I have used CPR several times for different repairs and have always had a great experience, but today was just exceptional! My teenage daughters iPhone was stuck in a updated state and was just circling. Might I add this is 2 days before Christmas. Thomas diagnosed the issue and fixed her phone in just a matter of minutes while we waited! The entire CPR staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful!! Their prices are among the lowest I have found for repairs. I would recommend the Clinton MS location to anyone!! Thanks CPR! You made our Christmas bright!!

I left your store last week feeling fantastic! When my phone is malfunctioning, I am as well. Ive been unable to hear my callers unless on speaker which has been quite annoying. James was able to repair and test my phone in a very short amount of time and was so customer focused while doing so. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Dave while on site and my experience with him was also a big plus. They dont answer the phone or get back with you. They put a protective cover on my wifes phone glass. Got trash under it and still called it good enough. For me, thats about it.

I have used the services at this location a few times. They are very friendly and always do great, precise work. They were able to repair my devices in a short amount of time, and I even found the prices to be lower, compared to others I had called. James helped me the last time I was in, and I really appreciate all he did to get me out in such a short amount of time.

The google listing and website say they are opened today (Wednesday). I drive 15 miles to find out they have a paper sign on their door that says they’re only opened Tuesday and Thursdays because of Covid. Apparently it’s the only two days the virus doesn’t show up. In short, they lost $170 worth of my business.

I brought my sons game in and was charged an evaluation fee of $35. I payed that and was informed that the hard drive would need replacement. I agreed to pay the additional $120 plus for the repair. After receiving a call two weeks later that the game was back from repair, I went and picked it up. My son hooked the game up and attempted to play it only to have it power on and go no further than the display screen. I was told to bring the game back in so they could send it back off. I had to call them back two weeks later to be informed that it had not come back to the shop. Two days later I receive a call informing me that the game could not be repaired. When I asked why I was charged a repair fee for a system that clearly was not repaired, I got some BS excuse about the original damage may have caused further damage. This makes absolutely no sense to me given the fact I believe this should have been determined originally and not cost me to throw away the extra money. This was CPR in Clinton.... I do appreciate the response from the owner and offer to rectify this matter immediately. Nice to know there are still such a things as honor and character.

I have Iphone 7 and I accidentally dropped my phone while getting inside of the car and the whole screen shattered. I took it to Apple and they wanted to charge me $150+ to fix the screen which I thought was very expensive. A friend recommended me to CPR in clinton. I called them first and they were a reasonable price, responsive, and willing to fix it within an hour. I was very impressed with customer service and my new screen has been working the same as when I first bought my phone.

They are always pleasant and courteous. I was very pleased with their recent repair of my computer. They did a good job at a reasonable price.

People were nice but completely broke my phone!!! They “fixed” the screen of my IPhone 7 which worked for two hours. Took it back which they replaced. A day later noticed the screen was cracked from the inside which they replaced again but accused me of it being “my fault”. Phone never worked perfectly again. Screen would just stop working. Good service but they don’t know how to fix screens.

I dropped of my phone and the guy working there said an hour or so. My and my daughter went to eat and the man called while we were at Walmart and ask for my daughters phone code and we told him the code then he said bye at 2:47 pm.He never told us that the shop closed at 4 pm . We arrived at 4:05 pm. Door locked and no one was there. Tried to call, of course it goes to voicemail. He should have told us to be there by 4pm. And now they wont open until 10am on Monday when its Saturday. So now my daughter will be with out a phone until Monday. When she needs her phone because she works . Now Ive got to leave work on Monday to get it .Now Ill Miss time from work. When he could have told us to be back before 4pm when they close. Not a happy customer. Fast quality service

I dont why people have given this location such a high rating. Based on the ratings, I decided to use CPR Clinton to have my PS4 repaired. There has been NO communication from this location about the status, even after the time frame has passed and when I have to call to find out what the deal is, they say it wasnt fixed yet so we had nothing to communicate with you. Doesnt sound like customer service is worth the high ratings others have given them.

They are nice people but are not the best at fixing phones. Now have to go and buy a new phone because I have been back there 3 times and they can’t fix it. They suck

My sons playstation worked when I dropped it off and paid 37.50 as a deposit and when i picked it up not even all the parts where there so i was unable to buy another part that it needed bc other parts where then missing.

I read the Google reviews before I went to CPR this morning and was a little sketchy about it but went anyway because a friend told me they did good work, and I will say the reviews are wrong! CPR was awesome! I went in with a busted screen and once it was replaced it still wasnt working right; they were very consistent about fixing the problem and when I left I was completely satisfied! As for someone saying they are racist- far from the truth. I was in there for over 2 hours and saw many people from multiple ethnicities come in and they were just as courteous and honest with them as they were to me. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

CPR took our Galaxy Tab to repair it. Two weeks later they said they knew what was wrong with it and that they needed $37.00 for the part they needed. We paid the money and a few days ago we got a call saying the part was didnt work and that they couldnt repair the device. We just got back from picking up the tab today and can see that the part they were supposed to be getting hadnt been changed at all, that they had done no work whatsoever and they refused to give us back the money wed already paid. I will never do business with these jokers again and I suggest that no one else waste their time either.

Garbage service I called first went in 15 min later I was told the phone repair guy was gone, I then asked how long the repair would the young fellow said a week and was told to find another repair service, which I did the same day and got my serviced and repaired the same day with quality great customer service..

My cell phone screen was badly cracked & needed repair. With insurance through my carrier, my deductible would have been almost $200.CPR repaired my phone quickly & for way less money than my carrier.

My iPhone 6 had a cracked screen and brought it in for service. Took forever to get to me even though I was the only one in the store. They told me they could fix it but there would be no warranty b/c my frame was bent? Went ahead with the repair only to have a new crack 2 months later right in the middle. This time instead of wasting $150+ i decided to repair it myself. Come to find out the proximity sensor plastic bracket was missing. Thanks for fixing my phone half-assed!

Fixed my i-pad glass in a timely manner and good price.

I got the call that my parts came in and I was very busy. so i ask if they could really get it done in exactly an hour but i had to pick my son up from daycare and then get back to work and i had an hour window. they finish the phone in thirty minutes and it looked brand new.
