The service at Red Noland Land Rover is the best of ANY business I have ever dealt with. Imagine being broken down on a remote mountain road @ 11,000 in Colorado. In fact, THE WORST 4WD road in Colorado. You have your family and dog with you, dark is setting in and you have no way to descend. You call your Land Rover dealership to see if there is a temporary fix for the problem to get you down. Instead they tell you to set up camp, stay warm and await the rescue mission. They delivered another LR3 to my broken down location in the middle of the night so we could get down. They went back 2 days later and repaired the vehicle on sight and returned it to the dealership 4 hours away.Now imagine them doing that twice for you in 5 years....Red Noland Land Rover Service AND Sales is the best in the land.

Bought my full size Discovery from Kevin Heim, Kevin was awesome to work with. He was never too pushy, he worked on my behalf to get me a the best deal. Even when they made mistake on quoting me a price, both Kevin and Rob honored what they quoted me. Kevin even took time to explain on the features of new disco and has followed up with a call every week, even though bought the SUV in November. I highly recommend Kevin if you are thinking of purchasing a new car.

Jason knew better what I needed than I did. I came in to look at a used LR4 and left with a Range Rover Sport with only 25k miles on it! I couldnt be happier. Jason was available to text almost 24/7. He saw an opportunity and messaged me right away. My car payment is exactly where I wanted it to be. I never felt pressured to spend any more than I was comfortable with. Everyone was exceptional and treated me, my husband, and baby with respect and warmth. Jason was especially patient when I changed my mind several times before deciding to go with the Range Rover Sport.My one piece of advice is to explore your options when they offer you a trade-in value. I was able to sell my trade private party within 2 weeks for over $4k more than they offered. It is what it is and I dont fault them for it. Im just saying do your homework.Overall, I will be buying cars from Jason for life.

I was visiting Colorado yesterday from Oklahoma. As I was driving down Pikes Peak my sensor came on that said engine coolant low. I was planning on heading back to OK right away so I called Land Rover in Colorado Springs and they told me to stop by. About 45 minutes after I arrived I had my engine coolant topped off, my windshield wiper fluid topped off, my car washed, my floors vacuumed and my rubber floor mats washed all at no charge. They told me safe travels and sent me on my way! If this wasn’t a 10.5 hour drive for me it would be my new place to go! It actually brought joy to my little unplanned delay!

The people in sales are Great! Unfortunately the Service Department is Not!! 31,000 miles on my Range Rover Evoque and it had to be towed in for Service after finding large fluid puddle under car. After a Full day with no car Luke from their Service Department would not even give a straight answer as to when they may even look at the car to determine the problem or how long I will be without a car. After my third call to them the best I could get from him was Maybe they will Look at it before the end of the day along with an Attitude of dont call us, well call you. I expected better

A huge thank you to Luke and the entire service team for accomodating me on such short notice! I called on Friday evening (around 5:30pm) about a nail in the back right tire of my 2003 Land Rover Discovery II. I was able to drop off my SUV Saturday morning (at 8:00am) and drive out of the lot before 1:00pm with the issue resolved. The tire was patched and Luke kept me updated the entire time via phone. Ive had my Evoque in for repairs four times in the past three years. Each time Land Rover kept my vehicle for at least two days or more. This last time they kept it for four days waiting for parts to replace my alternator. The problem is they never have a loaner vehicle for those days my vehicle was in their shop. Each time I have to depend on others to get me around or rent a car while mine is in their shop. For as much as they charge for repairs and how long they take to make those repairs, you would think they would have a loaner vehicle. On top of that I had to call to find out the status of when my vehicle would be ready. Each time Curtis would say, I was just about to call you. Maybe its just me, but I didnt feel valued as a customer.

We needed an emergency repair while out of state. Service advisor was professional and accommodating; I couldnt have asked for a better service advisor. They installed the necessary parts despite none available, by removing from a new car so we could continue with our vacation. The wait was pleasant and we were on our way with a minor delay to our vacation. If I lived in Colorado Springs, that would be my number 1 choice for a dealer. A great dealership experience!

