Best car buying experience, Ever! (I hate going to dealerships, they are push and always trying to over sale.) I told Joe my sales representative what I was looking for and which car I was interested in. He delivered everything I asked for. The team was so helpful! It was a stress free experience. They made everything simple and understandable. If you are looking for service that is transparent and honest, look no further. Ill definitely be a retuning customer for all my Jeep needs! Perkins Motors is the best Ram dealer in the Colorado Springs area. They worked with me to find the right vehicle for a fair price. Other dealers simply said “can’t find it, you can buy what we have.” The service department has been great on getting add on parts for the truck and in completing the preventive maintenance.

Wow, just wow! If youre looking for honesty and integrity, Neil is the guy for you. He 100% looked it to every worry I had, he never seemed irritated with me or or tried to dismiss my thoughts/worries. Most of all he was never pushy! I have never met a company with as much patience as this Perkins dealership.I was a complete mess with my vehicle breaking down, my insurance chose Perkins because of their reputation. I completely back the choice. The customer service is outstanding they were able to keep me calm and kept communicating open during the entire process. They didnt feed me lies or excuses and always got back to me in a timely manner.It was a joy to work with so many amazing people.

The people here in the service department were great and treated my car with care and respect. I was a little paranoid bringing in my Hellcat which in the wrong hands could be mistreated in the interest of fun but I felt like all of the guys here knew how much I cared about this car and respected that. From John the service manager, to Julian the service advisor, and to Jared the technician I felt like I was in very confident, capable, and caring hands. The sales team is awesome but like almost any other dealer they are out to rob you. I cant trade a 2019 ChargerSXT AWD(with almost every package) with 14880miles on it for a used durango with 33,000Mi on it. I have almost $10,000 in equity on the charger and its in great condition. It would be a lot special but for some reason its not worth anything to any dealer, this dealer in particular wanted to trade me the charger and still keep me at $32,000 in debt when I was about to hand them a great profitable car for a car they will more than likely hold onto for months, or end up seeing it on Rep paperwork after somone over estimates their income. I wouldnt recommend this dealership. Follow up to see what I find at the other places. BARTERING IS DEAD FRIENDS.

We dont shop cars - we shop dealerships. Were Dodge people, so finding the vehicle we want is never an issue. Finding a dealership that we are comfortable with and can trust is whats most important to us. We have purchased vehicles from Dodge dealerships all over Colorado. We are now strictly Perkins Motors customers.Our experiences with Perkins Motors has been professional, friendly, honest, and fair. We feel that they really do have the best interest of the customer in mind. If they dont have the vehicle you want on their lot, they will do their best to find it or one very close to it for you. We dont feel price gouged or feel like Perkins is more interested in a profit than customer relationships.Perkins Motors feels like they are trying to earn your business for life - not just a single sell. They treat you right so you will keep coming back and thats what we have chosen to do. We have a large family and have now purchased five different vehicles from Perkins Motors. We just wont go anywhere else.

The salesman basically did nothing but stand there. He couldnt get the QR code to work to tell us the price. Waited 30 min to find out the price and get the jeep unlocked. Then he knew nothing about it. He said that there were too many cars for him to memorize, so all he knew was what was on the window. Worthless! We left. We would have bought a jeep right then and there, but his attitudae and lack of knowledge turned us off and we went elsewhere.

Recently bought a 2021 Jeep Gladiator here. Great folks to deal with, smooth transaction, and a great deal. The sales staff were awesome (Margo and Naz). The finance folks were wonderful (Aaron). I came from New Mexico to buy my Jeep and I must admit, I was nervous about putting together a remote transaction. But it turned out to be smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.

Came in not sure if I wanted to trade in my SUV or not for pricing reasons, however my mind was immediately changed once I was shown the pricing of their vehicles compared to the other dealerships I shopped around at. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Kyle Bienlein, the person who I dealt with. He is extremely knowledgeable, only shows you the cars you want that are in your price range, and doesn’t pressure you whatsoever. He was completely honest and incredibly nice. Due to the amazing service and price, we are even considering trading in my husbands truck that we JUST bought a few weeks ago just to go through them again and get a way better deal.

Price for the oil change on my RAM 2500 was reasonable. Doing it myself, I would save about $30. The coupons online are not descriptive enough to know when they apply. I printed the one that read like it applied to my truck and the oil changed would be $50. Turns out no, and no one could tell me what that coupon applied to. Service was great, fast, and very professional, but a little bit of sticker shock when the price was over $100 and I drove in expecting about half that.

