He was very honest with us about what would and would not help our phones so we didn’t spend extra $. He was able to help us immediately, and we left very happy.

If I could give 0 stars I would! First off, needed a screen replacement. 1 week turned into 3 waiting on parts because it wasnt ordered when paid for. 2nd, was told that plexiglass was in the price, was denied that was said at the counter when paying off the repair. 3rd, was told there was a $5 military discount that was denied at final payment. When phone was repaired, volume buttons werent switched, making them inoperable. Had to take back. Later found out the speakers didnt work because he didnt tighten down the internal screws, (we fixed that ourselves.) Spencer has no CLUE what he is doing. DO NOT GO THERE

I walking in told him I had two iPhones that needed screen repairs, he told me give him 2 1/2 hrs and they’ll be ready. I came back my phones were ready and the screens looked great, I can’t complain at all, great work for a fair price.

So far good nice polite staff. Waiting to hear from them
