they work. And will work with you. They wont screw you, so dont screw them. Or she will get you. Love them.

This is now a used appliance store. The service is terrible, not a single person offered any help while my brother and I were looking for refrigerators. The store is full of kids running around tripping adults and not person wears a mask. Would not recommend

Talked to owner by Facebook messenger about a freezer listed for $129. Three times he confirmed.When I arrived he jacked the price to $200. Then said hed settle for $160. Conartest dont deal with ever.

Great collection of tools and home improvement supplies. Most of them are either returns or overstock. Prices are low and competitive. Warehouse is jammed with varieties.