My sales person Audrey was amazing. She worked diligently and professionally the entire time. She deserves five stars.However, a month and a half of owning my car the check engine light came on and doesn’t pass emissions and has bolts missing for my turbo brackets, which “passed” on their inspection form signed by a technician and service manager. Not sure exactly how that was missed but hey I guess human error/mistakes 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️. I took my car in to the Hyundai dealership down the road from them. PER the service departments request (Spoke to Daisy with that one and have a voicemail from her too). Three days later I took it back to Perkins for them to complete services promised by Adam the “Sales Manager” and they yet again didn’t have the parts they were suppose to order and told me they didn’t see where the missing bolts were, “YIKES 😳”. Brayson in the service department called back minutes later and stated they found what Hyundai was talking about (I hope I even gave Adam a copy of the diagnostic for that exact reason) then proceeded to ask if they needed to put my car back together. I told him yes it’s my only source of transportation I simply can’t wait until Wednesday with working all the way across town and moving in the midst of the mess. Three hours went by so I called to get a status for him to say he thought I could wait until Wednesday. They do not know how to communicate and give the worse customer service. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone if you want good customer services. I will not buy here again and they lost a customer. Let’s try this for a third time. Im hoping to be able to give the dealership a better review after the completion of the service.🤞in each department. I’m really not a hard person to please as long as the promise you gave me actually is met and doesn’t give false hope.

First Id like to say that Ive never had an issue with this dealer in taking care of the issues I have had when I take it into service. I have owned my Durango for the last 5 years and always take it mainly because of warranty issues, but the last 3 or 4 times I have brought it in I have trouble getting a hold of someone in service to speak to someone nor does anyone actually call you to let you know the progress of whats going on! Today particularly I had an appointment scheduled at 930 am and it is now 3pm and no one has bothered calling I have called 4 different times 30 mins apart since 1pm and no one is answering the phone.

Audrey was an amazing guide during my recent Jeep Wrangler purchase. I arrived to find the vehicle I had inquired about pulled up and ready to test drive—and when I realized it didn’t have some of the features I was looking for, Audrey was quick to look through their extensive inventory to help me find exactly what I wanted. I am giving a shout out to the service rep. Julian Sandoval. Julian provided phenomenal customer support in being extremely patient and flexible with my needs as a customer along with carefully scrutinizing the repairs and inspections of my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After I provided additional, somewhat unclear information on an intermittent sound I was hearing coming from my rear brakes, Julian went over in detail everything that could possibly be causing the issue along with making sure the other service reps. within the department took great care in making sure they exhausted every option (from removing both rear tires and inspecting the rotors and calipers to making sure the Jeep was driven enough miles to try and get the intermittent sound to replicate). Long story longer, Julian takes care of his customers and is a prime example of what I believe a Perkins Motors Service Rep. should embody.Thanks again Julian and I look forward to doing business with you and Perkins Motors again in the future.

5 stars is NOT enough for this dealership; 10 out of 10 for sure. By far the easiest process Ive had with buying a vehicle! If you go here, definitely ask for Gregory! Very wholesome guy, no pressure and he works to accommodate you and what you are looking for. Not to mention, we came close to closing on a VERY snowy night, and he brought out the keys to 3 different Jeeps I wanted to take a look at and test drive (two). Extremely positive attitude the entire time and we didnt feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing him at all. My husband and I enjoyed working with him and feels like hes been a lifelong friend. If you plan on doing your own financing before purchasing from perkins, might as well throw that out the window. I had all my financing done before heading to the dealership which was 17hrs away. According to my bank all they had to do was punch in the code and had all my info. But instead they took all my info and ran my credit and financed it through the dealer to my bank. Which they make money for doing so. I talked to the general mgr. He said they did not do so. I talked to my bank and they told me otherwise. Also had been getting reminder emails to use my financing code that i did through my bank. Just got another reminder that it was to expire. Why is it so hard for people to be honest?

Audrey is polite and is very enthusiastic about her position. When you are interested in inquiring or buying an automobile at Perkins Jeep Audrey will take care off all your needs. Since my first purchase from her, I have recently purchased another Jeep Compass from her. She was able to get a more than reasonable price for me and made the transaction very smooth. Took my truck in for a recall update (my truck died on the highway because of said recall) dealership wants me to pay for the recall. I called FCA they had the dealership repair the recall and tone wheel associated with said recall. The service manager made oddly rude comments to me also. But life goes on... I pick up the truck from the repair and the motor died on my way home. It had so many engine codes, it blew my mind. They also admitted to breaking my transmission pan during repair. They also cut a 3,200 wire harness in half. This was a great running truck prior to them touching it. I had the truck toed there and they said its not their fault, Dealership wants me to pay for the repairs on my 2015 Ram that will be more then 4,000 dollars. This is illegal under bailment breach. The service manager did not care so Im contacting Chris the GM but he has not called me back. Im contacting my lawyer now. What a bizzare experience, I owned Michigans largest heavy machinery service center and couldnt imagine putting a client through this. Between repairs,lawyer and loss of income this is terrible. Ive bought new vehicles from perkins in the past and ive always had problems.

