My son purchased his first car here. Within days if having the Subaru he was unable to drive due to the key not being set for the vehicle. We live in the springs and the vehicle was not operable. They had given the key without a key fab and the car was unable to start without recognizing the key. They did tow the car to Denver and fix it. A few weeks later the vehicle completely dies in the highway. Come to find out the vehicle has major engine issue. Cost is $7,000.00 to repair. Was told we had a $3,000 mile engine warranty and once the vehicle was taken to Subaru we were told the warranty did not cover what we were told it would. We basically were sold a lemon, if this was the case we would have bought a newer vehicle with less miles and aid what we are paying for this lemon. Highly disappointed

Bought a Mazda from Zara Auto Sales with it advertised as running and driving very good. After an hour of having it, there were already issues. We took it back and they did a fluid swap on the transmission & put a new filter on over night. The next day we picked the car up to discover it had more issues. WE TOOK IT TO A LOCAL SHOP TO HAVE THEM FIND A HIDDEN GPS TRACKER CRUDELY SPLICED INTO MY WIRING. It was a newer GPS tracker with absolutely no wear and tear on it. To have this removed has already cost over a grand in repairs. It has caused a lot of electrical issues that range from engine issues to transmission issues that were still paying to have fixed.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Place is a rip off and not friendly at all. Bought a vehicle from them and the truck cuts off while driving down the road! Took to 3 mechanics and no one knows what’s wrong with it. Not safe to have my kids in so I’m stuck with a lemon!!! Never ever will I do business with them again and I will let everyone that I know to never do business with them as well!!!!!!

We are very happy with our purchase. Zara Auto were very easy to work with. We liked that they gave us time to decide, and didnt pressure us. They worked with us and made everything easy. I will definitely be back when the time comes to purchase again.

The prices are great, but they wont hesitate to renege on their word. Twice we’ve negotiated a price and they sold the car to someone else after accepting our offer. They told us they were waiting to pass inspection and when we followed up they said they didnt have the vehicle anymore...previously, we test drove the car, negotiated the price and my husband went to get cashiers check for deposit. We called while working on the cashiers check to ask if they would take a deposit via credit card and they said someone was test driving the car and wouldn’t accept our deposit any longer, sold the vehicle to someone else.

BUYER BEWARE...........My daughter looked at a 2007 Honda CRV for me today. The seller said there was mild damage that had been fixed and there is a salvage title. The car was in like new condition except for a couple of small dents. We were going to buy it and decided to pay $90 to have a mechanic look it over first. The mechanic said the work was never done on it, all they did was put a new bumper on it. I don’t know how they could have gotten a salvage title when the state has to inspect the work that was suppose to have been done on it. The mechanic said that there was a lot of damage from the accident that would give us nothing but problems and said he would not buy it if it were him. I’m out $90 but it’s better that then thousands. These people are buying from an auction and not fixing them properly and selling you junk. You can’t trust anyone now days! I highly do not recommend buying from these people even though their ratings dont look bad. I’m thinking the good ratings are probably done by friends and family.

Very good customer service. Sami made the whole experience all about us being satisfied. Any issue was always handled promptly and sufficiently. Definitely a top dealership in the state, i recommend them to anyone. If you want the best deal for your money and people that will care about you after you leave the lot, then these are the guys.

UNTIL GOING TO ZARA, we had been looking for a safe, affordable sedan and met with high prices, cliche car sales schtick and disappointment. ZARA is FANTASTIC! Their customer service is excellent, their honest assessment of their inventory is refreshing. We wanted to try two cars and they bent over backwards to meet our requests. A belt on the car we chose seemed to cause a little glitch--so a new one was installed within 20 minutes. Wow! Who does that? Fantastic! Part of the deal was our trade in, which they gave an absolute correct diagnosis and paid appropriately. Paperwork was a breeze and a 3 mth/300 miles warranty a wonderful addition to a flawless transaction! Eric Sultan and his team are top notch, honest and knowledgeable. So how are you suppose to title the vehicle you paid for with your hard earned cash!!! They don’t care they got their money and leave you screwed!!!!

If you’re looking for a deal in the Springs, I highly recommend these guys. Hasan and Sami really helped me out. I bought a hail-damaged Subaru Legacy “as is” from the Denver branch and it had a couple things go wrong shortly after purchase. They didn’t have to help, but instead they literally drove the car to Denver to get a part and paid for everything.They’re not trying to rip off their customers, or entice them with financing tricks- they actually care about building a reputation and getting repeat customers.Happy with my hail-damaged dream car!
