The staff at Elite Vision are always extremely friendly and helpful. They make sure to give you all of the facts about your visit and help walk you through all of your options without being pushy. I highly recommend them.

Dr Popowski was very professional. He completed my exam and made sure he explained the purpose of each part. When my prescription was complete he discussed my options for correction (glasses/contacts) and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy. He was very knowledgeable and overall I had a good experience.

I went in for my first appointment and really my first eye check in about 14 years. Dr popowski was a delight to work with. He was professional and explained to me what he was doing out of my own curiosity. His staff was kind and helped me to find the best pair of glasses for me. They were kind enough to provide me with all the information I needed in order to purchase my glasses from another place and did not push me to purchase from them which I appreciated. With this being my first time having to wear glasses and purchasing dr popowski and his staff were very patient and understanding of my questions. I will be returning in the future if need be.

Went completely above and beyond to help me. My usual place didnt have enough staff to get me the actual glasses. They could only get me the prescription. So I took the prescription to Elite. They were friendly, the place is great and plenty of options. The glasses were there in 3 days. It ended up that my prescription from my usual place was not right. The Elite doctor heard me explaining to the receptionist how I couldnt really see out of my new glasses. He took me back and did a thorough and quick eye-exam on the spot, told me the prescription from the original place was definitely not right, and reset everything for me. The new glasses came in very quickly and were perfect! Elite really went above and beyond to help me, and fix something which was not their fault. I will go there from now on.

I’ve been taking my family to Elite Vision for years. They are great with kids and adults alike. I would love to give them 5 stars because the service is truly top notch, as long as you don’t mind waiting. It seems that no matter what time dog day I schedule my appointments I always have to wait at least 30 minutes or more to be seen. I wish they would schedule accordingly or hire more staff. As long as you have a while to wait, there’s no one better for vision care

This was my first visit & I had a really great experience. I made the initial appointment online & was able to provide insurance info by email which was really convenient. My appointment started on time, and my insurance was already confirmed.Dr. Popowski and his assistant were skilled & knowledgeable, and the front desk gal was super nice. I was able to do my exam, try a couple of different lenses in the office, and have my prescription finalized in the same visit, which is different than the multiple-visit process I am used to.I also appreciate that Dr. Popowski took the time to explain how medications I am taking for other conditions can affect my eye health. I am pleased overall with my care and will stick with Elite for my future needs.

I’ve been going here for years and usually all experiences have been great. However, I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen for my most recent appointment. This was frustrating because I ended up using PTO for nothing in order to make it to my appointment on time. No one apologized for the long wait time either. Next time, it would be nice to get a heads up that the Dr. is running a little behind so I can adjust my time accordingly. The other concern I had was before getting my eyes dilated, I asked the Dr. if it would be safe to drive myself home. He said yes, I would be fine to drive home. When I got on the road, I absolutely could not see clearly due to severe starbursts (it was dark out) and it was really not safe for me to be on the road. Had I known in advance this could be a side effect I would have absolutely gotten a ride home. The drive home was so stressful and scary due to my impaired vision. Despite all this, I still recommend Elite Vision and hopefully my next experience will be better.

I had a great experience from the time I walked into Elite Vision. I was greeted warmly and genuinely. The Dr explained my exam thoroughly.

I did give Elite a bad review originally because it took three weeks for them to follow through with an issue, and because of a rude front desk person. However, they fixed all problems! The staff member has been addressed, the bill and insurance issues have been corrected and the prescription will be double-checked. They apologized and all is well. They really do care about their clients. Just FYI: The doctor is fabulous. He nailed my contact lens prescription and the glasses fit perfectly. I will continue to give them my business.

Elite Vision has always been my eye care since they opened their original office. They are thorough and explain exactly what is going on and what to expect i the future.