Service Department:Got an oil change in the fast lane on Tuesday morning and couldn’t return until Saturday morning due to work.Oil was dumped all over engine . Smelled like burning oil all week. Large oil spots in my otherwise spot free garage and driveway. Wet spots in engine compartment after a weekWish I could post pics so folks could see.Service Advisor (Karen) was professional and got my 2020 PoweWagon right in on my return trip to the dealership. They are washing the engine compartment now.Big waste of my time overall. Highly recommend going somewhere else for service, but they at least are doing their best to make things right

Stephanie J. has been a genuine delight to work with! I worked with her for two months to get the vehicle I wanted and when it finally happened it was the BEST experience I could have imagined! She even came up with the perfect name for my truck! Stephanie is straight forward and will not just tell you what you want to hear. From the moment we met I didn’t feel like she was pressuring me into purchasing a vehicle. If anything, I think our roles were reversed and I was the one pressuring...lol! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and did everything she could to make sure I was good. I would like to thank Perkins Motors and specifically Adolfo Lopez for the great used car buying experience I had with them. I had been looking through the front range market for a used Toyota Tundra. Perkins had one listed for a week or two and I decided I wanted to learn more. I entered my contact info on the USAA app where I was looking at used cars and within 10 minutes Emma called and asked if I had any questions or wanted to set an appointment to come in an look at the vehicle. We ended up discussing the process and she set me up for an appointment the next day and said a sales representative would call me and touch base. Adolfo Called us on the way down (I missed his call), and then ended up leaving a really nice personalized video message showing the car and introducing himself. I thought this was a really nice touch. Adolfo had the car ready for me upon arrival and we immediately went for a test drive. The truck was in great shape and was exactly what I was looking for. We ended up going back to the dealership to go over terms and numbers. Adolfo was able to get the deal done in a way that was satisfactory to all parties and we moved forward. There was a slight miscommunication between us regarding financing but Perkins Motors and specifically Adolfo, were able to ameliorate the situation after the fact and without hesitation. Perkins and Adolfo are the real deal, they want your 100% satisfaction and they are willing to go the extra mile for you, the customer, to get it. I would use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle in the front range. Thank you!

All I wanted to do was turn in a lease. They were so obsessed with selling us another vehicle they said we weren’t worth their time and to find another dealership. We don’t have the ability to get another vehicle and they couldn’t understand that. I made multiple appointments just to get this response over and over. Very sad. Theyll under-value your trade-in by thousands upon thousands upon thousands of dollars and charge much more than their new cars are worth.The sales rep we spoke to was shocked when I told him that his offer for our trade-in was an absolute insult and was not the way to treat customers. We walked out only seconds after that unpleasant interaction.Do NOT buy from Perkins, go to Faricy Boys where youll get a MUCH, MUCH better trade-in value. What should have just taken an hour at the most wound up taking 2 days plus the additional free headache. Our tires are under warranty and we should have just been given a new tire. What happened was the warranty insurance company denied the claim and Perkins motors tried to upsell us a new set of Pirelli tires for the low cost of $1000. I nearly fell out of my chair laughing. I told them to push the claim again and resubmit the photos of the damaged tire. They did and the warranty was honoured. So today I went back and waited around for a good hour to have the new tire installed. I was told that I had to pay $56 today even though I had already paid $161 which was supposed to be the total owed yesterday. I went ahead and paid because I needed to split. When I got home I realised they charged me $56 PLUS they added yesterdays cost which was $161 to the new total of $218. And now they have the audacity to say they only owe me $161. Do you have a headache yet? Because they give them free at Perkins Motor Company!

We drove down from Denver after being treated poorly at another dealership. They told us they had the car we were interested but when we got there 15 minutes later, they said it was gone. At Perkins we arrived to see the car we came to see was pulled around and Audrey put a HOLD for Mr. and Mrs. Hall. Wow! It was a very smooth process from there...would definitely recommend Audrey!

