Brandon and Ma Leek were very professional and courteous towards my wife and myself. They reviewed my account and noticed we were overpaying for insurance. They fixed the issue. None of the previous stores provided this type of service

I received excellent service at the Clinton AT&T> The manager, Anthony assisted me with my phone. He was patient and kind. He showed professionalism with his employees and customers. He took the time out to meet my needs as a AT&T customer. He explained the problem that I was having with my phone. He solved the problem without any difficulty. Mr. Anthony is a true asset to AT&T. There were a few snafus with separating my account from a shared plan and moving to a new account, as well as upgrading phones, however Malik went above and beyond to ensure that both the old account and the new were correctly setup and the correct pricing and plans were in place. His patience and service were above and beyond! Gratitude!

Brandon, Malek, Curlee and the two young ladies were professional and courteous from the time I walked in through the door till I left. The addressed my problem and explained to me what was needed to correct the situation. They did exactly what they said. I had to return the very next day. Was greeted as the day before. I arrived at this store for a cell phone upgrade.The associate Eric was very friendly, helpful and promptly effective while being the only employee in the store handling multiple customers at the same time. He immediately needs a substantial raise for his hard work. He did not in any way prompt me to indicate this demand within this review, as his hard work was more than worthy of recognition. AT&T is a multi-billion dollar corporation that needs to financially compensate their hard workers adequately for performing outstanding service to the customers that directly generate their revenue.Give this man a raise. Period!

My phone stopped working and I found this store via AT&Ts website as I had no clue of this location. The customer service was excellent, the store Manager, Anthony was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about products and services. He made my shopping experience pleasant and quick. This location had the phone I wanted and they had ample accessories. Will definitely return for my future cell phone needs.

The AT&T reps in this srore are awsome! They all greet customers as we enter the store and quickly offer to help. Malik spent considerable time transferring data to my new phone and trying to resolve problems. Two days later, Curlee followed up with additional support and Anthony assisted on both days. Customers couldnt find better tech support than this store provides.

Store Employee, Eric Moore was very professional and knowledgeable. My old iPhone was really outdated, he was able to save all my contacts and ensure priceless pictures were retrieved. Excellent customer service skills.

IPhone 12 Pro and what’s included has changed. I wasn’t expecting to spend two hours upgrading two phones. Customer representative Malik provided great service non the less. Overall the iPhone 12 Pro is pretty cool.

Exchanged the IPhone 11 and purchased the IPhone 12. Had issues with the transfer of my data, Malik provided outstanding customer service. Anthony the Store Msnager also assisted with my purchase. Great job fellas.

The service here was very helpful. The service person was knowledgeable and able to help my husband get service on his new phone which he has not been able to use for at least 3 weeks. I purchased a new Samsung 20 5G and my phone kept locking me out he was able to make the changes I needed and help me use my phone. I think this is one of the best stores have used. The gentlemen at this location were very polite and helpful. I am a senior citizen with limited knowledge and experience of the new technologies. My phone was put through a series of tests and the young man eliminated all my problems. I am grateful for the excellent customer service and will continue to patronize this store.

I should have written this a few months ago, but I just want to say that Rob at this store has the best customer service. He has a calm demeanor and is very helpful. After going to other AT&T stores in the past, I have to say that Rob provided the best customer experience ever for me.I was trying to write another review about this store but it wont let me. So I will just add my 2nd experience here that happened last month. Rob is the best salesperson ever. Very helpful and genuinely cares about each customer. I watched as he served me, yet acknowledged every person that came through the door and made them feel special. I highly recommend going to this tore and always ask for Rob. Hes the best!

Just left the store (Friday) after not being allowed inside and told it was closed. The hours online say theyre open until 8 but when I got there, the hours on the door say theyre open until 7. It was 5:50 when the employee looked at me and shook his head yes when I asked if they were closed. They were closed an hour and 10 minutes before the times provided on the door and two hours and 10 minutes according to their times posted online. Great customer service. Really makes me want to switch to this provider.

The products that AT&T offers are deficient in the ability to last more then a year this includes iPhones and accessories. The insurance you must pay is nothing more then another way to be fooled into paying more for a poorly made product of a phone. The public will soon wake up and buy from a more reputable company. The integrity of the new phones is designed for you to be lured into buying another phone.

Ive visited this location 2 times since January 2, 2019. Eventhough, a year ago I promised I would never come back to this location due to their horrible service! Well, since coming back to this location recently I am truly impressed with their improvement with their customer service. The last two times Ive recently visited this location, I was helped both times by Rob. He is awesome and he knows his stuff when it comes to resolving issues with your phone. How he interacts with each customer is also very impressive. I am very pleased with the improved service and I will continue to return to this location as long as they have employees like Rob working there!

The representative who assisted me with my bill payment while assisting another customer was exceptionally great. His professionalism seem too come natural. On a scale from 1 to 10, he was a 10. It was quite refreshing to experience such excellent service from the AT&T Reprep. I was very impress.

I was helped by Kennard. Today my iPhone XMax froze but it wasn’t normal. I could swipe the screen but I couldn’t open anything or lock the phone. I attempted to seek assistance from AT&T in Forestville mall. The two workers stated I would need to get a new phone also stated my warranty on my phone expired in 2017. THE IPHONE XMAX WASN’T AVAILABLE IN 2017. They recommended I try going to a tech store to fix my phone. The tech store stated they would have to take the phone apart. I tried the actual AT&T store front in Clinton where Mr. Kennard worked, and he simply did a reset (don’t know what he called it) but it worked. Always seek another options.

Had a problem with my Galaxy S7 phone. Went to the Clinton store and Rob took care of the problem. No charge and thanked me for my business. Highly recommended.

After getting a new phone online, I stopped by this store for the first time very recently. I also wanted to introduce myself as a Google Local Guide (GLG). I was assisted by Ms. Winter, who is very nice and she very patiently answered all of my questions. Ms. Winter also helped me make an important data deletion from my old phone so I could Trade it in. This store is very clean and well-organized and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Im looking forward to my next visit to shop for accessories for my new phone. By the way, as a part of my new phone contract with AT&T, I got the Samsung Gear Frontier Smartwatch. This watch is huge (at least for my taste) and I normally dont like huge watches....But I Love This Watch! It was super easy to setup, and I even like the watchband too:)

This place is horrible. If I could give this place no stars I would. The customer service is terrible and the workers do not work with a purpose and act like they don’t know how to do their job. At this point, this experience has put the icing on the cake and I will no longer utilize AT&T.