We really enjoyed our experience at Elite today! Both the doctor and office staff were friendly and grounded. Very sincere. They got all 4 of us in on a Saturday morning with a smile on their face! That is rare these days!! Also, they were extremely patient while we all took our sweet time picking out frames, and let me tell you, my toddler was running around like the toddler she is and they weren’t bothered by that- not even a little bit. In fact they complimented my daughter several times in genuinely rich and authentic ways. The eye doctor was professional in demeanor and quite knowledgeable, too. It was a quick exam. But she also took the time to ask about my career and hobbies. That stood out to me as well. They were well prepared to clearly explain what our insurance covered and were very easy going yet efficient when it came to purchasing 3 pairs of glasses. Altogether, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This is our 3rd or 4th eye doctor since moving to the Springs, but I think we struck gold. The search can end now. We found our eye doctor and we have no intentions of ever leaving them!Even before COVID but especially since it, it seems walking into (any) business is just an opportunity for someone else to be overwhelmingly negative towards me or my family either financially, or through unnecessary and excessive restrictions/policies, or simply by having a bad attitude. I’m so tired of coming home disappointed due to the way I was treated or the time it took to do something or how unconcerned the company was to send me away empty handed. I walk into any place of business these days ready to demand some standard of respect or virtue because there is often none and I have to fight for my family or my children to be treated with the respect they deserve. Today at Elite, it was really nice to walk in on a Saturday morning with a hefty list of requests including multiple exams, and accommodations for a toddler, AND then be able to lay down arms because I could trust we were in good care and all of our needs could be met. I’m appreciative of that, too! Not just the skillful/proficient/quality exam process and exceptional customer service but also for having a truly pleasant experience out in the community.

There aren’t enough stars for Elite Vision, the Dr and staff!!! My husband and I have been going here for a few years and it has always been an amazing experience. Today our oldest son needed his first “real” eye exam outside of what the pediatrician does at the office and Dr Popowski was amazing. He took his time to speak with him and to listen to my kiddos concerns about how to fix his vision going forward. He is 8 years old and by the end of his appointment he was happy to find his first pair of glasses and understands what the issue is. When my son and I were both done with our appointment, we were brought upfront and helped by Haven. She was incredible!!! She took her time with both of us to make sure we found the best glasses for us. She reviewed our insurance information and calculated everything else out. She seriously went above and beyond for us today and I can’t thank her enough!!! So patient!!! Every staff member we came in contact with and worked with today was beyond 5 stars. Thank you Dr Popowski, Haven and the rest of the wonderful ladies that helped us out today. We are customers for life!!!!

Very professional and progressive team at Elite Vision.First of all, they send you a link a few days before your exam so you can fill out your paperwork online, which is SO NICE to not have to do any paperwork once you get there. Also, let’s face it: it’s less paperwork for them to shuffle through and possibly lose so it’s a Win- Win for everybody.Second, the office is beautiful and sleek relaxing. Great atmosphere.The staff is great too. They were all very professional and helpful and kind. The girl I worked with for the pricing did a great job explaining what my insurance did and didn’t cover and what my final costs would be and why.The doctor also did a great job being helpful and explaining things to me.Would most certainly recommend!

Professional staff that goes above and beyond. They reinforce patient education and take the time to learn who I am as a person. Dr. Popowski is intelligent and excellent, and so is the rest of the staff. One of them took the time to fully adjust my glasses so that they fit my face better, despite the glasses being a year old. Far and away the best and most thorough eye exam and overall experience I’ve had over the past 2 years. Their frame selection is also 2nd to none. I drive 30 miles just for the excellent service and probably pass 20 other eyecare facilities along the way. It is worth it by a long shot....

I drive all the way from Monument and I wouldnt switch to somewhere closer. My physician recommended this practice and I have been very happy with them.

Told me they took KP INSURANCE. Two months later I get a bill! I WOULD HAVE NEVER gone there if they had told me the truth!!!! SCAMMMERS!!! In response to your response..... I never make an appointment with ANYONE without asking if they honor KP and Medicare! Your receptionist made a copy of both of my cards, without saying anything about not accepting KP! I could have gone to at least 50 different vision places in town who do honor KP.... why would I go to someone who said they didnt?!

I am quite impressed with the whole experience! Incredibly clean brand new office, well organized eyewear options, well trained and polite staff, no need to dilate eyes as they can just scan actual images of them. The doctor was very kind and thorough and there was no wait at all. I do private pay, no insurance and paid less than I expected to.

