Robert helped us get into a rebuilt title 4Runner. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. No BS, they tell you what it is and negotiate well. They sell a lot of rebuilt title vehicles but will let you take them to your mechanic to get checked out as we did with our purchase. Great experience. Robert was super helpful.

Nice rep, really friendly and helpful. Was disappointed they only offered me $500 for my used car. And when I pushed back offered $650 instead 🙄 FYI we turned around and sold our new car in this market for $3200! So don’t trade your car in here. Otherwise was a pretty good experience. They do push warranties on you like nobody’s business, automatically working them into the price of the car from the getgo. Be tough and just tell them you don’t want anything but the standard and included warranty! Their warranties are way overpriced. The cars we get from this place definitely deserve five stars. The cars they sell for a discounted rate because of the title being salvaged are amazing. 6-7 grand off normal selling price.

First time buying a car on my own as an independent so had lots of questions to make sure I was doing everything I can, Jake FishLock answered all my questions and concerns and taught me a few things about cars in general just a overall good experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Robert to purchase my first vehicle! He was able to walk me through the process and answer all of my questions about the vehicle! I was pretty skeptical about getting a vehicle that was a rebuild from salvage, but I have had my car for a month now and I havent had any issues with it. You wouldnt even know the vehicle was a rebuild if you saw the car yourself! I would highly recommend going to this dealership and getting your vehicle there!

Do not buy anything here!! I was lied to about my car. I bought a BMW 320i here for 28k. They only told me the car had issues due to an accident. It is a salvage title with water damage. The car was totaled out. I tried to sell it to get something that would fit my family better. Unfortunately NO ONE WANTS IT!!! They told us all the damage and issues that happened to the car and how AutoSource should of told me these things when buying it.I have taken it to 11 different dealerships and they have all told me never buy from AutoSource/AutoSavvy because they are not honest about their cars. They only care about the sales. We are completely screwed and tried to reach out to Auto Savvy and they refuse to talk to us about the car to make the situation better.

It would be titled, ‘The Amazing Mr. Auto!’ —dude flew around the store like a precision drone serving three different customers at once and didn’t even drop his pen. His pen! I know. Impressive. Jovial atmosphere. No schtick. Just straightforward talk and an effort to get me what I needed. I felt served. I did not, however, leave a tip —because frankly, the eggplant parmesan was a little underdone. They were busy, so I get it. But I WILL leave ‘you’, reviewer-reader, a tip: if you need a well-priced ride in the Colorado Springs area, ask for David (but avoid the eggplant-parm). Hey, nothing’s perfect…

I had made a review at the time of purchase and am now changing it because this place is a JOKE. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They SCAMMED us. You know when buying a branded title it is what it is. They LIED to our faces about what happened to our car, LIED about the inspection it went through and sent us out making $400 payments on an unsafe vehicle. When we brought it up we got NO response from ANYONE. Contacted MULTIPLE times. We went to the dealership in person to start a buyback. For a car they had LISTED at 38,000 (we got it’s for 33,000 due to them mis pricing it online) that we have blacked out the rims, and added window tint they tried to offer 25,000 and WONT budge. So they can turn around and sell it for 40K? This place is a scam. Won’t answer any of our phone calls or their “text chat” online. All we want is them to buy it back for what we paid and us come out even and never to look back. They REFUSE. HORRIBLE customer service. Liars. TERRIBLE business. I will be reporting my claim to the BBB and others with the ethics of this place.