I brought my Range Rover in to have a towing hitch installed. We had discussed this event with Tony & Lisa several weeks prior and had them order in all the necessary parts since my schedule is in two states nearly six hundred miles apart. I dropped off the vehicle on a Saturday fully expecting it to take until Wednesday of the following week before all was said and done. I called on Monday to see how it was going and Lisa informed me they had finished it Saturday night. I was most pleased and immediately began the 3 hour drive to Red Noland to pick up the car. The entire process was fabulous! The staff there has always gone above and beyond for me. This is why for over 7 years I have made the 3 hour trek to have my vehicles serviced there. Took my 08LR in a while back for noise in the engine compartment, and left it there week and half with the result our mechanic cannot get it to replicate the noise. So I picked it up and now the noise is back only much worse, Im so thrilled that now its probably going to cost some serious cash, as apposed to back when it would have been a simple fix, Id like to see how much of that difference they are going to cover...... Going to take it in tomorrow and drop it off again.

From the first moment we walked into the show room the folks at Land Rover Colorado Springs took great care of us. Rob found exactly the car we wanted and helped us understand everything there was to know about the car. There was never any pressure and when we did buy he spent about an hour with me going through all the features of the car...after I had already signed the paperwork. When I got home I noticed a nail in the tire and it was slowly leaking down. I called Rob, right at closing time, and they sent a technician with a new tire to change it out for us!! Scheduled an appointment in the Service Department online to have tire sensors put on my 08 Land Rover LR3. Arrived at my appointment and was told my parts were not in. They only had two. I had to make the appointment online and then follow up with calling a human to order the parts. This was never mentioned online when making the reservation. The service rep then lied saying he tried calling us. He never called it was all a lie. So unprofessional. We changed our plans to make this appointment only to have our time wasted.

We had a fantastic experience at Land Rover Colorado Springs until two *days* after we purchased our vehicle. Two items were not properly repaired. One was taken care of by the dealership. They informed us the other was our expense as they had reached the monetary limit for repairs prior to resale. The estimated repair cost was 1K. Land Rover did agree to do the repair for half of that. However, we purchased the vehicle from the dealership precisely to avoid issues such as this. Although no dealer can guarantee the longevity of an automobile, I would expect it to be more than two days of (very) limited driving. Their response left a poor impression. Such a shame as the sales staff are exceptional.

I recently bought a new Jaguar FPace S - Jaguars first SUV - at Red Noland Jaguar Land Rover in Colorado Springs.First of all - I absolutely love my car - it is wonderful!Second - the service has been phenomenal. For one example, when my new license plates and registration were ready - they sent someone down to the DMV to stand in line and get all my stuff so I didnt have to. When it was all ready I stopped by the dealership to pick up my plates and registration. And they even put the plates on for me. Ive never had this level of service before.My sales guy also just called to say there was a software update I should be getting information about in the mail. He offered to pick my car up on a Sunday evening, leave me with a loaner car, have the update installed on Monday, and then return my car to my home Monday afternoon. And I didnt have to ask for this - he called before I had gotten the information in the mail and offered all this service.My previous car was a BMW X5 - which I really liked. And I knew many folks on the BMW team and counted them as friends. They always took great care me. But this level of service at Red Noland Jaguar Land Rover is a new and wonderful experience.

We were traveling in from Kansas City when the alternator in our 06 RRS S/C started to fail. This was on July 3rd, unfortunately. We called service and they were able to get us in on the 5th and back on the road. Amazing! Also - big thanks for selling aftermarket parts so I didnt have to pay $900+ for an OEM alternator. Thats a pretty expensive part! (yes, they offer a warranty on the non-OE parts as well!)Huge thank you for getting us in and taking care of us!

