The people here are going to take care of you, by really listening to you, and then doing what needs to be done to fix it. For an older person, who doesnt know much about cell phones, they will not patronize you, but make you feel like a valued customer that deserves their time and attention. A real top notch staff!

Im old and dont remember how to make my phone work. So I guess Im a Regular and no matter who I get to help me, they are ALWAYS very Patient with me, they solve my problems every time. Im getting to be Friends with them. So about ever 2 weeks Ill stop in with a Problem, and they Fix it. Even when in a couple occasions this was my 2 nd time in for the Same problem. And there staff stays patient & fixed it. There just Super People GIVE THEM A RAISE.