Don’t come to this service department. Avoid it at all costs. I brought my vehicle in yesterday morning to have an oil change, an inspection, and 3 recalls done. My car has been taken care of and is in great shape. The recalls take them all day to finish (no surprise) and I receive a call from my service advisor Julian 3 minutes before the service department closes telling me my car is ready to pick up. (This is my only vehicle so there’s no way I’ll make it there in time.) No problem I’ll just pick it up first thing tomorrow morning, not convenient as I have an extremely busy day but whatever I’ll give him a pass. This morning I come in to pick my car up, a quick and painless process everyone is extremely polite and quick. I drive about 10 yards down the street and realize all but one button on my dash are now not functioning when they were perfectly fine before. The heat won’t turn on nor the defroster or A/C etc. It’s 23 degrees outside. I turn around and bring it back and now here I sit nearly 3 hours later and they’re “still testing the car to see if they’re the ones that broke it.” WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE BROKEN IT!? My car was fine before you guys screwed it up. This is absolutely unacceptable there has been a severe lack of communication and an overall dismissive attitude by Julian. This is my only vehicle and I have doctors appointments and medication to pick up this is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received from a dealership. I will update this review as we go but as of now if I could give zero stars I would.(Update) Just got off the phone with Julian, they are still trying to determine the root cause of the issue but are going to set me up with a loaner car while they have my vehicle. This is better customer service than before, upgrading from a one star to a two star. I will continue to update this review until this process is over.(Update 2) I received my vehicle back and as of now it seems as though everything is fixed. I don’t think I’ll come back or would recommend anyone else to do the same. My main concern isn’t seems as though the tech that worked on my car didn’t bother to check his work and ensure everything functioned properly. Moral of the story if you do decide to have your vehicle serviced here, for your own sake check their work! Make sure you stay on top of the service advisor and don’t drive away until you’re 100% sure that the work was completed correctly. I believe in giving credit where it is due, everyone was for the most part polite and accommodating with only a medium amount of arm twisting. Updating to 3 stars.

If your time is of value, don’t go here. Today, I had my third experience with Perkins Motors being completely disorganized and wasting my time. The communication at Perkins between departments doesn’t exist.When my husband and I purchased our vehicle in October, there were communication issues between the receptionist making appointments and the sales team. We showed up in the evening to purchase our car at the time we planned with the receptionist and we were told the sales person we planned to work with wasn’t there that night. We ended up working with someone else and all ended up fine. About two weeks after the sale, we had to go back to finance to sign additional paperwork since the buy term changed since the night of the purchase. Again, we confiirmed a good time to come by and finalize all the paperwork. When we arrived, finance wasn’t ready and the guy that had all the paper work was with other customers. I understand being a car dealership, you have to also take care of the walk-ins, but be prepared for this to happen. Have processes in place to provide everyone good customer service and to meet your obligations. It’s not rocket science. It’s called organization and communication.The last straw – I called a week ago and made an appointment to check a service light that appeared on my dash and to change my tires. I spoke to the service team to make my appointment and spoke to retail to discuss tires. Once I confirmed the tires, I was transferred back to service to add the tire service to my appointment. I specifically told them the tires I wanted, I told them that retail wanted to confirm they were ordered, I told them I had negotiated a price for those tires. All seemed well. Today I pulled up for my service, there was no record of my conversation on the tires I wanted or the cost. I was told they needed the car for the day rather than the short hour or two I was expecting and as I should have expected from past experience, the tires weren’t ordered. I planned my conference calls, yes I do work too, around this appointment and then received absolutely no service. I couldn’t get my tires and I was notified at arrival (would have been nice to know prior) of the amount of time it would take to “investigate” my issue. Unfortunately, the time was much greater than what I was told when I called. I was furious. I don’t understand how a business can function and be so disorganized all the time.I drove straight to Discount Tire. They had record of my conversation when I was shopping for tires a couple weeks ago that they quickly pulled up by my phone number. They had to order two of the four tires that I wanted, but were able to have them to the shop by end of day. I scheduled an appointment on the spot for tomorrow morning and was provided an estimate work time, so I can appropriately plan my day.I will be looking for a new place to service my Jeep and will never buy from Perkins again.

So now Im trying to find out why they havent paid off the lease on a vehicle I traded in on 13 Jan. The finance bank just needed the odometer reading as of a week ago, and still hasnt received it. I have been unable to get any answers from Perkins as to what the delay is. My experience with them started out fine, but definitely not happy about these developments.

I talked to a car salesman named Adolfo Lopez. He was nice until we got to the numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and knew what it was worth. It also had quite a bit of exterior damages and interior stains so I’m not sure why this vehicle was over priced. I’ve also previously bought the same vehicle with similar age and mileage and when I told him what I had paid for it he got upset with me. I even told him he could look up the same car on CarGurus and Denver dealerships would have it for $5k less than what he was asking. He did not want to work with me and he told me to go buy it in Denver which I’m fine with doing. One hour to save $5k is 100% worth it. If you don’t do your research and want to get ripped off this is the place to go to. If you want a fair price that the local market sets then this is not the right place. Look elsewhere.