A few weeks ago I had the window adjusted on my newly acquired XK8 and I couldn’t be happier with how I was taken care of by the Service Department. It was easy to get an appointment and the window on my car was fixed as good as new.I’ve entrusted Jaguar Land Rover Colorado Springs to service one of my other Jaguars for over seven years and they have never let me down. Many members of the Jaguar Club of Southern Colorado buy cars from Thom and have the dealership maintain them. Additionally, a number of Jaguar owners in the Denver area have come to Colorado Springs for new cars rather than purchasing locally. Went in for a service light on a new vehicle that had about 6,500 miles on it, and the technician came out, and said while you are here do you want to change your oil, and we was told the oil change was complimentary so we said yes but half way through they came out, and said no sorry you do not have a free oil change. We came in for a warranty issue, and left with 125.00 bill so it’s just not nice to be reeled in like that. If you tell the customer something is free, and you realize it’s not then you could at least offer some sort of discount since we wound up sitting there for 2 hours instead of 1, and it’s just not a great way to get repeat buisness. We will drive to Denver for the next oil change.

Was looking to buy a Range Rover from Red Noland. They said that Land Rover corporate policy said that they could not sell out of Colorado. I know that this is not the policy of Land Rover because I have spoken with LR corporation before about this same issue. I cant stand to be lied to and led along and told bull like engine immobilizers that stop your car if you take it out of North America and being asked about exporting and bullshit like that. I just want to buy a Was looking to buy a new Range Rover from Flatirons and worked with Nate Lynch for a few weeks on a vehicle they had in stock. After wasting my time and going through the motions I was told I couldnt buy a vehicle from them because I was out of their area. I have ran into this before with dealers and I have checked before with Land Rover Corporate with the dealers claim that they cannot sell to anyone outside of their area. They said that information is false and that you may purchase a vehicle for any Land Rover dealer. I dont know why dealers do this. But I get sick of them lying to me about this. I Have been trying to buy a Range Rover for a time now and I get this from most of these dealers. Stop wasting my time and stop making up corporate policies that are not real about engine immobilizers and exporting and bullshit like that. I just want to buy a vehicle not be interrogated about your market problems. I am seriously looking at not looking at Land Rover any more.

I just purchased my second Land Rover and couldnt be happier with the vehicle or the dealership. Everyone involved in the purchase process went out of their way to make sure every issue covered. Sam and Tim took the time to show me how each feature of the LR4 worked and checked back with me after a few days to make sure nothing had been overlooked.Ill be staying with Red Noland for all my service needs also!

3 hours for an oil change, no parts on hand for liftgate issue for 2016 autobiography, did not know what to do with auto retract running board sound that shouldnt be audible, waited 15 min before I was helped, then had to go upstairs to find my AutoBiog sitting there, for how long who knows, no updates, no info the entire time. Then another 10 min sitting while info was being typed into their computer, and then 150 for an oil change? Lack of Service for such an expensive car purchase, is this really what should happen post purchase of $120k+ ? Just plain disappointed in Colorado Springs Landrover (lack of) Service department.....And this is the 2nd time this year, almost to a T from the first time, earlier this year. Popcorn was good though..pretty sad waiting room...

I been with Red Noland new and used car since 2010. Bought a Lexus, 2 brand new infinity QX 60 and 80 with Josh Hansen when he still a sale man. Love the way he handle it and the way infinity did before he moved.Lately I want to add another mix to my car collection. Came to Land Rover/ Jacquard dealer and fall in love with the 2015 evouque. Work on the price with Tim. Came talked to Josh about the car for his input. Josh made himself down to the dealer and check the car out for me. He said that a good car to buy. A week later called back and been told by other sale man Tim on vacation and be back next week. I told them I am interested in the car but got no help. Call back on Monday and still said he on vacation. Talk to sale manager and been told the car was sold last week to some one in fountain.( I was there on Sunday with my wife) the car still there on the lot. We been upset !A week later which is friday Tim called and said the car was return. If I still interested. I said yes and come in on Monday after turn in the application for finance. The car is sold to a lady when I made myself down there saw the lady walk in the same time. Tim told me it was sold right on my face ! I am very upset and leave.I think I have to go to Land Rover in Denver to buy me another car.

