Has been much cleaner lately and more staff so you dont have to wait very long.

They really need to open their restroom!Need to work on stocking, keeping it stoked and organized! Ive been to a few stores in Roswell, N M, that were organized, tightly and clean. Their merchandise was more diverse as well.I enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree but if there were another close I would probably shop there.

Very gud place to shop for simple things. Went in on 07/01/21 for a few things and the manager Carlos and cashier named Brittney were extremely friendly, helpful and hard working. 👍👍 to both of them

I love this store. They have new isles- a$3 and a$5. Very clean store and easy to get around. So much to choose from. The associates are very nice act as though they really appreciate you.

I usually shop here alot...but after New Years we wont be shopping here as often. ROSE makes her own hours, closes early, opens late, etc. Ive noticed that when the cashier VANESSA is working, shes usually the only one actually cashing people out. One time we actually heard one of the employees say they were on standby and didnt even help.The whole store could be filled with cashiers and they would leave Vanessa up there ALL ALONE and leave her with a line all the way back to teaching supplies and past candles. When we were there we waited in line for 20 minutes to check out, because the other manager OSCAR was just sitting in the office.I even called WHILE IN LINE and he let the phone ring and ring and finally answered it. Then came out of the office 6 minutes later to help by taking 4 customers to his register. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD.These managers need to treat their employees better and need to manage better. Lead by example, I get its dollar tree but seriously if you hate your job so bad THEN LEAVE.This whole store reflects what bad customer service looks like. Except two employees, vanessa and the one with the slipknot tattoo on his arm. Both of them go up and beyond every single time Im there.

The customers dont help the store by making it a mess but ill tell u what the employees work hard and the manager Will is awesome and the asistant manager Rose is one of the best people to be around

Decently priced products but if youre looking for Dollar general its not going to happen Dollar tree some of the products are less than quality thats how they make their money so if youre going in looking for something at a decent price really cheap this is a place for you however just remember sometimes you get what you pay for another words if its a buck item its going to be a butt quality. a lot of the items have to be good though otherwise they would have gone out of business a long time ago

This is the best place for items for 1 dollar only. They have pizza and 18 pack eggs for 1 dollar! The got Texas petes hot sauce one dollar! They got nice plates and Tupperware for 1 dollar. They got good name brand candy and Texas toast for one dollar! Love this place!!!

First time here. Was pretty awesome. Only thing wrong with the store is the bathroom is gross. Looks like it had not been cleaned in days and days. I wanted to grab one of their cleaning products and tower of sorts and clean it for the. LoL. But over all nice people.

Large selection of useful items for just a dollar. From kitchen utensils to bathroom necessities, youll find plenty of items to purchase. Has arts and crafts supplies as well as school and office supplies. Good variety.

This has got to be one place you cant get away from for a dollar. This store has lots of great stuff that you wouldnt think you get for a dollar. Name brand stuff even. If youre on a tight budget and life just keeps happening then this store will get you by.

Yes, its a dollar tree. This doesnt make it ok to be dirty and trashed. I have been here three times and each time this its appearance. Its a hit or miss with the friendliness.

This particular dollar tree has a large selection. I went in to get some cleaning supplies and I was shocked to see the variety of products. Staff is friendly and prompt to ring you up.

In Clovis, NM always get help. Most of time the workers have smiles, n welcome u for coming. Has at least 3 registers open, never have to wait... ;-) went on vacation to Pflugerville Tx omg never any smiles ugh had ONE register open, a HUGE LINE... Manager not customer service, to which he was at the register... :-(
