My experience at Russell Cellular was amazing ~ Cassie definitely knows her stuff she is kind patient understanding knowledgeable friendly! I will definitely rate my visit a 10 or higher if I could ~ I was there for 3 hours + I have no knowledge about cellphones my phone was totally messed up Cassie took the time with me and explained a lot of information to me hopefully I can remember ~ I will only have her help me if she not working Ill go back when she is there! She actually made it a fun experience and took time to make sure I knew how the newer version of my phone worked and walked me through each step. Highly recommend. The staff were all super helpful making a process that is normally painful the exact opposite. I was changing from an Android to a iPhone and they were able to move all my contacts and photos, while helping me stay connected to google photos which was important to me. The whole process took about an hour!