I can not give this JLR dealership enough Stars and Kudos to Curtis Kincaid. It was the day after Christmas, 100 miles into a trip with 850 to go, when I got the warning, that it was going to be a very slow trip. The folks at LR Colorado Springs, took me in right away, diagnosed the problem but would not be able to get the part until the next day. They outlined my options; assured me, the fault was intermittent and was still safe to drive, or wait until they get the part tomorrow, I opted to drive. Curtis coordinated with my home Dealership to get the part and be ready for me to have it installed the next morning. In and back on my way in under 90 minutes, with a clean car to boot!With over 40K miles on this car in less than a year, I have visited a few other LR Service location. BY FAR, this is the best service facility I have experienced. Thanks for keeping my Holiday travels on track!

Purchased my 3rd vehicle from Red Noland in January and it was the worst experience Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle! Purchased the vehicle on a weekday night and didnt have the tools to get my license plate or ski racks off of my trade in but my salesman said hed take care of it & have them ready for pickup in a few days. It took multiple attempts on my part to get the items back which took weeks. I am also dealing with a titling snafu which Ill own part of but getting it corrected has been a nightmare.

Terrible customer service, I was there last Saturday to check out their suvs. I asked them if they can get a v6 full size Range Rover for me, since they only have v8s in the store. A bald white dude told me that I should just go home since they dont have what I want in the store and they are busy with other customers rn.He promised that will call me when they are not busy, and 5 days had past still didnt get any phone call from him. Probably just gonna go for Porsche.

My wife and I have been customers of Red Noland Land Rover for over 5 years. We found Red Noland after purchasing a Range Rover from another dealership. When it was due for service we brought it to Red Noland and have never looked back. Even though we had purchased the vehicle from another dealership they treated us like we had always been valued customers. Subsequently we have purchased three Land Rovers from Red Noland, the last of which was an LR4 for my wife last summer. Every interaction we have had with the service and sales departments at this dealership have been nothing but exceptional. Ill review the sales and service separately below.Service:I have owned many vehicles and have had to endure the pain of taking my vehicle in for service at most of the larger dealerships in Colorado Springs at one point or another. Its always been a bad experience full of people who dont value me as a customer or whos only focus is to get cars in and out whether they are fixed or not. From my first experience with Red Noland things were different. The Service Adviser listed to what I needed done, answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about my particular vehicle. They accommodated my schedule and I was given a Land Rover loaner vehicle, which I had never experienced at any dealership previously. My wife and I have both worked with Red Nolands service department for both of our Land Rovers and every interaction weve had over the last 5 years has been exceptional. Not even other high end dealers Ive worked with such as Porsche of Colorado Springs have the customer service that Red Noland does. They have even gone so far as to pick up or deliver one of our vehicles to my house or office on several occasions.Sales:After having my Range Rover for about a year we decided to purchase a used Land Rover for my wife and naturally our first stop was Red Noland. The sales staff was just as customer focused as their service department. They listened to which model we were interested in and what type of options were were looking for and were supportive of our search for a used Land Rover as opposed to buying new. We found several candidates that we liked and were given the keys and told to take them out for a drive and see what we thought. In the end the process was on our time table and we found exactly what my wife was looking for without any typical car dealership pressure or stress. The rest of the purchase process from financing to paperwork went quickly and was more smooth than any previous purchase we had ever experienced. They even have a service to get your license plates from the DMV for you as an added convenience. As a result we have purchased two more Land Rovers from Red Noland, each time trading in our previous Land Rover. They have always been fair with us not only on trade in value but the purchase price of the new vehicle. Each transaction has been flawless and each sales person we have worked with has been exceptional.Bottom line, if you are looking for a full service dealership and want to be treated like your business really matters, visit Red Noland Land Rover/Jaguar.