We love coming to this eye doctor because of how patient, kind and thorough he is. My girls (6 and 4) love him and he makes sure to answer all of our questions that we have which makes us feel reassured when we leave. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. An extra plus is the office is conveniently located by Garden of the God’s road and is really clean.

Dr. Leroy and his staff are the best Ive encountered in 35 years of contacts and eyeglasses. Ive been to 2 of the best eye care professionals in LA when I lived in Pasadena. Dr. Leroy blows them away. He is so laid back that you dont realize how good he is until you walk outside the building in your new contacts and you can see better than you have in years. His staff knows their products well, and are very customer oriented and amenable. I actually look forward to going there...update, I just left their office for my annual appointment. I saw a new DR. today, she was great. As always the people at Elite were excellent, professional, and friendly. I’ll never go elsewhere.

I am a new customer and felt very welcome. The facility is very clean and updated. The staff is very friendly and thorough. I also bought a pair of glasses and the process was quick and seamless.

Figured my Ray Bans would have some sort of warranty. I have had glasses for 22 years. When they break. I repair them, as i am pretty much blind. I have NEVER had an issue with broken glasses being super glued. Elite lied to me and said that Ray Ban doesnt accept super glued glasses. But i could buy a new pair from Elite for a 20% decrease.... When i went to my car, i called Ray Bans warranty. They kind lady had never heard of this strange policy and said it was not Ray Bans. And to fill out the form for warranty via their site. When calling for a receipt, I was told that i some how picked up my new glasses without paying for half of them. They let this go on for 4 months and just now decided to tell me this?! I payed when i was in there and the lady handed me my glasses after adjusting everything and me signing. I thought they were a good, cheaper, eye glass center.. I see now that they cut corners to be cheaper.

Since moving to Colorado 5 years, Ive only used Elite Vision for my optical needs. My husband and I love the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They take most major insurances and use the most up to date technology. My family and I wont go anywhere else. Plus, I love the new added hearing section. Im looking forward to scheduling an appointment. there also.

The doctor here is decent, if a little impersonal. I was the only person here, and it still felt like they rushed me through the whole thing. The main problem I had was with their staff, very unfriendly. The tech girl didnt care to answer my questions, and seem confused about the very machines she was running. The absolute worst was the guy with tattoos whose job was fitting glasses. Absolutely arrogant, when I was asking about options he kept trying to tell me I was wrong and up-sell me into glasses I did not want.When I asked for some measurements about my glasses he made a huge deal about and why would you want to know that information!? and when I told him I had problems in the past with glasses shapes, he still refused to tell me MY OWN INFORMATION. Here I was a customer, being grilled and insulted for inquiring about a correct fitting pair of glasses, it was clear he was worried about me just ordering online or something.It was only me preserving, and him literally talking down to me that he reluctantly got the measurement, then made some more insults about you were wrong, and not like you need this anyway.Here is where you are wrong, arrogant tattoo guy, YOU (or your business anyway) needs customers, and quite frankly your poor performance has cost multiple customers.

Very good with my kids ages 12&17 and we’ve been going there since they were 9&14. The last eye doctor we took the kids to at another place said that my 14 year old only had a stigmatizim in one eye and she still had problems with her glasses. With Elite Vision she was told she has it in both eyes. We’re very pleased with Elite Vision.

Dr. Popowski was very friendly and thorough, and went through all of the tests with great care, discussing different contact lens options. He really took the time to explain any eye health concerns I had. The best part was the dilation-less exam, which instead takes a digital image of the eyes. He took the time to show me these images and describe what they meant for my long-term eye health. His office offers the newest and most advanced contact lenses for a great price, and even now I am wearing the extremely comfortable lenses he put me in. All of the exam equipment is state-of-the-art, making the exam painless, and actually quite enjoyable. The office staff was friendly and courteous, and my exam began exactly on time. With regards to the cost of frames, they were very reasonably priced for the great brands that they had available, and I was able to get a good price for a nice back-up pair of glasses. This was by far the most pleasant experience I have had, and I will definitely be returning in the future and recommending this to my friends. They even give out Starbucks gift cards for referring friends! You will not regret using Elite Vision for your eye care needs!
