Purchased a $1400 computer.It was faughty from the very start. Kept crashing.I brought back 4 times. Dropped off, picked up. 4 times. The technician was pleasant. I think the computer should have been replaced after two times.It was never offered. They finally got to the bottom of it but ran me ragged.Not a pleasant experience.

I had a computer issue that required my computer to be taken to the shop to be repaired. During December 2020 I had no way to bring it there myself on Main st Branford. Enterprise had a technician come to my home to pick it up and return it after it was fully repaired. I was apprised by the technician who repaired it, as to what the problem was before repairing it successfully. It took 3 days from pick up to delivery back at my home. The technician who picked it up initially also returned it and set it up for me to make sure it was in perfect running order which it was and still is, here in late March 2021. I was completely impressed by the professional and courteous manner of the technicians and the service of the repair. The price was excellent and I am fully satisfied with all aspects of the service by Enterprise Computer LLC. I would do business with them again whenever needed as well as recommend their service to any of my friends or interested parties in need of computer repair. I took my printer there whose roller had come loose from the base. The lady in front tried for about 10 minutes to repair it. She asked the guys in the back if they would take a look and they said they didnt do printers. all well & good but she charged me about $39 just for the look see she did. I then took it to NERDS-TO-GO in Guilord who cheerfully repaired it for me. I would have preferred Enterprie told me ahead of time they wouldnt help with printers instead of charging me the $39 (which they didnt tell me about ahead of time).

They diagnosed the problems with my old lap top and said they could fix it for about $300 or I could buy a new one anywhere I wanted and they would set it up for me for $100. I bought a new one brought it to them and they got me back in business in just a day. I went back twice and had questions for Joel who I worked with. He answered them on the spot and I have been good ever since. I liked working with one person from start to finish where I would probably interacted with a half a dozen people at Best Buy. Had a bad hard drive on a good, but older computer. I was really afraid I was going to have to start over. Weve been using Enterprise Computers for our IT support for several years. What happened last night was nothing short of amazing!Our Internet went out yesterday. I had them re-build my own desktop, as well as cleaning up, optimizing, and re-installing the software, and now it works like new--it also has a huge new hard drive. Ive been using Enterprise for the past several years and its been great. I recommend them highly. UPDATE: I like their service so well that I am having them give me an estimate for building me a a new desktop. My old one was built 10 years ago, but Enterprise has kept it running. My experience could not have been better. After I inadvertently permanently (as in gone even from the recycle bin) deleted all my files my desperate phone call was greeted by a calming voice reassuring me that I had not, in fact, done the dumbest thing ever. I was comforted further when I brought the computer in – not only with the news that recovery was possible but also with a realistic description of what I might expect. Rich Holton far exceeded those expectations with prompt, informative phone updates and a miraculously complete recovery – all at very reasonable cost. I will need a new network soon and now I know exactly where to go for it.

$450.00 - 4 trips to Clinton CT and countless hours of my time. Not to mention the time I did not have with my MAC Book. Now again its broken. Not only does it have the same issue its in worse condition than it was before.I would not give this place a good reference if they paid me to. They have horrible customer service. From the people who work the front desk all the way up to their management. I work for a company that goes above and beyond for our customers. Its a shame that companies like this exist.This company should be embarrassed. They will not get another dollar out of me or the company I work for.They offered me a trade in value of $150.00 for the computer because “They Felt Bad”. It costs 2500.00 to replace this type of MAC. After spending 450.00 I would not expect the computer to have the same issue or be even worse than it was before.If I could give less than one star I would have .

A great place small but these guys are good.. bought a phone there a couple of years ago.. had a hand held tablet with cracked screen.. told me dont bother.. best electronic repair shop in area.. these guys are good . They certainly know their stuff, but theyre pricey and have broken my computer twice now. I was willing to give them the benefit of a doubt after the first time, but after the second, I wont be going back there. Your experience might be different.

If I could give a less than a star I would. On November 14th I dropped my computer off, I told them a wire needed to be replaced in-between the hard drive and the rest of the computer. Next day (November 15th) I get a call by someone, not the number of the store but a different number, quoted me the part would cost $30 and $88 for the labor. I gave the approval on the repair. more than a week later (November 23rd) I call them and ask about my computer and they say the technician isnt in but they are working on it. Fast forward to November 30th and I go into the store and ask about my computer, they say they never got permission to go ahead with the repair so they have not order the part or done the repair, so I give permission again. December 3rd rolls around and I CALL THEM to ask if my computer is ready and they said it was. I go in and ask if they have the right number on file and they do, I then ask for a discount considering i had to wait so long for a simple repair and they say there is nothing they can do. If this review prevents even 1 person from going to this store then this review did its job

Joel crushed my iMac upgrade to a SSD and Mojave OS - highly recommend them for any Mac work you need done!

I have used their repair department in the past and have been very pleased, so I bought a new Lenovo laptop there two years ago on their recommendation. It started to go to that dreaded blue screen more and more frequently. They suggested that I pay them to clean up the hard drive, which I did. It did not solve the problem, but cost more than I wanted to spend -- particularly on a wild goose chase. They then diagnosed a fatal and inoperable flaw in the graphics card and recommended another new computer. I bought it from them at a premium price because I expected that they would back it up if and when there were problems. I will go to one of the discount places for my next laptop.
