I LOVE BATH AND BODY WORKS! My new favorite scents are the Bake shop collection. They really smell like strawberry pound cake, coconut cream pie, raspberry jam donuts and chocolate covered cherries. It truly smells like chocolate covered cherries 🍒!!So when I arrived there were maybe 4 or 5 employees in the store cleaning and 2 customers. I had to wait 10 minutes in the line they had dressed up with an entrance and exit sign at each end, for them to clean the store. I mean its covid-19 so waiting in line is normal. It was just strange to be in an empty mall waiting on cleaning and 2 customers before I could go into the store. Anyway all the employees were great. The store was stocked up and I found exactly what I was looking for.

SO MANY new scents. LOVE that store. I want one of everything in there.

Great! Xmas deals!!!! $4.95 all aromatherapy today!! They just need to give better attention to all customers and not just when my bag was full of items to purchase and the deals not all employees knew the candles were excluded because one told me yes the other no at the check out. Then the cashier knew I had a coupon and didnt offer to help me think of my purchase. It wasnt until I got into my car and realized I could of bought the candle separately and used coupon with an additional purchase. I gotta admit I dont have this kinda problem at the 99 and Herndon location. I didnt leave as happy as I usually do after a $100 purchase.

There is such a vast amount of fragrances to choose from. I love Bath & Bodyworks as it is but this is definitely my favorite location. It might get a little busy during the holidays but usually theres never a long wait in line. And the whole staff is so eager to help you find exactly what youre looking for. They are excellently trained in customer service.

The store is neat and tidy.

I came here because my wife wanted to buy new soaps. She rejected my Walmart suggestion. Deals can be found, and sometimes even worthwhile. I succumbed to the buying an air diffuser (cranberry). Not bad.
